Was
sold
an
incomplete
split
air
conditioner
when
trying
to
get
a
solution
I
was
being
told
to
“just
return
it”
even
though
I
would
have
preferred
my
order
to
be
complete.
Long
story
short
Danny
the
manager
is
a
complete
displeasure
to
talk
to.
He
was
rude
and
condescending
in
many
ways
during
our
conversation
regarding
my
situation.
I
asked
him
if
I
can
get
in
writing
that
I
wasn’t
given
my
complete
order
upon
purchase
and
his
reply
word
for
word
is
“
yeah,
absolutely
not”
in
the
snarkiest
tone
you
can
imagine.
Other
employees
at
this
store
were
kind
to
me
and
never
once
became
rude
and
condescending.
However
Danny
was
rude
from
the
beginning
of
our
interaction
even
displaying
large
amounts
of
arrogance
saying
i’ve
worked
here
for
9
years
and
we
never
sell
these
in
store
while
he
had
my
receipt
in
his
hand
that
says
that
i
bought
this
from
store
1217
which
is
the
one
he
works
at
as
well
as
where
i
spoke
to
him
today.
I
find
it
ironic
Danny
thinks
very
highly
of
his
home
depot
experience
while
not
even
knowing
what
items
the
store
he
is
employed
at
sells.
All
in
all
terrible
experience
with
homedepot
in
general
but
man
was
Danny
the
icing
on
top.
Thankfully
it
seems
Danny’s
coworkers
have
a
way
better
display
of
customer
service.
