Very very very few designs. Ground floor staff are basically useless & unfriendly because the guy didn't even take the bangle out of the display when we enquired about it. So I would suggest you to save your time and visit some other better jewellery shops 😉

Huge wastage charges, more difference from the days gold rate and their prescribed rate. Only cash payment, card payment gives you extra charges here, no wallet payments. Ambience is not upto mark.

Great designs and the staffs are really wonderful and are patient in showing what ever designs you want without frowning like most jewellery shop staffs do... Do visit and find the difference for yourself :)

Nice jewelry shop and the only reliable one in Porur. Good collection of jewelry and accessories. Wonderful staff and very polite.the shop is reasonably priced and hence good. No car-parking space park at your risknon the roadside

Very poor service. While all jewellers buy back their own old jewells at market price , kerala jewellers is an exception. May be they are not sure about the purity of their gold. The price they quoted for their gold is 6% less than market price. I regret purchasing gold from them.

Excellent rage of earrings and finger rings we ordered platinum couple ring.., Friendly and helpful staffs and we had plenty of time to view designs..,and they also follow the covid rules as per government rules so we safely purchased here.😊

Fake promises.... During the order they told if I pay 80 percent of my bill they will lock that particular day gold price, while taking delivery they came up with new bill with different amount stating wastages are 20 percent.

Excellent range of bangles and necklace and had a ring made up to order that is just beautiful! Friendly and helpful staff and in no way pushy at all, we had plenty of time to view stock. Thank You.
