Excellent stay at Hotel White House Munnar. Mr. Vinod and Mrs. Leena are very good host going the extra mile to accommodate us. Our room was very clean and the view was breathtaking. The pic below is taken from our balcony. The nice pool and games room are a plus point when you want to relax or play billiard. The staff was polite and attentive to our needs as well. Definitely recommend the place!

I had the privilege of meeting the hotel owners and the most incredibly sweet non pretentious hosts Vinod sir and Leena Ma’am. I could describe every detail vividly from the moment we reached early at the hotel and yet they accommodating from the impeccable service, quality of food and the five star service by the staff. The hotel has been crafted with unique designs and anyone in love with home decor and home making would for sure know that the team has done it with passion. If you want a five star hotel service in affordability, then this is the place for you. The Balconies have been carefully built in a way that you won’t be visible or in access to other people or any room. I extended my trip because of the serenity of the view and top class service. Love you both Vinod sir and Leena Ma’am for such lovely service. My heartfelt wishes to expand and have more and more properties. Folks need true people like you all.

A very warm welcome from the staff and a pleasure to stay at. The staff are incredibly helpful and always looking to do more. Recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. The view from the rooms and the pool are really nice. A very fulfilling experi nice and will be definitely visiting again.

An excellent place to stay and relax. The property is well managed by Leena and her staff. Preman at front desk was quick to revert and solve any of my concerns. The buffet is good and cannot be looked down at. Ample parking space, good swimming pool, good view (based on your room) and great service. Only gripe would be the road, but in the coming months that also would be repaired. All in all, moneys worth and more. The staff deserve a note of gratitude for their excellent attitude. Thank you for making my family feel so comfortable.

This is one of the best places to stay if you are going to Munnar. Good views and excellent service right from the restaurant to the front desk. Special mention to Akhil at the front desk who was super helpful. The owners are sweet couple who really care about the hospitality they provide. All in all, it was a great experience for me.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Hotel White house. Loved the service and food was really awesome. We had a very beautiful valley view from our room, which we enjoyed every day. Overall, we are very happy with our stay at the hotel. We would love to come back again at Hotel White house for our next vacation.

We had a lovely and unforgettable day here, with delicious cuisine and first-rate service, a breathtaking view of the sunset, and the most helpful and pleasant staff. The accommodations were first-class, to say the least. My room was large, elegantly decorated, and supplied with all the contemporary conveniences one might need. I had a restful night's sleep because to how cosy the bed was. With a roomy shower, fluffy towels, and high-end products, the bathroom was also excellent.

It's an excellent new property. Rooms are spacious. Hotel people are very polite. My only suggestion to the hotel staff is that to keep more variety in breakfast items for people who are travelling from North India. Overall I would rate the property 4.2/5

Great experience at the White House Hotel. The Check In and check out was super fast and efficient. The rooms were very clean, new and comfortable. Bathroom was spic & span, very modern and with hot water facility better that any hotel I had been on my trip The service was very good and friendly staff around to help out. Had slight delay with food ordered and took Leena taking the staff to task to get it served. The location of the hotel is off the road and one would need a vehicle to move around. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had an amazing experience staying at the White House Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and luxurious, with beautiful decor that made me feel right at home. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The food was absolutely delicious, and I was particularly impressed by Anoop’s management of the restaurant. Overall, I had an awesome time staying at the hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

So the rooms and the hotel is okay. It’s not European 5 stars luxury for sure though. Some broken/dirty drawers, sheets, teapots, towels and stuff at the room but it was a nice hotel for a night. The pool is very cold, and only two sunbeds. Took an hour to get a taxi up to the hotel from the reception, but might be because it was Christmas morning. Still location is 6 minutes driving from town, a bit too far to walk. The owners of the hotel was super friendly. Still the service staff in the reception was a bit off, not sure if they understood English that well. But totally fine hotel.

Good hotel if you are looking for peaceful surroundings. Hotel is newly built and is being maintained really well. Rooms are big and spacious with balcony. Food is okay. Saviour will be Chinese food. Also please double check the location of the hotel. We got lost due to wrong gps location posted online. Do confirm the location once with hotel reception.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the White House Munnar Resort and here is my feedback Firstly, I must commend the resort for its beautiful and well-maintained surroundings. The staff were incredibly attentive and displayed excellent manners, which added to the overall positive experience. However, I regret to inform you that I was disappointed with the quality of the food. While the breakfast options were satisfactory, the rest of the meals fell short of expectations. Many items were unavailable due to issues with the tandoor, and the excessive use of oil in the dishes was noticeable and off-putting. I believe that addressing these food-related concerns would greatly enhance the overall guest experience at your resort.

We wanted to express our sincere appreciation for the remarkable stay we had at your hotel recently. The cleanliness and basic amenities provided in the rooms were commendable, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The outstanding service across housekeeping, F&B, and the front office truly exceeded our expectations. The hotel's location proved to be a significant drawback during our stay. Navigating to the hotel at night felt like crossing a jungle due to the lack of proper roads. It took a considerable 8 minutes from the main road, which was not only inconvenient but also unsettling. The distance from the main market added to the inconvenience, especially when exploring other locations. The remote jungle-like setting made the overall experience less enjoyable, and the location became a notable concern for us.

Very Beautifully made resort with spacious, clean rooms. Nice swimming pool . The view from the balcony looks at the forest where you can hear the birds chirping. To relax from the city noises , its an ideal place to stay. One can feel the nature here. We had a great time.
