100 people from postal department travelled to Kerala by Train.. Dream Journeys arranged pick up bus in Thrissur railway station on time.. Refreshment rooms is very good.. Pretty bad experience. There was a patient in the cab and the driver was inexperienced and rash. It caused an accident due to this negligence where he hit another car and there was a big dent in the car which got hit. It was so sad to see the accident and new car that got hit for no mistake of theirs but all blame on the cab driver. He even refused to pay or say sorry to them and left them stranded and leaving them to go to the police. This was really scary and painful having a patient in the cab. They were not even fully paid or made them repairs for the damage. I really don’t recommend such drivers or this agency to the way they are operating. Worst experience
