Update August 20th Worst mc donalds! They are ok with small orders. Be specific and double check your orders. Some days they are professional. Other days the sandwich is poorly wrapped. I'm not coming here again, too many red flags.

Great weekday crew, terrible weekend crew. When that one Caucasian lady isnt working drive thru its a complete catastrophe. I go here every morning before work. Cool place they are professional half the time. The Spanish manager is professional and friendly. Someone could ring your order correctly but the next window could get it incorrect. Kind of weird so check your food before driving off. Homeless ppl in the drive way begging for change. Food already not too healthy now bad service is unhealthy as well.

This McDonalds is all around really nice and follows the seasons. Unfortunately, a woman began a loud vulgar rant to the employee and then stormed out cussing and screaming, slamming her bike into the glass, I sat there with my 3 yr. old little girl stuck having to witness. Not minutes later her friend came in also for a glass of water. The employee held himself very professionally, but judging by the conversation and the fact that the restrooms may only be unlocked by a button behind the counter, this must be a heavy transient area. I hope that they can work that out because I can't go back in there with my child worrying that that may happen again or become violent.

Nice store, clean restroom and fast service. Self-service refills and water.

Service was very terrible and the entire staff needs to be replaced. The young manager has zero communication skills and didn’t make any attempt to correct my order. This restaurant needs to be shut down or fire the staff and start over with new people who will get the job done!! I’m definitely calling corparate and reporting this store

Chicken nuggets were good. Fries were salty. Now if you like that then the fries were a 5. Service was extremely slow with only 2 cars ahead of us. We spent about $16.

I VIsited around 10:30pm Friday. Drive thru line was long. After I placed my order the line did not move for solid 12 minutes then barely moved at an unbearably slow pace. There were 5 cars ahead of me and no one was moving at all up to the pickup window. There were barricades in the pass thru lane so I couldn't even squeeze out of the drive thru lane. They must have been extremely short staffed but I couldn't keep sitting there beyond 20 min. so at the first chance I squeezed out to the pass thru lane and left my order behind! I won't be back.

From pulling up and ordering it was phiasco. Nothing I asked to order was correct. Then got to payment window, still wrong. Had to correct it again. Pulled up to pick up window. To be told the ice cream machine is broken again. I calmly stated that's fine, as I never ordered ice cream. An ice coffee, made wrong twice. They gave me my bag, that I checked to find out missing condiments asked for and the BigMac not made correctly. A half an hour at McDonald's for a poorly made $10 meal. This place has got to get their act together or it's going to cost more to run it incorrectly than make money. Meaning it will have to close.

I waited in the drive thru for a llooonnngg time before anyone came in the speaker. Meanwhile, they kept moving people forward who were going up to the other speaker. Then I had to repeat myself several times because the girl in the other end was not paying attention. All I wanted was a number 7 with a coke and plain patty on the side.

They always miss my food up if I order a sausage egg and cheese bagel I get a bacon egg and cheese bagel if I order a steak egg and cheese bagel I got a sausage and cheese bagel get it together people I've been coming here for years and the same thing all the time

I visited this store today placing an order to have a late lunch however, I was told by Keisha that they were too busy to take orders at the counter I needed to go to the kiosk. I didn’t ask for the store number to register a complaint with the corporation I was told the store number is sawgrass, also on my visit to Manager Street walk past the customers waiting to either get their food or place an order and never offered assistance. I am to believe that this particular McDonald’s is hiring all of the applicants that no longer work for Walmart if you wanna pour experience in a McDonald’s visitor store you will definitely get it .

I don't eat McDonald's anymore. But I went here to to pickup food for someone else. The staff were all gathered in the kitchen area. Which seems to be the way these restaurants operate these days. No one in front to help customers. And when you try to get assistance, they look at you as though you're an annoying interruption in their day. When the young lady finally came to the front, I confirmed the name on the order. Three items, mcflurries, cookies, etc. I saw her working on it. She then set the bag to the side and proceeded to work on other orders. I them called the employees once again to ask if they finished my order. The one young lady who appeared to be training turned to look at with all kinds of angst and attitude. "YES?" Are you finished with my order? I replied. The young lady who was putting the orders together and had set the bag to the side, came once again to corfirm the name on the order and proceeded to then give me the bag that had been sitting on the side all that time. The order I told them I was there to pick up before all the other customers came and and they started working on other orders. The customer service is herrendous here! I'M SOOO glad that I don't eat McDonald's anymore!!!

