Ordered the chicken Milanese today. Took it all the way home to boca raton (was in west palm at the time) cut it open and the chicken is completely raw. Attached photos below. I’m a cook myself and it’s unreal you can’t cook a pounded out chicken till it isn’t raw. Never going back and if I get sick I won’t be happy. never will go there again in my life. would rather eat a McDonald’s chicken at least it’s cooked through. Avoid this place slow service high prices no indoor seating before 5 pm, and took forever to get order. Unbelievable

Real authentic Cuban food and espresso. I was amazed at the flavor of Medley so far north of Miami. Cuban sandwich and steak sandwich are awesome. Truly authentic. Order window is on the main road and pickup window is on the side. There really is to much flavor to describe in the time I have. I wish the Havana restaurant was closer to my home not 2 hours away.

This was the highlight of our meals on vacation. Drove past and seen people ordering at the window so we had to stop and see what they had. They had a chicken and rice dish with thick chicken stock sauce that was really good. Shrimp in light sauce over rice is good. Must get empanadas chicken or beef were amazing. Seating outside and open 24hrs. Can be a little slow to get your order but it's fresh when you get it. Also try their plantains, they are sweet! We were so happy we came back next dat to try a few more things.

Took a young family member to lunch at this place today. I have to say that the Cuban sandwich I had here was the worst that I’ve had in all of Florida. It had no taste and lacked the customary pickle and mustard. The girls at the window all seem soooo tired of their line of work that you feel that they think they are doing you a favor and the food is free. The check came out to over $60.00 for two sandwiches, two orders of fries, two coffees, one bottle of water, a piece of cake and a guava pastry. Unless you are used to paying to say you ate at someplace, you are better off going to an establishment, where unless your a local regular, you can get a better deal for your money. 👎

Quantity over quality I can't believe I paid $86 for the food I received today. As you can see in the picture the breaded chicken looks nothing like what it's supposed to look like. It was dry and hard. The tostones were hard as rocks. It's sad because I've had better meals here. I had family in town and they wanted good Cuban food so I suggested this place. My family must think I'm crazy. The good They got my order correct Quantity of rice and beans Milanesa was huge Maduros were good The bad Very expensive for the quality of food Breaded Chicken was dry and hard Milanesa chicken was hard Tostones were very hard No buttered bread. What cuban restaurant doesn't give you buttered bread? I still have a meal that I might take back to the manager tomorrow to see what was being served. I understand that good reviews are important to a business and I don't like leaving bad reviews but all five of us were disappointed with our meals.

The service and atmosphere were great, but the Cuban Sandwich was a 5/10, it was very dry and needed a bit more cheese. We had the beef and chicken empanadas which were a 9/10 and the tamale id say was a 7/10. Our server was great, so cool to see all the famous people that came through too.

My family and I ordered 3 meals from here on 2/7/21. We ordered 3 breaded chicken dinners. When we arrived at home to eat them everything was great EXCEPT the breaded chicken. The chicken was nothing that I've ever saw before. It looked like fried shoe leather and after tasting it, it had a nasty rubber taste. I called the restaurant and asked for a manager and was told she will be in on Monday. I called Monday and explained to management and she said she would find out what happened and call me back on Tuesday. I have not heard back from her. That was a waste of $60.00 or should I say that was the most expensive yellow rice tostonies and plantains I've ever had. I Will Not be going back there nor do I recommend anyone else to. Very Very Disappointing .....

Stopped by for their signature Cuban sandwich and 3 leches dessert. The sandwiches were savory and satisfactory feeling. And the 3-leches scrumptious and not as teeth-chattering sweet as I have experienced elsewhere. Will definitely go back.

This is a nice bodega-style place. The style of food is similar to a fast-food place, only it’s Cuban. The food is decent. I can’t say that the food is bad, because it has a lot of flavor — it’s just that the food and sauces are very oily/heavy. Not bad for takeout on fast-food night The staff were really nice & friendly.

