Took a pit stop on the drive back to Miami from Cape Canaveral + ended up in Hooters. Initially intended to just have a drink + appetizers while we waited for Krazy Buffet to reopen, but Emily was so nice + friendly we ended up ordering some Buffalo shrimp with spicy garlic + 3mile sauces that opened our appetites up for a sweeter Hooters Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and a Hooters Buffalo Chicken Garden salad, both of which were underwhelming and had to be taken home. None of the girls had big Hooters but all of them wore tiny hot pants with half their cheeks out, which is an interesting dynamic that may not be new to the regulars, but was certainly new to us. I did also buy a cool hat and got cool selfies with the sun rays streaming thru the window. What a hoot!

The atmosphere felt a bit run down compared to other prior hooters experiences I have had. Once we sat down we noticed the table wasn't clean and it took over 10 minutes to get anyone to come to the table to order drinks. We never got any menus, so we ordered from memory (2 Buffalo chicken sandwiches with curly fries and a 22 piece hot boneless wings with with 2 orders of curly fries). The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't as good as prior experiences either. The Buffalo chicken sandwich was great, the curly fries were okay nothing special, and the boneless wings didn't taste fresh, a bit disappointing. My boneless wings came out with hardly any sauce on it, so I asked for some sauce to fix it. The waitress let me know they ran out and had to open up a new thing of sauce, but then charged me for extra sauce, although it was their mistake. Our waitress was really nice, but never refilled our drinks and then took a really long time just to bring us our check. Overall, this experience was disappointing and won't be going back anytime soon.

The girls are pretty but the food can sometimes be hit-or-miss The drinks Are really good I just wish there was more consistency in the kitchen If you're gonna eat there better to order the wings they can't mess that up.. But then again good help is hard to find

What happened to the Hooter Restaurants? I wanted to enjoy some good jumbo wings and ended up with wings you can get from Wing Stop or from your local grocery store. The wings are now served this way. I miss the old days and the old jumbo wings. Signs of the times, I guess.

Sorry to admit but I'm actually a fan of their breaded wings and have eaten at Hooters for 20+ years all over the state. Never have I had bad wings until I went to this location. Was scary bad. Service was equally bad. Hope management gets on track here.

Food was excellent. Service was very good. I was there at 11am, so it was not busy.

Waited 26 minutes to be greeted by a server after being sat by a manager who had to clean a table because they were all dirty. We finally walked to the bar to get service. We had my son so could not sit at the bar top. The bar tender handled it very well and took our table across the restaurant well outside of her area. It's real crazy that the servers just refused to take another table and no manager forced them to do their job. It was possibly near shift change and the servers just didn't feel like taking on another table, maybe the servers were all cut and it was management to blame, but terrible hospitality came to us no matter the reason. The servers we did see spent time on their phones near the beverage station. This place is plummeting downhill. The service is the reason all the business is going to Twin Peaks. Its absolutely pathetic how few people are at this location at any given time while next door, at a larger restaurant, people would rather wait 20 minutes just to be sat. They have replied to my message from 4 days ago to try and rectify things. 4 days is what it took for them to request I go online to have me fill out something else so they could fix it. I dont even want anything from them. I will never go back to this location. Not even for free. I wish I could say this was the first negative experience here.

Attempted to eat here tonight. There were approximately 10/15 total customers in there restaurant a d numerous staff milling about. We waited almost 10 minutes to "be seated", which is when the host told us to sit anywhere we wanted and that she would send a server. Found the least dirty table and waited for a server. After about 10 more minutes we left. As we were leaving we saw 4/5 waitresses at the host station on their phones and talking. Won't ever come here again.

Ordered on uber eats a Buffalo chicken sandwich with pepper Jack and Buffalo sauce.. I got a dry chicken sandwich plain with cold soggy fries .. never again .. called and nothing can be done smh

Excellent wings had the Daytona Sauce. The bartender was very nice and attentive. Even sang a song for my husbands birthday. Service was 1000x better than twin peaks.

What an awful experience! Drinks took forever and needed to be reminded about. Then, we waited nearly an hour for our appetizers and then were still waiting on entrees. Though the manager took a healthy discount off of our check, I will never be visiting this location again! As we were leaving we saw multiple cooks come out from the kitchen to hang out in the back parking lot with their styrofoam cups and cigarettes. Food was decent but not worth the wait!

