So I went here August 6th, 2021 after 12pm. I wanted to get some jerk chicken for my kids and I to share. Of course they have lunch specials but I didn’t order it because it wouldn’t have been enough chicken to share between us. We didn’t want any rice or veg. So I asked for the regular jerk chicken portion W/Fried Dumplings. I spent $20 before tax on that so called plate of jerk chicken and peanut punch and the carrot juice. Which the peanut punch went bad the following day even though it was in the fridge. I ended up going somewhere else to get food for us. It’s upsetting to have your mind set to eat to be full/satisfied and you can’t get it nor get to that point. I gotta ALWAYS check my receipt now when I go there. P.S. The chicken was tasty, just wish they weren’t so skimpy with the food 🙄🙄

Use to be A 1 new cooks aren't as good as the originals. The ladies out front are always rude with lots of attitude. I've been going here for over ten year's this restaurant is currently at its worst ever.

Lord!!! I don’t know how many hairs I’ve eaten until I realized but so far I have found 4! This place was my favorite place to eat. They need to wear hairnets. This is Absurd!

I drive from Orlando to buy food here. That's how good the food is. I stack up and even days after I enjoy it. I have zero complaints but just know they are always busy. The service is excellent.

Great spot for a quick, inexpensive, and pretty delicious lunch. The rice and peas and Browned stew chicken were delicious. I thought the steamed cabbage was a bit flavorless.

Ordered meat only dishes. Their food is very tasty. However the packaging needs a lot of improvement. If you have dishes with gravy be mindful of spillage when your customers or delivery person has to transport them. Meat only dishes should be placed in a soup container or container that locks tightly. I wanted to give a higher rating but I needed the owners to pay attention to this review

The meat was ok; it wasn’t bad, but it lacked flavor if you’re used to Miami and New York Jamaican restaurants, and it could’ve been a little more tender. The rice was good. The place was clean, and the staff was helpful and professional.

First time eating from this place. I gave a three star because the amount of food given could’ve been better. I got a lunch special. The meat was already small, I could’ve at least gotten one or two pieces more with all that rice. Plus I didn’t get the steam cabbage like I asked. I got oxtail for my mom, she got everything but they gave her ONE fried plantain! Apart from that, the food was great and I believe the prices are reasonable

Simple, authentic Jamaican food. The customer base tells you this is the place to go. They didn’t have some of the items on the menu so a little disappointed but what we did eat was amazing. Tastes just like we had in Jamaica. There is a lunch special if you don’t want to eat too big of a portion but even then some of us couldn’t finish that. It’s not the best looking place to eat as it’s in a strip mall but the food makes up for it.

Seriously, if you like weird colored bones that done look like they came from a chicken then stop by. In addition it might be quicker to get lunch in Negril than get your lunch at this place. So rude and unorganized. No sense of time and lunch break limits. Bob Marley would be ashamed. Lord have mercy!

Ya man this a real country style cooking, the food season down to the bone, best oxtails I ever had in America and the prices right too. Much respect to those who still do the right cooking

Fried chicken was good but not what ordered. After having a contest with the TV and asking for the jerk but guess the cashier didn't hear??? Had the order jump from 14 to freaking 20 from a soda. Also definitely need to think about repackaging and keep spillage in mind. Anyways last I'm going there, tons of other places deserve more.

I found this place by mistake. My phone died, so no gps to the other spot. God is always in the midst and there are no mistakes. This was such a great experience. The brown stew chicken was very flavorful, they even had pieces of ginger for a nice spicy heat. I didn’t get rice, I got “food” (boiled dumpling, green banana and yam) they even gave me some plantain and cabbage. I should have also gotten the fried dumplings to sop up all of that delicious gravy but next time. No pics, since my phone was dead. But I will be back. Nom Nom Yum 😋

When I have a taste for Jamaican food, Yaad Spice is my spot. I will drive 45 minutes for their oxtails and rice. The spice, the temp the amount of food given... I have no Complaints.

I give this restaurant Five stars. I came to Miami last year and I just goggled Jamaican restaurant , And I had such a good experience that I always wanted to go back, So another chance came for me to come back but at this time I was stationed in Tampa. My friend and I had to drive 4.5 hour to go there just to have that curry goat, It is so delicious I wish I had more days there to get all the other delicious items on the menu. Did I mentioned about the service. The owners husband and wife welcome you like it's their own home. Love love, love them. I shall be BACK!!!!

Food is good sometimes I was there Wednesday to pick up a large oxtail tell the plate was a little light and oxtail did not taste the same I don't know if they had a different cook but I like the original cook Next time I experienced that I'll bring the plate back Thank you Chuck and Larry. By the way the young lady at the register was nice very pleasant

I love their food, but they have been trying it lately. I ordered the fried chicken with rice and peas and veggies. These people are so disrespectful they gave me a little corner of veggies. Like a tsp full of veggies you could’ve kept that.
