The maintenance of the turf is bad ! Recommend you to check out other turfs in the surroundings. This place has the worst maintenance ! Wasn't like this few years back 3 stars because it's budget friendly and the bigger turf on the left is okay

The best place for playing football on turf on affordable rent bases...

I'm quite disappointed with the football turf at X Arena Manpho Building. The quality is subpar, and it significantly impacts the overall experience. The surface feels uneven, making it challenging to play comfortably. It seems like the turf hasn't been properly maintained, and that affects the game quality. I expected a better playing surface, given the reputation of the facility. Hopefully, they can improve the turf conditions to match the standards players expect.

No maintenance of grass. The nets has big holes for tennis ball. Ball goes of out most of the times and lot of time and energy is wasted in finding the ball. One more layer of nets should be added to avoid this.

Good place but they 1300 per hour but have all fun

I wish I could give 0 stars. Football turf is so pathetic and not even firm. Just have a visit and you will know.

The turf needs to be improved. Very slippery and not so great turf. As it's a rooftop turf, the view is good tho

Pros: affordable, good area....cons: the jackets/coloured t-shirts were too smelly.....can't even take it near you.....poor maintenance
