Thank you Twin Peaks for doing customer service right! From the moment our server, Cheyenne from Utica, approached our table her service was on point! Welcoming us and asking all the right questions to ensure our experience was excellent, she truly made our New Years Eve / Birthday lunch fabulous. The food and drink recommendations were perfect. From the fresh crisp pork rinds to the great sauces for the wings to the wide variety of beers...she hit the nail on the head with the house IPA for my hubs and even found one that I, not a beer lover, actually enjoyed with my meal (Mango Cart). Manager, Lan, has built a wonderful team here and we will surely be back!

If you're looking to unwind after a hard day's work, and you have a cold beer in mind. This is the place to go. They're tall. Beers are just above frozen which in my book is perfect. And unsurprisingly their food choices compliment the beer selection brilliantly! Can't say I have much to complain about, the service was outstanding albeit a bit slow. I'm going to leave this review as a four star till the next time I go. Then I'll confirm if the slow service was just a fluke. Definitely worth continuous revisits though.

Great atmosphere and vibe especially on the weekends. This is my go to place for all UFC and Boxing matches. Most Epic fights I’ve seen them here. Service it’s a 4. Some night it’s great, others challenging but nothing it’s perfect. I’ve been coming here for at least 4 years staff changes too often. I believe that’s the reason for the inconsistency. Everything else makes up for it. Pro Tip: The Billionaire & Hangeover Burger’s are the best! With extra fries.. put some fries inside the bun! with Mayo and Ketchup - HEAVEN! ⛅️ 👌🏼🍔🤤

I had high hopes for this place but the food had no flavor. Late nite visit got double nachos, grilled wings, mama's potroast. Pot roast was the best. Grilled chicken wings were fresh just no seasoning. Nachos had a lot on top just not a lot of nachos and need more cheese. Service was good, reminds me of a county version of hooters. Some girls working looked so young like still in high-school. Overall for a snack and a drink go for it but not for a hood meal.

Came out here for a baseball tournament in West Palm Beach got recommend it to go to Twin Peaks by a bunch of locals and we got the worst possible service ever… Waited over 15 minutes to be seated, another 15 mins to have someone come talk to us….I will never come to a twin peaks in my life again! There excuse was that the manager fire a few people and they forgot to come check on her table.

What even is this. This is not a Buffalo chicken taco. & it took an hr wait just to be COLD. & I tried them yesterday & my food also took almost an hr to be COLD with burnt broccoli. If you feel like trying it out go ahead but so far I’ve been disappointed. & it’s so crowded so I thought the food would be great.

I get it. It's not five star dining.I Went here the other night for a late dinner. Sat at the bar. They have a few items that are $5 for happy hour and really inexpensive beer. Grab the blonde draft 22 oz for $4.50. Had some nachos with spicy queso and a street corn salad with grilled chicken. My friend grabbed some grilled wings. The queso was okay. Tastes like amped up cheese whiz. The salad was edible. Grilled chicken was very moist. A little too spicy for my taste. My friend said his wings were not that good. But I didn't try any. Our server was adequate but I think she was having a bad day . Overall a very mediocre experience.

Everything was super super tasty. The Philly steak was strongly salty and peppery, but i liked it. The brownie part of the sundae was legit! Friendly staff. Outdoor seating.

The food we ended up receiving was tasty! That being said.....we literally just left@ 2330. We got there plenty of time for the kitchen to complete our order. Chicken wings never came out.....we were told the kitchen the kitchen was backed up. We indicated, after all our food arrived (without wings), to cancel the order of wings because we now had our entrees. The waitress never brought silverware....had to find some myself after 5 minutes with the food we received. I ordered the chicken fried steak and asked for french fries instead of the mashed potatoes. Well.....I wasn't informed that receiving a replacement for the mashed potatoes would be extra cost. So, paid 18+ dollars for 2 pieces of fried meat and then paid 5 dollars for fries. A 23+ dollar meal for small chicken fried steak and some fries. Our night consisted of .....no silverwear, didn't receive an order, charge without being informed there was not an option for replacement of mashed potatoes and just plain not a good experience with service. Food was cooked well....not all was bad. We drove 50 minutes, taking family visiting from Spain to experience Twin Peaks. We moved here from Michigan and regularly visited to Twin Peaks. This was our first visit to one in Florida..... pretty disappointed especially for our guests .

Went here for lunch and I enjoyed the turkey avocado sandwich and drinks that were on happy hour special. Along with the sandwich I decided to do the chili soup (which I wasn’t a fan of) and sweet potato fries which were good. Exceptional service. I wish I remembered my waitresses name because she was so pleasant. I’ve been here numerous times and will continue to go back.

I had a good time! The environment here is fun, especially on the patio. Easy to talk to your neighbor and make friends. Food and drink excellent!! Service was good/okay, but I've had better before. There was little interaction my whole visit of 3.5 hrs, and I had to ask for everything. My needs were not anticipated. Wishing they would stop replacing my check/tab every time I order something, pet peeve of mine, especially when they already ran my card for a hold.

The food and service was excellent! I will definitely come back to watch a game.

We finally had the time to experience Twinpeaks WPB! The beer was just how I like it nice a frosty and tasted amazing! I had the cheesesteak and it was full of flavors meat was nice and tender super tasty! My husband had the burger and it was really good as well I had to steal a bite to taste it looked so good! We will definitely be back we drive from PSL just to visit!!

My mom and I come to this restaurant all the time we absolutely love the food and the ice cold 22 oz beers. The mozzarella bites are absolutely phenomenal I do recommend getting them with the ranch dressing. The entrees we've had here were on point every time, whoever they have in the kitchen definitely knows what they're doing.

