*edit* I have been coming here since the restaurant opened up. I truly love this place.♥️ However on 08/11/2023 I had a such a terrible experience . Usually the staff is friendly and professional. I went to the drive thru to order food for my family of 6. Everything was going well up until we received our food. I had asked the cashier who attended us a simple question. I asked the price difference on a meal and she was suddenly upset. Then, as we received our meal we were missing our fries. I have experience working at restaurants and understand we are human beings and we make mistakes and are very busy serving people. So, I went inside to let the person know that I never received the fries. She however got upset and told me otherwise. She stated she did indeed give us the fries. I did not want to argue so I went back into my car and retrieved the meal. Finally, I did receive the fries. When I arrived home I also saw we were missing our 6 sauces I ordered. And the chicken sandwich I ordered was not well cooked. I did not want to go back again due to the experience I already had. My order came out in total of $80. Never have I or my family had such a terrible experience at this wonderful restaurant.

There’s fast food, and then there is good quality fast food. I put this chicken fast food next to Chick-Fil-A… open kitchen concept, and a clean environment to eat. The quality is perhaps second to none.

I’ve been a customer of this place for over eight years and it never disappoints. Food comes out quick hot and fresh and it is always a pleasure to eat inside or drive-through. The team today was moving like a well oiled machine. Today Alexis helped me when I was ordering and she was an absolutely exceptional in her demeanor and service, as well as a welcoming smile. Yummy food and friendly service. Hits the fried chicken spot w/o having to go to CFA. A little bit of a wait usually but about the same as CFA but the only difference is the wait is about the same for less volume of customers. Once you order though the food come out quick and hot. Recommended.

I ordered a crispy chicken breast sandwich with waffle fries (ranch on the side) and expected it be served as pictured on the website, drive thru sign, and interior menu. When I get home I have 2 chicken tenders (not a chicken breast) on a bun, soggy frozen grocery store quality fries (not waffle fries) and no sauce, what should I do? I say write a review to let the restaurant and it’s customers know and see (pics included) the lack of quality, FALSE ADVERTISING, and overall terrible job they’re doing! It’s like they ran out of the actual menu items and served whatever they could randomly find without notifying customers and hoped we wouldn’t notice. I would’ve given them zero stars but it wouldn’t let me. I used to be a regular customer but this is completely unacceptable.

Went to PDQ today; overall quite delicious. Ordered the chicken sandwich with “Dukes Mayo” some fries and a cola. Food came out ok. Barely had any Mayo on it so not sure what happened there. Fries were good and the cola was average. I asked for a honey barbecue and ranch sauce which were delicious. I still have to give four stars though. I cannot offer 5 stars because the order did not come out right. In addition to the chicken sandwich I also ordered a kids meal with broccoli and a milkshake which came out totally botched. They gave me fries instead of the cheesy broccoli. I had to remind them 3 times that I had asked for the cheesy broccoli. When I got home I noticed that the cheesy broccoli had no cheese, which was ok. I just put some cheese on them and hit the microwave for a few seconds and viola. The shake was out of this world. Go ahead and get you one of those if you like milk shakes. Overall I feel like if you take the time to read my review and decide to head over to PDQ; you’ll be satisfied with my 4 star rating. Hopefully you’ll think to yourself; you know what; this guy was right. I do hope they get your order right and you get the full 5 star experience.

Great time! The food was delicious and the restaurant clean as always. The best part is truly the service. when my 5 year old accidentally spilled some water, Shanda immediately offered to help clean it up and complimented my 5 year old for carrying the cup so far by himself. (Thank you for not shaming him!) She was truly the best! The rest of the staff were also great as we were checked on multiple times to see if they could get us anything. Thank you team!

Decided to have dinner at our “favorite restaurant” as per my son. It was just a wonderful experience from start to finish. Starr the manager, was just amazing. She was so kind and patient with us while we placed our order. We even got the PDQ app (which if you haven’t already, you totally should) and we got some free goodies also. All fast food places should be like this! Thank you all for making our evening great!

