Updated details as on 19th April 2021 (COVID special) ⚫ COVID Testing facility available here at no cost. ⚫ Carry your Aadhar card of any region. ⚫ Even if you don't have Aadhar, carry any ID and a valid phone number. (Not sure, but I guess Adhar isn't mandatory for testing) 🟢 09 AM onwards on all working days except Sundays. 🟢 Try to reach early, at times they run out of testing kits. 🟢 Expect a wait time of 1 hour to up to 3 hours or so. 🟠 Less crowd was there on 16th, increased by 4X on 19th. 🔴 Heavily crowded with no proper administratively arrangements. 🔴 Observed people with jugàad taking backdoor entry due to which people in queue had to wait longer. 🔴 People not following social distancing, staff not in PPE kits or properly wearing risking their themselves and near ones by becoming a carrier. 🔴 Surprised to see least efforts were being taken to maintain least possible contact between staff and people gathered there for test. 🔴 They ask you to sit on an old chair where hundreds of other seated before you and no disinfection process. 🔴 Once test is done, it will take 3 days or more to get the report. 🔴 To get the report again you need to queue up in a similar scenaerio. 🔴 I got tested on 16th and got report by visiting on 18th (as they asked, but no report) & 19th (when I received it) but later on 19th eve received an sms & was abale to view the report online which is a good thing, it wasn't available online in Delhi Govt's hospital. 🟢 Also, positive results usually get a phone call to get intimation of results. ⚫ Your status also gets updated in Arogya Setu App if you result positive, use the number you gave at the time of test to login. Pure sarkari attitude.. Very bad n ridiculous behaviour doctor n staff specially in emergency. Even neboliser not working for little kids. Refer to gynae but they refuse to give treatment. Staff is busy in gossiping n mobile.. No hospitality at all.. Budget is suffient from top authorities but no impact on ground staff. Total monkey menace

In this hospital ladies doctor doesn’t have any sense of talking she use abuse language to every one and their knowledge is nothing because i will visit here i share our problems and they writes some medicine and i take it but no response that medicine is waste really waste I’m not well really but the doctor attitude is too much I’m very disappointed with ladies doctor they don’t have knowledge to treat peoples really shameful very shameful ✋🏻

Very good behavior all staff The staff is meant for the seller and that's why they keep roaming here.

It comes under the haryana govt as well as AIIMS delhi, no prior appointment is needed to consult doctor, staff is from AIIMS Delhi itself, multidisciplinary system is followed along with delivery services in labor room, and ward, operation are being done on emergency and appointment basis. Lab facility is also available, DOTS treatment is also given.

This is where my father used to bring me for vaccination, for checkups etc. when I was a kid, and this place still draws me to get my minor problems treated. OPD timings are from 8:30 till 11:00 in the morning. I see mostly young doctors here, who take a leap straight from medical school to a hospital. But they do check with seniors if they don't understand something about patient' problem. Whenever I come, I have to wait for atleast 3 hours to see the doc. But it is worth the quality. So I come here only when I don't have other commitments or when I have a lot of time on my hands. These guys refer a patient to AIIMS Delhi if something goes out of their scope.

I got the corona test done on 30th March,2021 here and today is 3rd April,2021. It's have been 5 days and they lost my samples for corona test.

All staffs are well specially guards do their proper duty but emergency ward not coperate well

This is good hospital specially emergency services are excellent.lmmediate response by nurses and doctors. Even delivery out side emergency conducted by emergency staff. No response by ward staff in case of emergency or delivery out side ward. Special thanks to emergency nurses and doctors.

The night staff of the hospital is very useless, and Dr. keeps drinking alcohol, does not have the skills to speak, how to talk to the patient,

The doctors are effectively paying their dutieswell in time yet sometimes you can have a bitter experience but not always. I have earlier chronic pains due to my stone and i had got quick relief after i had got an injection for my pain . There is one thing common that they have injections for every problem 😅. Yet They are well behaved and doing good for the society in crucial condition. But our government should also make some more efforts to further improve here condition and provide with many other facilities which are currently unavailable.

Very bad experience,in emergency doctor at night shift even not suction the patient and said that we don't have trained staff and we don't have machine for this.Even this mobuliser machine is available in market for 5000rs but not available in our emergency ward at night.patient may died but they have no mercy at all. kindly never visit there in emergency they have no value for anyone .Such type of people make me to feel guilty for our country.same on Indian medical department 😭

Great facilities! You can consult at Medicine and Paediatrics OPDs on all days and few specialist OPDs on selected days of week. Normal delivery services available throughout 24x7. Special OPDs for NCDs, ANC and Nutrition Clinic are also held in afternoons.

In emergency always helpful and waiting, doctors available 24 hrs

In the ent department, doctor Nisha is the one who is rude and doesn't look at the dead body properly, she should take action against him, he should not have the honor of talking to her, she should be suspended.