The food could’ve been better. It was prepared by ethnic people that I’m not used to having prepare my food but other than the curly queue in my hair of hair in my fries everything was decent. Thank you McDonald’s for doing what you do every day.

I go to this particular McDonalds and it's 2 miles further in each direction than the one down the street from me. Everyone and I mean everyone that works here is nice , courteous, & pleasant at 5:15 in the morning. They take pride in there work, and it shows! Thank you to the entire team - It's appreciated.

The food was amazing and hot. My drink was perfect, not flat and cold. But the service takes a while. I'd suggest not going after 6:39-7 pm because the workers there kept laughing and goofing off. When I go during the day I get my food withing 10 minutes at MAX but at night... 20 to 30 minutes max. They are sweet people but goof off too much. The manager doesn't put them in place either if anything she is causing them to be rowdy. The atmosphere was okay. Tables needed to be cleaned tho. Crumbs, trash and sticky like crazy. I felt uncomfortable trying to eat. Had to wipe down my own table.

Self serve kiosk said all soda out of stock. Nuggets old. Fries salty when i said no salt. Cashier had a disinterested attitude very abrasive and rude to customers.

They are supposed to be open till 12 but close at 11 and instead of telling us that they are closed they just look and start laughing some girl in a blue wig and another girl in braids . Stop hiring children to work because obviously they don’t know how to work

This McDonald’s has been on point lately. Short wait time for hot, fresh, and crispy food. Give the fry cook a raise!

Good location, mobile pickup can be a little slow at times but drive thru is pretty fast.

The crew and food at this McDonald's is so good I really feel bad eating them like this. The people inside are extremely polite and hard working, food is always fresh and fast. The issue is the homeless people in the store and outside. While eating in the parking lot a homeless woman dropped her pants and relieved herself not 20 feet from my car. Needless to say I lost my appetite. Y'all really really need either a security officer to drive them off or a detail cop. Sad too cause you have a really great crew.

Highly disappointed in the management this morning, I went to get some breakfast and as I pulled up to the take out window I was handed my drink and asked to pack .. both spots were full and I wasn’t comfortable parking on the side of the driveway to get out so I told her I couldn’t. She told her manager and I had to listen to this poor employee get yelled at by what I assumed was the manager and not only talk bad about her and me but she needs to control her line .. I was extremely appalled and was gonna get my money back but before I could she handed me my food and I left . Highly disappointing , and honestly disgusting behavior. Do better

Great fresh iced tea (with lemons!). Great hot fries, chicken, and hamburger. Love the shakes!

Worst wifi in the all McDonald's I visited around the world, as being a crew member on ship I travel around the world n like to taste every country McDonald's but yesterday experience in this McDonald's was a very bad experience for me I suggested all my colleagues not to visit this McDonald's outlet.

This McDonald's is directly behind my home and the food is okay but it just makes it difficult to order your food when it's a lot of homeless people that likes to harass you while you're trying to get your food.

My kid made me promise to five 5 stars for remembering the sweet and sour this time 😂

The quality of food was ok, but they located at a bad neighborhood, please avoid to visit after dark.

This MacDonald sucks. It really bites the big one. Your food will look and taste like it was thrown at you. Employees are rude.

This is only the second time I've been to this McDonald's for breakfast yet it's the it's the second time I received a soggy hash brown. It's almost like they instructed them to cook them soggy here. The first time I thought it was because it was right at open but this time it was 9:30. Ain't no excuses for no soggy hash browns

Went there just being spontaneous to try one of their smoothies. I've never been a fan of smoothies but I tried their strawberry/ banana it was really good, I actually drank the whole thing. I will be going again for another one . Try it you won't be disappointed, unless you don't like smoothies 😄
