Manager Latasha very polite and self explanatory person. I regret not being able to rent because it seems that the present tenants are very pleased living in this community and the time frame I have in renting a place is not favorable. But even though I strongly believe that first impressions are what makes a strong positive relationship between tenants and manager. Latasha is committed to provide great management to her community. You guys need a new manager the manager they have right now her name is jeannie I have emailed I even talk to corporate that Lady is rude. I don't know who had her but they need to rethink their decision. She's even on social media talking about the property talking about her coworkers. It is ridiculous. Please don't waste your time living at this property. I wish they would have just hired there temp of Valery because she is sweet. She greets you soon as you come to the door.

After reading through your reviews, especially the 1 dealing with a veteran and a black man on top of that ,and the fact that the phone is hardly answered I will take this place off of my search list, vets are the easiest tenants to have we don't complain much

I love cynthia and brandi I hope that those girls stay they are very helpful. We are tired of new staff coming in and out. we need to keep staff. My grandfather has been staying in the community for seven years and I can honestly say this is the first year that I've been greeted, and when I walked in, and everyone's been so polite.

Why doesn't anyone answer the phone? The voice mailbox is full. I have had no return calls after sending a fax or submitting e-mail for three weeks.

I am so disgusted with this place. The people who work in the building have no idea what’s going on. I applied for an apartment months ago and after waiting 8 months my application was lost. They blames the previous people who worked there and reinsured me this will be handled. Everyone they tell me someone will call me back they never do. Finally they found my file after non stop calling and showing up. I let them know I am homeless and have been waiting for this apartment for a long time. They set me up to fill out another application and they lost it AGAIN. I had to leave work and go fill out these documents. Every time I get a call from the office I get told a different story. They all blame each other and no one takes accountability for what is going on. I have waited weeks to hear back from them. Every time I call they tell me no one’s in the office. I spoke to the manager and she told me I make too much money. I provided paper work stating I meet the requirements for the apartment and the manager told me “if you are having so many issues maybe this place isn’t for you.” She was super rude and unhelpful. I can’t believe this is the type of business they are running. I am now homeless and have no type of help from these people. Please save your money and time do not get caught up in this scam.

You book a tour on the website once you go in they look at you like you’re an alien and they tell you they dont do tours that the website gives false info . ontop of that they give attitude . They never have any apartments available they never answer their phones I been trying for a year now . Is not first come and serve is if I know you yesssss sure we have apartments available is called favoritism!!!

The location of this apartment complex is in the heart of a very nice shopping area. With resteraunts and stores very close by, you have a plethora of options within walking distance. If your fortunate enough to sit down with Miss Pamela Bess, you are in for quite a treat! Although she delivered the news of a 6-8 month wait (the only reason for 4/5 stars), she still managed to keep the visit pleasantly engaging. Her warm personality embossed with a professional demeanor made my visit today very much worth the trip regardless of its outcome. Her knowledge of the complex was unquestionable, and frankly, I would stop in just for the conversation if I was to move here.