This rating should probably be for 3 1/2 stars. I had read many reviews of this place and last week after picking my wife up from work we decided to give PDQ a try (Okeechobee location). We got there for early dinner (around 3:30) and only a couple of folk were ahead of us in line. The cashier was professional and polite as we ordered our food. The place is pretty spacious and actually quite clean with an open concept. You can see pretty much everything in there from most any seat. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich combo and my wife ordered the Grilled Chicken Sandwich combo... both with waffle fries. My wife liked the fries better than the other chicken place's fries. I did not. I found them to be overcooked and not salty, at all. And the portions seemed a bit stingy. My sandwich was pretty decent and my wife liked her sandwich okay. The bread on the bottom of mine looked either old or over baked... but in all fairness, did not taste stale. Overall, it was a decent meal but neither of us felt like it would be worth driving out of our way to visit again. Certainly better than most of the 'fast food' burger places out there, but nothing memorable.

This was my first location in which I tried PDQ and it was INSANE how good the food was and how great the customer service was for a fast food chain. The quality of the food, the chicken was juicy , the max and cheese was amazing the experience was honestly a 10/10 . It was so good I came back home to Miami and tried the one by coral springs but I was so let down it was nothing compared to this location it tasted worlds of a difference. Convinced this PDQ is the best location ever. So glad I tried it for the first time at this locations!!

This was a great experience the cashier was so very helpful she was so cute and a lot of fun, recommended a couple of new items I had never had. We had a coupon we wanted to check it out and it did not disappoint. I cannot eat the bread so she recommended the grilled chicken with a lettuce wrap as a sandwich it was absolutely delicious, along with the broccoli and Parmesan garlic side which was out of this world. My husband got the chicken tenders and french fries always cooked to perfection in nice and crispy. You could definitely tell everybody was organized working together, the location is nice and clean and everybody working there has a great personality and a lot of fun.

Came in for a quick delicious dinner and stayed for the most beautiful magical Christmas dining experience! Decorations are absolutely amazing, thank you for creating a little winter wonderland for my family to enjoy. Will be back all December, more than usual 🎄 ❄️

Very friendly and outgoing cashier. His name was Michael G very outgoing worker. He answered our questions regarding the apps and sign ups and was very clear in explaining everything. Food was fast service and very yummy. I came here with my friends and we will definitely be back!

Michael is the best manager ever. His customer service is impeccable and everyone should come and grab a bite. Get the sweet Siracha sauce

Grabbed some quick chicken tenders on my way back to the hotel. The chicken tenders were hot the fries were warm. Overall, food as okay.

This location is awesome . The staff are always friendly and always make my order right . The food is always fresh and the sauces are amazing. MICHAEL G is awesome as well. So let me just start by saying we got this food from West Palm got on the express and drove home. When we were home eating, the fries were still warm, deliciously crispy and just amazing. The spicy chicken nuggets were not just spicy but seasoned to perfection! Perfection!!! And then you go and dip it in this deliciously scrumptious ranch sauce and your mouth just has this beautiful explosion of flavor. Overall this is about my 5th time going to PDQ and every single time I go the food is incredible. Not to mention I had a great experience with the staff and in such a short time because the food was ready moments after I got to the window. I can say this is THE best in fast food and there is not a fight.

This was my first time eating here. Not only were the fries nice and crispy, but the chicken sandwich was amazing. They seem to have a great system in place for getting food out quickly. Would definitely eat here again. I wish I got the milkshake too.

Wanted to try something new. We don't have this restaurant in Ohio. We ordered some Wachos which are loaded waffle fries and a crispy chicken sandwich. Also got grilled chicken tenders with garlic sauce. It was delicious but I was kind of ticked that I was NOT ACKNOWLEDGED as I waited under the mobile order sign & was there at least 5 mins when a white couple came in & the big dude acknowledged them & said "I'll be right with you" Luckily for him he FINALLY asked me if I had an order before walking to them because it was about to be a problem. Do better customer service.

Excellent chicken and waffle Fries. Milkshake and sweet tea are also great.

I'd forgotten how BIG the tenders are compared to the other chicken place. Two for now with yummy waffle fries, two for later. Bright and cheery decorations!
