Defence Canteen Kottarakkara is located at Kizhakketheruvu. It is well managed defense canteen. A very good canteen for the groceries. Liquor store does not have enough stocks many times. Always it is running out of stock. Parking is a problem during crowded days. Staffs are good and cooperative.

Products are limited or many useless comparing other canteens.Canteen manager should pay heed to customer suggestions. Infrastructure✅ Parking ✅ Drinking water✅ Toilet ✅

Good atmosphere, fast shopping than other URCs

It's a good canteen. Staff is helpful. But often there is scarcity of products. This canteen is available only for the defense people and not civilians.

The staff here are very helpful. Generally at other ESM canteen the staff members are really rude. One such canteen is the Alapuzha ESM Canteen.

Has most things, some fancy things as well. I bought oats, Top ramen, honey, menstrual cup, and some five star chocolate. It is slightly limited in capacity but still has many things. Located in a beautiful plush green region, kottarakara, beautiful canteen.

A good place to buy goods at a reasonable price,but needs more organisation

Always stuff out of stocks, demand and stocks are not enough to cater ESM population. Poor ESM stand in long queue when stuff is available, only a very few are lucky enough to get something

Not much here for serving defence personnel..not adequately stocked,no parking space,bizzare local rules make this place avoidable.mostly used by local x service men fr getting monthly liquor quota

Poorly managed establishment run by unprofessional personnel. Not beneficial for ex army men. Don't expect sincere help from the staff.

One of the largest defence canteen in kollam district. Almost all grocery items are available here. Plenty of parking space and all other amenities are available here.

Poor Service ... None of the products are available .They are sending messages and saying come on such DATE and time . When REACH their ntng is available ... And also Landphone and keeping disconnected .. I don't know what kind of service they are providing for 50 km surrounding only 1 canteen is their . Higher officials should take immediate action against all the staffs working over their . They are not sitting for service , they are misusing privilege of Exservicemens .....

Approach of counter staff is not customer friendly
