I am very sorry to say this hotel staffs are very rude in nature. Today my friend and i visited this hotel for lunch. There is 4 persons table are fulled, six persons table only empty more over there is no crowd too but the staff there is asked as to wait to 10 min , so that the 4 person table will free. They think that they are offering food for free. Such a ridiculous behavior in my entire life i will never go this restaurant again.

Best hotel at Nagercoil with state of the art features equivalent to hotels in big cities in India. Except that the bed sheet and pillow cover was not washed and was untidy when we stayed there

Had a bad experience. Management should focus on Customer service instead of money.Expensive bill for a cage with bad attitude management. ***Guys think twice before making your booking with them ***

This is a purely non veg hotel.This hotel does not have any pure veg foods.Vegetarian people can only eat plain briyani here.But it is a grand feast for non-vegetarians. This place has good ambience. Rooms are clean and spacious. The temp of room is good although it may get cold at some times. The restaurant available over there is great. The food tastes great. Prices for the food are decent same as any restaurent like sea shell. It has hot water available. So, that's a plus. Room service is good. The marriage hall is decent but the dining hall is small. It may cause some traffic during functions. It has parking. Also multiple exits are available in case of emergency.

The rooms can be more spacious for this price. You have space just enough to walk around the bed in some of the rooms, hence giving an overpriced feeling.

We stayed there on the NEW YEAR's eve and had a great time with my whole family. The pool was maintained and was private, as in when 1 family is using the pool, it was only the time for that particular family. Also the room was clean and comfy.Ram helped us with the booking and checkout and the Caretaker Nelson uncle was so kind and helpful throughout the stay. We will surely visit more often ☺️. Thank you team.

Nice service, good for families within the budget

Visited Nagercoil for 3 days(27th to 29th May) Great rooms with proper maintainance! Spacious room for two having proper amenities for storage, security etc. Room services were good as well. I couldn't find anything wrong during my stay at the place.

If they maintain rooms properly then Good hotel But missing professional staff

Just went to an engagement function so I am rating only the event hall. Hall is good to conduct small functions but dining area is very small. Hall is very neat and clean.

Few Years back, I stayed in Hotel VLR Residency in Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu and it was a great experience. The room service was great. The Breakfast was tasty and awesome. Still there is a scope of improvement by introducing more menus and options. Hotel is good, but for town like nagercoil this is costlier compared to other hotels nearby. Apart from price everything is as expected and neatly maintained.

Snacks are served at normal prices. Worth visiting.

Good choice for small.gatherings. (below 100 guests) Air-conditioned. I think there's no separate space for car parking.

The hall was good. But security is rude. Also they do not provide parking for guests. You can book the hall provided your guests use the paid parking on the street.

It is opposite SLB school in the centre of town. Basement parking available though small. Banquet hall good. Dining area is okay but not great. Good enough for small functions.

Room are cleaned, service also good, staff also helps. Hotel located in market area and No parking, we have to park vehicle on road.

This hotel is located in prime locality of Nagercoil City. Court, schools, BSNL office, Hotels, Super market, Home appliance shops are located nearby this hotel. Rooms are neat and cleanly maintained. A mini hall with 150 persons capacity is available here. Seperate dining room is also available. This mini hall is best suited for small functions and gathering. Nonveg restuarant is located at the third floor of this hotel.

Nice place. Can be used for small business meetings and small functions. Nit suitable for marriage function
