Leaving port after going on a cruise I stopped with my friends at this fine establishment. Not only are the prices good, the food is delicious. I highly recommend eating here anytime your in the area. The service was excellent and although it was busy all of the servers work quickly and fast together. I recommend asking for the server Mary Christmas because not only was she jolly but she was very good at her job.

Walking into Souther Charm Cafe you get a really family oriented and welcoming vibe. You can tell the quality of the food simply by the line or patrons outside awaiting to be called to their tables. This is not the place to come if you are on a hurry, this the place to come to sit back relax and wait for your home cook meal. The food was amazing and the portions are significant for the low price. Mary, our server was always so attentive to our needs and kept assuring us that our food was coming. I recommend this place and we will be coming back to try their dinner entres!!

What a scrumptious breakfast served with Southern charm. This delightful find will satisfy your craving for a good home-cooked meal! Service was fantastic and the place was so homey that it felt like you were dining in your favorite neighborhood haunt. Located near the cruise port and Cape Canaveral, this place is a definite must dine when in the area.

Went here for the first time and wow! Awesome food and service. Really great local place which serves anything on the menu anytime. Renee was a wonderful pleasant server. Will definitely eat here again!

This place is a great down home southern restaurant with DELICIOUS comfort food. My wife and I loved both of our meals, and will definitely be back when we visit Cocoa again.

Was pleasantly surprised! Atmosphere was nice. Space was open, bigger than I expected . Everything looked nice and clean. Service was probably the best we've had in a long time. Coffee never went empty, food came out quickly. They actually seemed fully staffed which is hard to do these days. We went for breakfast and it did not disappoint. And as far as prices go we thought they were quite reasonable. We would highly recommend this restaurant if your looking for a good breakfast. Next we'll have to try lunch!

Some of the best breakfast food around town. Be prepared for a wait if you show up during peak times and especially on the weekend. Everything was delicious and the service was very friendly. Regardless of how busy they were, the operations were smooth. The best part is the prices are just right. A great value for the quality of food. Extra points for some of the best cooked hash browns I've had in a long time.

A true southern gem at the beach. The fried chicken is AMAZING. Very fair prices for huge portions. Service is always great. Everyone working seems happy. Rene was our server this time. She was super nice and funny. This is our regular go to when visiting family in the area. Will definitely be back.

A great locally owned diner. We stopped by for breakfast on a recent trip through Florida. We tried a 3 egg breakfast and shrimp and grits. The shrimp were well seasoned and the grits had a good flavor.

Straightforward diner style breakfast food for a great price. We liked everything we ordered and their black coffee was exactly as you'd expect. Pancakes and biscuits were a bit dense though and there wasn't anything that we were excited enough about to go back to again.

This is a nice travel spot to visit and get some comfort food for breakfast. The portions are generous, the staff was very pleasant and provided us with some things to do in the area. My GF had the shrimp and grits. The shrimps were huge (but had the tail on it - not my preference) and the gravy was great (Just enough seasoning). It also came with cheese. I had the Sunshine Platter which included 3 eggs, toast, home fries, and sausage ( u have a choice of meat and a choice of grits/hash browns). It was all cooked perfectly. They also had a variety of hot sauces, Tabasco, Chalula, and Louisiana which I don't see as the norm. This, along with drinks only cost $26. A must visit if you're in the area.

This place is right at the top of the local diner list. I had Crab Cake Eggs Benedict and it was wonderful! Eggs cooked perfectly and a very nice crab cake underneath. My okra side was excellently cooked and very tasty. My wife got all sides, a pancake that she said was delicious, hash browns, and fried green tomatoes. I'm not lying when I say that these were the best fried green tomatoes I have ever had. Deep fried and super crunchy. I'm really in disbelief that it has taken me all these years to finally make my way into this place. I'll be going back soon.

Simple food done well! I really enjoyed my French toast. I tried the cornbread but the corn was a little too chewy for me. Our waitress was top notch and very pleasant.

Delicious homemade food. It gets busy because it's delish, so be prepared to add your name to the list , it will be worth it! The cream of mushroom soup was so good I took home a bowl to go for dinner. 🤤 WARNING ⚠️ Sitting at the table next to the cake display case may cause a craving. It was too tempting not to have a slice after watching it taunt me . 🫣 Also if your a chicken and waffle person you have to get it here.. I dug in before a pic but it was a bunch of hand breaded juicy tenders and a perfect waffle.

Such a cute breakfast spot! It was 100% worth the wait, and Fefe was the best server we've had in quite some time! We asked her to surprise us 4 with 2 of her favorite meals and she knocked it out of the park! Ask for the chicken and waffles or their spin on Eggs Benedict. We will certainly use this as a meal spot in the future!

We had breakfast here after it was recommended to us by a hotel staff where we were staying. Food is very good and the prices are reasonable. We were greeted by multiple employees and all were very friendly. It was pretty busy for being a Thursday morning but food came out very quick. We will recommend to friends visiting Orlando.

I enjoyed my breakfast here, and I found this spot doing a google search. I stopped here for breakfast with friends after we got off our cruise in Port Canaveral. I kept it simple with bacon,eggs, and grits 😋 cooked just right! I was told the chicken and waffles were good .Overall good experience and good food!.

My husband and I had just disembarked from a cruise in Port Canaveral and wanted a place close by to get a bite to eat, after doing a Google search, found Southern Charm Cafe. We're delighted to have found such lovely place. First, I'd like to say the staff is very friendly, from the moment you walk in, from the greeter/cashier, servers etc. The menu has a variety of foods meat, dairy, vegetarian and they serve breakfast/lunch all day. I had the veggie omelette and my husband the cheese omelette and both dishes were delicious. The coffee is fresh and tasty! Rena from Alabama was our server, she was outstanding! Top Notch service and delicious food! My husband told her it was my birthday and the staff came over to our table with a little birthday cake and candle and everyone at the restaurant sang me Happy Birthday!. Thank you so much for making me feel so incredibly special and relive such a fond memory :) We will definitely visit again!!

Great menu, great service, great prices. Super convenient to the port if you’re getting on or off a cruise. We had the Country Breakfast and the Triple Deuce and every bite was better than the last. Left feeling super full. We’ll absolutely be back!

Ate here twice while on vacay and would have eaten here daily and not been disappointed! You can tell the food and the service is all with love and joy. Large serving sizes and easy to share or save for a snack. The homemade cake was to die for and unlike any cake I have had in many years! We also got to see a rocket launch while dining which was an experience in itself as well as NASA staff dining there which our kids found cool.

Waitress was awesome, food was fantastic! (Greeters/hostess were really awkward and almost rude...it was my first time and i was confused about the seating system. They said nothing to me, and just kept seating people behind me. It was odd). Overall, a great experience though.
