Devora was amazing person who performed a great relaxing facial. VERY IMPORTANT UPDATE. Be aware with this place. One day after this facial I have been receiving emails and text messages with links to finish my credit application. Is totally upsetting and unacceptable that they putting so much presión on you to buy 4 facial package with a special “free” face device for $3.800 dollars. With your personal information They run a credit pre- approval WITHOUT YOU KNOWING IT. Even worse they not giving me any price previously to do that. This was done by Sean the “facial specialist ” who is not skin specialist, he is a very pushing sales man. Seriously??? What a scam Update: After this horrible incident I did call back to the elevation spa. I was explaining my unhappiness to Gina who toke my call, she not even apologize about it and before I finish my talk she hung the phone on me, and not return a call. VERY CAREFULLY WITH THIS PLACE. They going to still your credit information and put a lots of presión to make you but those red light devices.

I had such a wonderful experience here that I decided to gift a facial for mother’s day. It’s a great place to treat yourself or someone special for a customized and luxurious spa treatment. Plus the view of the intercostal while you're getting a facial is absolutely stunning.

I worked with Ashley and her energy and work on my H20 facial was incredibly transformative. I loved the experience and would highly recommend this treatment and more with Ashley. The facility was beautiful and clean and the staff was friendly and super inviting. 5 star experience all around, thank you for delivering this face care treatment and making it a special one.

Facility is very clean and inviting, team members are warm and welcoming and my therapist Julia is a gem. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire process. Loved every bit of it. Simply put, an awesome experience.

My specialist Gina is truly amazing. Since my first session with her she has made this journey special. She is the best and I would recommend her to everyone I know. The results I am seeing are truly amazing.

I purchased a new customer skin tightening treatment for my mother. She was instructed to be there 15 minutes early several times. This message was communicated via text and from a representative confirming her appointment. My mom was taken back 30 minutes after her scheduled appointment time. Her technician Gina barely communicated anything that was being done even with my mom asking her questions. My mom also kept her shirt on which is not the norm for any facial procedure. What medical spa doesn’t offer a robe? Do not feel that she was given the proper treatment. Not a pleasurable first visit for a new customer as I was looking somewhere where my mom could become an ongoing client.

My esthetician Lily was phenomenal!! 5** my entire experience- she was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I’m felt pampered the second I walked into the spa. Thank you!

Deborah is Excellent! She is knowledgeable, very gentle and made me feel so comfortable. Her recommendations got me to invest in a therapy device I can use at home, as well as future treatments there at the Spa. Overall, I had a Fabulous experience!! I will refer Deborah to my Family and Friends.

I really look forward to my appointments at Elevatione. Every staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I have Sofia as my medical esthetician and I cannot say enough about her. She is very knowledgeable and patient. I would highly recommend this spa. I don't plan on going anywhere else. You won't regret it!!

I had an appointment today. Long story short. I waited for an hour in the waiting area before someone addressed the technician I was going to be working with called in sick. Was then told to wait 10-15 more minutes to be seen by someone else . Decided to wait what was 15 more minutes. But when it went to 20 minutes I decided to just walk out. It was going to be my first time trying my treatment so I was very excited until I wasn’t. I drove 45 minutes to this appointment. What a waste of my time. I hope they do better.

Elevatione spa is not only in a beautiful location on Flagler, but also has wonderful, kind, compassionate staff. My technician, Sofia, is personable and knowledgeable. She explained every step of the process of treatments and answer any questions that I had. I highly recommend their services.
