I travelled all the way from siruseri to this place for getting my hair keratin done. The hair stylist Sonia is the best. Understands the hair needs and ensure right advise. It's worth traveling to this place all the time to get hair and other services done. Very neat and professional expertise and excellent service delivered by the staff. Kudos to the entire team!

Men’s haircut : not recommend this place . I had an haircut couple of days before and the person who did the haircut was clearly not a senior stylist. I was not happy with the haircut and I said that he reduced too much hair on the sides. I must have informed this at the reception as well which is my mistake . But was really surprised to find out he is a senior stylist , wouldn’t recommend this place please don’t classify everything as fake without checking, I will send you email with my details

Despite being a long standing customer and having taken an appointment for a hair cut, we were attended to in a rush citing overloaded staff and service spillover as the reason. Hence the service fell short of quality and we were made to feel as if we are being done a favour. On reaching home we found, the strands of hair were not cleaned properly and the child had a tough time getting them off the dress and I had a tougher time cleaning the room. The management should have informed us of a delay and adjusted our slot so we had a pleasant experience and all our services were addressed. This was not the case and am pretty disappointed with the way we were treated.

Wonderful service and hospitality by the staff! My personal favourite here is their shoulder massage and pedicure. Must visit!
