I would rate the lowest if i was given an option. They are at the least of communication with their customers. I spoke with Santhosh about my wedding decor. After sending the mood boards, he put me on hold with zero communication from last 10days and still continuing doing so, no matter how many times I text or call them. On a positive note, i do understand you are busy with other events, but dude it just takes a second to reply your customer. Is it so difficult to find that one damn second in last 10days? I would leave that to you. You may be successful in your business now, but let me tell you this, you and your team should learn to respect the job you chose and the customers involved in it. Then everything will fall by. Period.

They do some amazing work but must improve on communication. Found quiet unprofessional in handling customer because of communication. If your project size is small (less than 10L), double confirm before booking with them as they tend to skip it.

I got my wedding decor done by Vivahhika and I must say that it was one of our best decisions. Murali (founder) and his team did an amazing job. We were absolutely blown away with how the entire venue got transformed to a stunning and beautiful place all together. Murali and Shanthosh (founder) were available through out the event, whenever we needed him and promptly responded to our phone calls. They were punctual and maintained utmost professionalism. A big thank you to the entire team for making our wedding memorable.I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service! They stand out from the usual crowd. No response and does not even respond to the calls. U may be busy but attend calls. This is a competitive segment don't loose customers.

They are not worth it. They don't even communicate properly. I called them and they did not even respond properly. I had a function done by Utsav, and they responded well compared to Vivahika whom I spoke to before. So, prefer some other decor who interact with you more than this waste decor.