Great place! Good food, cold beer, friendly staff, clean and pleasant atmosphere! All the women were very professional but also warm and welcoming. You should ask for Naomi's section if she is available. Smart funny and good at her job, she is a wonderful waitress and just an all-around nice person. Perfect place to bring your buddy for his birthday! Had a blast will return soon

Nice place and good service. If you like wine, not too good. Out of the three types that I asked for, they were out. Stick to beer or mixed drinks.

Tiba took great care of us at all times during the meal. The recommendations she made and the quality of food provided was on point. We even received a visit from one of the managers, Ronnie, during our meal. Definitely one of my favorite venues for dining. Plenty of TV's, friendly service and beautiful faces.

This place is pretty fun. The outdoor seating area is the place to be. My first time trying Billionaires Bacon...it lives up to the name. Service was great. If you just landed at Palm Beach Airport stop by here next.

Everything here is tasty from apps, entrees and desserts, We had it all. Spicy Meatball skillet , burgers and wings, apple turnovers is a must!!!

Food was lukewarm but waitress was very nice. Great servers and good beers just slow kitchen and didn’t want to send the food back as it took an hour to arrive.

We decided to have an early Sunday dinner after shopping at the Outlets. We have always enjoyed having some bites and eats at Twin Peaks and your location; however, we were disappointed. We sat in one of the booths with the TVs. It took some time for a server to come over. We didn't have utensils so had to ask for them at the greeting table. Our waitress was sweet and attentive. But then when we got some of our food we were told a shift change was occurring. We never saw our waitress again and was asked if we needed boxes; hence still waiting for the rest of our food. Bambi took over and once we paid our first server we still waited for the rest of our food. The soup came out cold and bread was burnt. Water wasn't refilled and had to wave down another server for the remaining missing salad and to tell her the soup wasn't hot. There seemed to be some sort of training going on in the side room when doors closed but for the first time we were never greeted by a manager. 4 managers were present and despite having many travel baseball teams surrounding the restaurant...not once was anyone greeted. There are a ton of franchises or restaurants that patrons can choose from and hope for great service; and hold out for that at your location. What happened today? It would be nice to have management come by and check on their servers and also say hello to their patrons.

Friendly staff. Manager was not nice to one of the patrons who all the waitresses knew. As in, the guy was rude to the customer and pulled all the waitresses aside to warn them about talking to or speaking with this customer. It was quite odd as he was exceptionally respectful to the staff and they all knew him and he tipped quite well.

We came for lunch today during the Dolphins game. Loved the atmosphere, the vibe was awesome. We ordered the loaded bacon cheese fries for an app and they were really good. Had the breaded wings (we shared), they were really big, although cooked well, not our fav. The service was super slow and the wings took a really long time to come out.

I ordered chicken nachos, and I asked just for the chicken, cheese, and tomatoes it came with more, I just don't like the sour cream, onions and cheese sauce on it. This is all the chicken they put on my nachos along with the cheese. The chicken was cold, and cheese was cold. Service was not great. We had to keep calling the waitress over, which it took her a long time to come.

Cobb salad with cheddar cheese on the side ... I didn't know Cobb salad is a sandwich. I would train the servers before letting them on the floor because common sense it's missing. And one more thing ... when you put in the meniu BOWL OF SOUP, don't serve a bigger cup. It's pathetic.

I love Twin Peak Restaurants, However this one has a 1 hour wait when ordering food. Food and appetizers came at the same time. which makes it difficult to enjoy neither. The server was nice, but there was no utensils on the table to start eating with after a whole hour wait. When the food arrived it was super salty Shana was our server again she was nice but she did not offer us dessert, I feel like the company failed her. I may not return back to this location which is sucks because we come down this side a lot.

Insanely delicious meat with sauce and veggies Mom Pot Roast! TVs everywhere great to watch the world cup. Servers were nice and friendly and not pushy at all.

Our server was Jordan. She was amazing. The avocado bacon burger was so good and the spicy Thai chili wings are out of this world. Great sports game restaurant.

Good food and great beer! Service was excellent but the place was rather empty. So many TV screens.. great place to watch the games! Not a bad seat in the house.

My first time at Twin Peaks and Lacie helped me through ALL my menu questions. EVERYTHING was amazing from the service, the food the drinks! We own a trucking company and we’re down here often, I DEFINITELY will be coming back and asking for Lacie!!!

I went to twin peaks with my significant other to have a couple of drinks at the end of the day it took us 15 minutes to be seated as someone who just walked in was seated before us. It didn’t bother me at first but when I asked to order drinks from the bar the very nice girl behind the bar asked me to wait for my waitress I waited about 10 more minutes and they had seated more people and attended to those people and I continued to wait. Food was very good and drinks very good but service was horrible

I expected more …… I went there cause a few friends recommended it but I think I want to the wrong one. The mashed were cold and unseasoned, the wings were overly seasoned and we had to reorder the fries because they were cold as well. Overall mediocre experience.

Came in with some friends last week for lunch. We sat in the outside bar area which was clean and upkept. Our bartender/server Victoria P. was very knowledgeable with the menu and had great energy about her making us laugh and just overall made sure we were having a great time. She made sure our food got out nice and hot in a timely manner, and kept our cups full. Definitely recommend asking to be seated in Victoria P's section. Will be back.

I went to watch a football game. The ambiance was very satisfying, the restaurant was busy. Although they were very busy the manager James went over and beyond to satisfy me. I give him three thumbs up for his outstanding efforts. Our waitress Aly was very nice and attentive. She constantly kept making sure we were satisfied.