Haven't been to Hooters for years. It was always good service and great burgers and fried pickles. Sat down and it took 10 minutes a server to arrive. We ordered drinks and burgers and fried pickles. Then we observed our waitress running here and there, and our drinks hadn't shown up after 15 more minutes. My wife had to go find the waitress (on her phone) just to ask for our drinks. I stead of one large burger there was two "hockey pucks" on the bun. They were dry and over-cooked. My wife doesn't mind it, and she ate hers. I sent mine back, and then the manager came over and asked what was up. We explained the very poor service and the burgers not medium rare, but instead cooked beyond well. He made another one, and I was able to eat half, as I had lost my appetite. The fried pickles were coated with some slurrey that was nothing like they used to be. I must say, I can't recommend this establishment. The music was so loud it was hard to converse with each other, the service was downright terrible, and the food was not good at all. Why even go here? There's nothing redeeming about this place.

Not impressed with this location. I waited 45 minutes for naked wings and Buffalo shrimp. The bartender made a mistake and rang in breaded wings even though I ordered naked wings. She did not apologize for her mistake. She was not friendly. The Manager was wonderful! He gave me a 20 percent discount for the mistake. He was very nice. I will not return to this location.

Went to celebrate my brother's birthday, ordered curly fries that I never received BTW. They manager had to refund Mr. Fast forward to today, my mom placed a to-go order, arrived 20 minutes later only for her wings nit to be ready. Then when they were ready they were COLD. Severs are awesome, kitchen staff needs some work.

I try to support this place because I love their wings but they really don’t seem to want the business. On my last visit I walked in at exactly 11pm on a Saturday night. I know they close at midnight which is pretty early for a weekend but figured I could get a quick bite as some drinks. Sat at the bar and the bartender was clearly annoyed. She asked me to go sit on the other side so she could clean and start closing. Then she said she can “probably” get me a drink. I asked about food and she said no way. So I got up and took my $100 down the street to Twin Peaks. They were open till 2am, happy to have me and I didn’t feel like I was bothering them. The wings weren’t as good but they happily served me food and drinks with a smile all night which was a win.

The sauce is NOT THE SAME as other Hooters. Buyer beware! I drove out of my way to get this and the sauces are not even close to normal hooters. Our server was the only one working and management put her in a bad situation.

Entered at exactly 11am. Opening time. Paris was my server/bartender. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She interacted with all guests and made everyone feel comfortable; like they were a visiting family member, sitting at a dinner table. Manager interacted with the guests and even asked about my snow crab legs and if I liked them. All food was the right temp. and served with all condiments.

My husband, a military veteran, myself, and daughter decided to go to Hooters in West Palm Beach to celebrate Veterans Day. We waited a few minutes to be seated. After a few more minutes we ordered 3 meals and drinks and waited. And waited and waited. We inquired with the manager as to if the order was even placed? The Manger Gregg went to Mina and they spoke but neither returned with drinks. When he returned he said she is just placing the order now. Keep in mind we had been there over 20 minutes without anything. She followed with a mean face stating didn't you see the party of 20 that I had? I was working on it but had to big party ahead of you. I explained to her that we could not wait if the order was just placed. By this time we had already waited over 20 minutes and never received drinks or a single morsal of food. I asked her for her name and her managers name to report this disastrous experience and she refused and asked me who I thought I was talking to. Well I am a former employee who has never witnessed such nasty and unprofessional behavior by staff. We look forward having this behavior addressed on all levels.

I got grilled shrimp Caesar salad. Super healthy and delicious. A lot of sport Chanels. Very entertaining spot.

We order 80 wings last time we were there September 3rd around 10pm and kids wouldn’t eat the lemon pepper wings we ordered to go because they said they were full of pepper, the hot wings on the other hand didn’t even look breaded well and were so tiny that I couldn’t believe I had just payed almost $100 for them. Hope they can make them better next time. Times we have dined in the waitress were nice

On a game (Heat) night, the restaurant got busy quickly, but Nicole was on time taking my order and keeping my libations flowing. Don't sleep on the waffle fries.

