Awesome place to spend your day with friends or partner or kids. You just can't get bored here. Lots of things to do here like so many Arcade games, Bowling, Bumping car etc. But for bowling 🎳 you've to wait for long time. Only con here is that this place is always crowded so it is always noisy.

I recently visited this games parlour in my local Palassio mall and I have to say I was thoroughly impressed. The variety of games on offer was great, and there was something for everyone. The bowling game was especially thrilling, and I had a lot of fun competing against my friends. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was lively and upbeat. I would definitely recommend this games parlour to anyone looking for a fun and exciting gaming experience.

I really enjoyed bowling here. It really fun to be at that place. The ambience of the place and the arrangements were just perfect. You would get 10 rounds to bowl and in each round you would get 2 balls to bowl. The the experience was wonderful. I would recommend others to visit the place once with you loved ones.

Bad Experience. I was already having a Timezone Card with Balance in it. They didnot allowed to use that card and asked to purchase new card. As that card was from other store. But as far I know Timezone Card is Valid all over India in any Venue of Timezone. This was very cheap behavior experienced by me from the staff of Lucknow Venue.

positives: 1. very good variety of games 2. most games are reasonably priced. negatives: 1. lack of gifts and prize information given to kids 2. in todays age, Timezone should develop an App and do away with these card systems. People can then just scan and swipe using mobile phones, as its so inconvenient to save their gaming card for future use. 3. Lack of Promotional offers or membership benefits. Overall, its a nice gaming place. Worth taking your kids to if you are in Palassio Mall.

The place is nice to chill out with friends. Some staff members are not that professional and do not give full info to customers *****but there are some good staff members also, one of them is Akshay who helped us telling about the timezone app which saved us from long queues, helping us to gather some extra points ****.

If u have small kids u should visit this place.... although not much options are available but they have different types of games

I recently visited this place and had a blast with my friends at the bowling alley. The variety of games available also made it a great spot for kids to have fun. Overall, it's a great place to go for a fun time with lots of options for everyone!
