Its one of the 108 divyadesam temple and situated in chennai. Get blessings of 4 perumal at different postures in this temple. In the hill, Lord Sri Ranganatha Swamy along with his consorts and Lord Sri Bramadeva arising out of his nabhi kamalam. Sri Ranganayaki Thayar is at left side while entering moolasthanam. While we come out of pragaram, we can have dharshan of Sri Ulagandhar and Sri Narashima Swamy (Name is Sri Santha Narashima Swamy) at right side. At hill foot, we can have dharshan of lord Sri Neervanna Perumal at right side while entering the main gopuram and Sri Anima Malar Mangai Thayar at left side. We can also have dharshan of Lord Sri Ram, along with Lord Sri Lakshman and Sri Sita Devi Thayar at right side of Thayar. Very beautiful and old but a must visit temple in Chennai. Get Dharshan of 4 perumal and stay blessed.

There are two temples one at the foot hill and other at the top. You have to climb about 260 steps to get the blessings of Lord Vishnu. This is one of 108 Vishnu sethram (63 rd I guess). This is one of the oldest temple in chennai and view from the top is awesome. The temple is good but not maintained properly. Overall it’s a must visit place around here.

Morning the temple opens by 8 only. The officials decide the time. May be during special days they open early. Good location which has 200 plus steps to reach the top. Elders can only do dharshan at ground level.

A temple of Sri Ranganatha perumal! One of oldest temple in Chennai. You need to climb more than 200 steps to see the main deity. In the foot hills another temple for Neervanna perumal. Beautiful place! You can peacefully pray. There is small prasada stall. You will get Sweet Pongal, kesari, puliyotharai and Podi dosai. You can spend atleast 3 hours.

Nice place to visit it only have 250 steps to climb. This temple is very old temple almost 7000 year old. It is one of the temple where GOD LORD VISHNU is in sleeping position and it is one out of 108 divya desam temple. I suggest you should visit this temple and take blessing for lord vishnu. Here priests are also very good and knowledgeable. So, please visit and see GOD and such an old temple made of stone fully. Jai Shree Vishnu....