Food is awesome! Love their chipotle honey wing sauce. The wings are average but the sauce makes them so good. The bacon burger sliders are very delicious! The slider bread is so soft and the burger actually tastes like real beef compared to some other restaurants today lol. The funnel fries are different and really good while their good and hot. The wait is a little lengthy but the food is worth the wait! Service is great as well!

Service was attentive and friendly. We actually left Twin Peaks because it was way too packed and service was very very slow. Edit: I forgot to mention the Original Hooters wings were fine as hell! Just as tasty as when I was a kid!!

Absolute horrible experience not even sure where to begin. First upon walking in the overall cleanliness of the restaurant is very dirty from the front doors to the sticky tables and filthy floors . Secondly still no menu really?? I guess cutting cost. Lastly after trying to decide what to eat since they no longer have certain sauces etc , once the food did come to the table it was not at all what Iv Experienced at other hooters. The pretzel bites that’s supposed to come with a beer cheese sauce came with a disgusting nacho cheese sauce instead , my fries had long black hairs tangled in with them and my wings were bottom of the barrel quality. I do not recommend this place at all. They have some serious work to do cleaning up the place to start then perhaps some kitchen cooking educate. Super disappointed!

The staff as usual is completely beautiful patient kind and caring knowing full well that they're on display but every one of them is beautiful in their own way not just on the outside. Service was great food was fantastic as usual truly enjoyed it.

The manager Glen is terrific. He is a hard worker. I was watching him cook in the back to help his staff which was very short handed. People are sonquick to jump on others, but when you see someone working hard, please realize we're all trying to keep it together during this tough time. Thanks Glen. Keep on keeping on brother.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I came with 9 other people and was told from the very beginning that they couldn’t split checks for parties larger than 6 and could take “different” forms of payment. I was shorted 6 wings when our food arrived but the server had no problem bringing out 6 more of my wings - FINE. At the end of our dining experience the server then told us they could only take 4 forms of payment. This has been a very disappointing experience and won’t ever come to this Hooters ever again. I’ve been coming to Hooters for over 15 years and this is not what it used to be. Do yourself a favor and go up the street to Twin Peaks for better food, service and professionalism.

I enjoyed my experience. Our Bartender, "Hannah" was pretty attentive, and she laughed at my buddy's jokes. Bottom line is that Hooters delivers a consistent and uniform product. You will get great tasting food in Palm Beach or Singapore. It's an American icon and I could never complain.

Hooters there ought to be a law you guys have an ingredient format to Follow I don't understand how the food is always made differently from other hooters I'm always having problems with West Palm Beach hooters this is ridiculous

Good vibes at this place, Sat at the bar.. Ordered Strawberry long island... Bartender made it real good..... Got my tenders and they was just ok.. lightly breaded but can use more flavor.

This Hooters drive is a terrible experience! We waited at the table 15 minutes for someone to come to our table but this waitress said another would come in a few minutes, another 18 minutes passed! she took our orders, it took 20 minutes to get our beer, already hot, long waiting time, after 30 minutes she informed me that she had no crab legs available! what a disappointment Hooters without crab legs! the margarita came in a hot glass which totally changed the taste of the drink! the shrimp was soft looking weird! very disappointed because I know several Hooters and this one from West Palm Beach doesn't look anything like a real Hooters!

This was a total joke. Our first clue should have been the Chick, Fil, A driver delivering food. We sat ourselves, we were ignored for a good 5 min. They had 6 people sitting at tables. No menus, you have to scan the code in order to view a menu. I guess we aren't up to date on this. We proceeded to get up and leave. I for one wanted Hooters wings.

We got a late night dinner ordered around eight after our work day ran longer than expected. We ordered the burger, naked Buffalo wings, and crabs. The burger was great! Bacon cheeseburger very tasty and came with some awesome fries. We got the naked hot Buffalo wings with garlic and ranch and blue cheese on the side the wings were great cooked perfectly crispy with a nice amount of the tasty sauce and the dressings it came with were very fresh we loved it. We loved how they really took care of every special detail of our to go order especially later after normal dinner hours. Thanks guys! 🙏 The crab was very tasty and came with a butter dipping sauce and the dry seasoning on it was very tasty 👅 we loved it! Updated review we loved it so much got it again tonight it was hard to order exactly how we wanted it on Uber eats we called she made it so easy in a two minute phone call to adjust it for us. Definitely a sweet treat and one of my favorite eats in West Palm! 💕
