Wow. Not good at all. Food was very salty. Wine was bad- probably because they let it sit in the sun. Also, weird behavior going on here. Not sure what is happening. To top it off, they didn't have change so I then had to wait for him to break a 50 and get us the 8 change. Do yourself a favor and walk up the street two more businesses to Da Bacco. Really great restaurant with really great customer service.

Worst Restaurant in Palermo!!!! If you ever wanted to eat in the worst restaurant in Palermo: Here you are. There was nothing like you can call service. It seems to be a mixed group of people and none of them is a chef or a waiter. There is a small kitchen but this is definately not used for making any meals. The food was terrible: we've had pasta, which was even not ready to eat (still not really cooked) and grilled chicken fillet, which tasted like nothing. To be honest we never thought it is possible to eat none delicious pasta in Italy, unfortunately it seems like you can. If you want to do yourself a favour, please don't go there for dinner. Even a Gin Tonic was not a Gin Tonic, it tasted like a lemonade. There are so many good restaurants close by. In my opinion it should be forbidden that they are having a restaurant. If there would the option for 0 starts, I would definately give them 0 Stars. Never again!!!

Don’t be fooled by the customers at this place. They are there because the service is pathetically slow and the staff unfriendly. We waited an hour for the first course and a further hour for the second. My friend has diabetes and needs to monitor his glucose up to four hours after a meal depending on the food. We asked for all courses together several times and explained the situation. Nothing happened. Arriving at 8:30 pm we didn’t get our final course until after 10, even after reminding the waiter more than three times - the restaurant was less than a third full. At the end they tagged on a 5 Euros for seats...all of this on what was posted as a fixed menu. Avoid!

Appalling. This is an absolute avoid! They don't have a kitchen. We waited an hour for a first course then after a further hour gave up. However we were still charged for a meal. The mojito was the worse ever experienced. Do not even think about this restaurant, an appalling slur on sicily and should be closed down.

We had a lovely dinner at All'Antico Arco during our stay in Palermo with friends. Greeted warmly by the owner who gave us the best table in the alleyway with a view. The foods were wonderful! We'll be back again, thanks! Ciao from The DiGiovanna family & friends in USA

We had our best meal in palmera here. It's under new management and is really worth visiting. I had the best grilled sardines and artichokes and my wife raved about the ravioli. Have the white wine. It's the best value in palmera. Linda and David

If you like old traditions, a family restaurant and the nicest staff, it is the place to go! The restaurant used to be run by other people, and they did not do a good job. But now, the old owners took back the restaurant, and this is quite of an experience! The fish is amazing, the meat is outstanding, outdoor tables and great prices with overwhelming plates. It feels like a banquet each time we come back! It is a downhome Sicilian experience in a little atmospheric back alley of town... Romantic? Think Lady and the Tramp! After all, the path to the heart is through a full tummy! Treat yourselves!

RIP OFF - bad food - unfriendly and slow service - dirty While being a pizzeria they do not serve pizza. In the end we ordered pasta for which we had to wait for more than half an hour. The pasta with tomato and shrimps arrived without tomatoes and only three pieces of shrimps and the one with squids with almost no squids at all. The spaghetti was overcooked and salty with way too much garlic. We both became sick next morning. The restaurant charged us 2*4 euros service fee and also tried to charges us for meals that we had not ordered. After dinner we could take a look into the kitchen from the side street, it looked dirty, chaotic and unhygienic. Worst experience in Palermo, avoid this place there are so many good ones around.

Stopped for two glasses of wine and it tasted awful. We should have been asked to try the wine to validate it before being served but it did not happen. When asking about the wine and flagging our concerns about the taste, the staff adopted an uncaring attitude and blamed us. We decided to leave the premises and definitely would not return. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are so many other ones that deserve us spending our money than this one.
