Beware of your shipped consignment. I had shopped in this store after around July 25th 2018 for some 40000 rupees, they had pretty decent collection, they had it home delivered after a day. My people counted (that's the checking on delivery) the number of boxes delivered , we started to fix almost after a week, when we opened the boxes only 3/4th of the actual stuff i ordered were found rest all what I had not ordered(old with Rust) and 2 or 3 of the light fittings were missing too. When I called back the shop guys politely washed off their hands saying you had checked it on delivery and it's already a week now. So my sincere advise just hand carry the fittings with you and check every box inside out. Honestly a bunch of FRAUDSTERS sitting at the backend packing old stuff for delivery. I haven't visited the shop after that as soon as had an emergency come up at home and was busy running between hospital and home.

One of the worst experiences.... From the day we have installed, there seem to a problem with drivers and bulbs. Dennes who is the manager continuously makes false commitments and is not bothered about completing the project. Really appalled at their response and service.

Due to high customer attendance you need to wait for your turn, but collection is huge and best, price is on higher side, but good quality though, staffs are ok ok I'm a regular visitor due to our commercial building needs.

Wrost experience person don't know how to talk as we complained that lights r not working its in warranty but he told who gave u my no nd I m not free to attend the call

I have been here four five times. I have found all the staff and the owener very helpful and give best suggestions .very warm and cooperative in all respect.with the new look I wish them to do the great!!!Long live LightZone

Had a very unpleasant experience. Inhospitable and judgemental store staff. Shorty was behaving as if he was giving away items for free.
