I placed our order and we left. However, when we got home and unpacked the food, I noticed something strange. Instead of the amount of chicken I had ordered, there were only 8 pieces in the 30-count package we received. A bit frustrated, I called the restaurant to inform them about the mix-up. To my surprise, they suggested that maybe I had miscounted. I couldn't believe it! I know for a fact that eight is eight and thirty is thirty. Unless these chicken pieces have magically turned invisible.

Edit: since this review I had a bug in my food, wilted/brown lettuce in salad and missing sauces. Changing from 2 to 1 star. So disappointing. Management needs to do something. I love Chick-fil-A but this is the first one I’ve been to that consistently gets my order wrong by leaving items out. Always double check your bags at this location.

I had to leave a review simply because Nathan is the best! The last time I visited this location, it was quite late at night, but Nathan had a great attitude and is overall super friendly. Loved his customer service! He's a pleasure to order with. I love the atmosphere of this location as well, it seems like the establishment really supports UCF Students!

The vibe at this Chik Fil A is amazing. Great servers, especially Ian, Braden and Messiah. Keep up the good work!

We went to the trunk or treat event at Chick Fil a in Oviedo. Great fun with family and yummy food

The Chick-fil-A experience, while generally delightful, was somewhat marred by a noticeable sluggishness in service. Despite the renowned efficiency associated with the chain, the wait times were longer than anticipated. The staff, though polite, seemed to struggle with managing the influx of orders, leading to a less-than-optimal pace. The quality of the food remained commendable, with the signature chicken sandwich maintaining its delicious standard. However, the delay in service detracted from the overall satisfaction, suggesting room for improvement in operational speed to align with the brand's reputation.

Ordered only 1 lrg sweet tea. Parked and waited over 25 minutes before I got out to retrieve my order inside and the girls looked at each other like they were clueless or I wasn’t truthful even though I had my phone in my hand with order. Is there no one person that handles that area? Crazy thing is it’s the second time it’s happened. I had to go in last time also after waiting 15 min for just a tea! Unacceptable when your on a 30-45 min lunch.
