Designs are very few. I felt, due to the pandemic they are trying to sell the old stock! Gents staff are not very supportive, they are not willing to change chain hook when nearing the closing time(5PM - shutter already closed anyway, they can replace quickly but not showing interest) The sales person Ramya was very supportive!👍🏼 Guided me for selecting the type of chain hook for the dollar and speak to others and arranged for changing the hook type while nearing the closing time.(Only because of this experience, I am rating 4 🌟) I recommend everyone to confirm about the exchange policy befor buying. In the bill's back side they mentioned 7 days exchange policy but bill has a seal for "No exchange"!

Purchased silver ankle chain... Damaged within 15 days. Again they repaired and returned.... Again broken within a week.... Very poor quality....

When I visited for gold chain and ring, there is not so much collections. They said that is because of pandemic I too think so. Friendly customer handling there is no frustuation for that. Male and female staff are equal in number. Yes you can just visit and check more for your jewelry shopping..

We had worst experience in this jewelleryshop, I will not recommend this shop especially for silver anklets etc.we had purchased an silver anklet which has turned out black colour within 2 days .even it leaves gray colour ( gray silver metal colour )in my daughter's feet.

Their price is the best in market. Quality top notch. Designs we can't say best. But good. Workmanship we can't say great, but it's ok. If they improve design collections it will be great. Always we can trust and buy their gold. I can say it is only jewellery shop with transparent price structure, no need any bargain or arguments with respect to prices.
