In consultation he will talk very few words. We are paying Rs 250 for consultation. Still he will talk like we are wasting his time. Fully money oriented. Also their appointment procedure is very worst. In the appointment time they will ask us to pay the consultation fee and will not follow the order. After paying the consultation fee every one will stand near his door. The receptionist will not care about anyone. Even if you have appointment it will take hardly half day atleast to meet him.

Friends please don't go this hospital waste of money. Neelakrishnan docter worst treatment only important money not for treatment . . .

Even if you get appointment you have to wait for min 2 hours. Then what is the purpose of appointments? Response from reception is not good.. they don't care about patients.

Recently, I had a surgery here. Before, the surgery they inserted four times(3 times wrongly) the intravenous injection due to poor practice, the pain caused to me was explainable. Second tragedy is lift is not working, see after the surgery its better to take in lift to avoid vibrations, but here people using slope, it caused lot of vibrations to the operated area and pain. He people are completely, I mean 100% money oriented. But, I heard the professor here is good(not sure how true it is)

Everything is here money. Even Doctor handclove patients have to buy. Long waiting hours. Also result not good. Not recommended hospital.

They taking so much time they sending patient with favorism.i have waited for more than 4 hr who got appointment in morning 8 itself and also bathroom maintaining worst

Bad comfortness for op patients chair facility is very bad please give the comfortness for the patients.it was neat and clean it have an ambulance , wheelchairs facility also

Horrible rooms, washrooms not clean even in AC wards, dirty water from washroom taps, nurses and staff are pathetic..so much delay in everything...no lift for visitors...nurse soundarya completely forgot about a patient discharge and went away without any substitute for 2 hours.. No other nurse is ready to attend the patient.. Zero care.. Zero service...

Bad experience. Token system is very bad. Appointment given for 5:30 pm and allowed us only at 8 pm. Two and half hours to wait even getting appointment.

Very good hospital, doctor and nursing care very nice. All facilities CT. MRI any time available.. Good treatment..

Today i went to this hospital with my 5years old son at the time of 4:00pm . i am waiting 2hours in reception area then they called me and i have pay Rs 250 consultation fee at the time of 6:50pm, After paying the consultation fee i am stand near his door more than one hour, but icont meet him back to my home at 8:15pm, i lost my half day at this hospital. Doctor is Well. But, Very Bad Reception Staffs. Unable to get token for many days. Everyday called. They said Morning 8 AM, but nobody take Telephone. After Half hour, they said all Token Finished. May be they sold some tokens for bribe. Ridiculous System. Reception Staffs not working properly. Honorable Dr. Neela Krishnan must change those reception staffs otherwise hospital will lose many valuable clients in future.

Treatment is next thing... particularly front office and x ray staff talking like me as a begger . Staff also not working for money.. They have no hospitality sense..So plzz sir plzz they will reduce ur hospital image.... Coz i like ur treatment😍