My family and I have been ordering the typical Cuban fare for Christmas Eve from Havana’s for close to twenty years. Over the last five years approximately, the amount of food provided has not been enough for the amount of people that it was ordered for. We are typically a family of five for the occasion and place the order for eight; given that we enjoy the leftovers. Having noticed the above mentioned trend, we ordered for TWELVE people and the amount of food received was no different than it had been in previous years for EIGHT!!! I live in Wellington but grew up in Hialeah and work there as a lieutenant firefighter and paramedic, for the last 24 years. I know what the cost of Cuban food is like...believe me. We paid nearly $150.00 for our food and DID NOT receive what we paid for! I guarantee you that if you were to eat in, you would not receive the corresponding amount of food that we paid for! YOU WOULD GET MORE!! NEVER AGAIN!! Shame on you Havana’s!!

Parking is somewhat limited in this back lot. The veggie fajitas were $22.08 and tiny. They ran out of cheese empanadas so they gave me several sweet pastries, which was nice. The plantains chips taste like nothing. The $22 fajita veggies tasted like nothing. The fries are good. They charge for bread. Overall, overpriced and low value. Nice staff. Fresh food but small portions.

This is my favorite Cuban restaurant in the West palm Beach area. We recently stopped here for a family dinner. I hadn't been here for several years and it was a pleasure to stop here again and enjoy a great meal. The waiter was excellent and did a great job at being attentive and knowing the menu items.

Usually, I love Havana. It's been my go-to for my own Cuban cravings, and I take out-of-towners there. It's always an "experience" in one way or another - especially the walk-up window at night...all kinds of characters. This time I ordered ahead, got something different (a roast pork sandwich with Swiss cheese) and was underwhelmed. It wasn't bad, I guess it was just bland (but the pork was good). Also I will say I prefer eating inside. The atmosphere is fun and I've always had great servers. I wish I could give it another half-star. Hopefully my next visit will be better.

One of the best Cuban food around the west palm area!!! Must try! We ordered the top recommend on the menu. Also the plantain is side that you must choose if its your first time cuban cuisine! The staff is a bit slow and careless but overall the service is acceptable.😉😉

A “must-stop” on the way up to Palm Beach. THE Best cafe con leche! Excellent Cuban food. I’ve never had a bad meal here. Usually just stop for coffee, pastry and empanadas. Call ahead and it will be waiting for pickup. Usually a line at the takeout counter but it moves quickly. Always friendly, great service.

Just Horrible service. Was placed on hold approximate 5 time. Every time I called without even someone answering they would place me on hold and when they did answer I was told to hold. Waited about 20 minutes between calls and no one was able to take an order. HORRIBLE!!

I love it here! This was my first time trying out this restaurant, even though I would pass it almost daily. The customer service was great, the food was even better, and it is a cool spot for a late night eat. Todo me encantó! Era mi primera vez aquí aunque yo siempre lo pasaba. El servicio fue fenomenal y la comida mejor.

We were a large group, 12 and a toddler, they accommodated us quickly. Our waiter was on top of everything. We had a feast trying everything from Cafe con Leche, which was perfect, wine, beer, all the way to dessert with tres Leche, and flan. I HAD THE CHIMMICHURI FLANK STEAK MEDIUM, IT WAS COOKED PERFECTLY. Everyone was happy and full. Will defenitely come again.

My favorite Cuban restaurant outside of Miami...period! All of the best traditional Cuban dishes, kicked up a notch with an extra pinch of Havana love. My favorite is the Lechón Asado con Yuca. As an appetizer, get the Tostones with crushed garlic & oil...heavenly! If you don't have time to dine-in, pick some croquetas, empanadas, and pasteles de guayaba con queso at the window...and don't forget the Cafecito Cubano!

Havana is a staple in the Palm Beach Lake Worth area. My family and I have visited countless times over the past 25 years. The restaurant is a nice setting surrounded by photos of celebrities from around the world that have enjoyed authentic Cuban cuisine. I've never done the take-out option, but the food is fantastic. Tamal cubano con un sandwich o ropa viejo es mi combinacion favorita! Muchisimo gracias por su servicio Havana!

Cuban !!! Florida !!! I enjoyed the atte time service. This place tries to keep a good standard. Cuban food has a delicious com inaction of plantains, pork, rice, black beans and other things to make you want to dance mambo or salsa. Portions were generous. Atmosphere was excellent. A whole 2 Story restaurant that was comfortable and decorated with Celebrities related to Cuban and Florida stars. Havana's is worth jumping off 95 when traveling.

I have been coming here for years. The food is wonderful. The only thing I miss is that you can't sit inside and have lunch anymore. The staff is friendly and there are always people in line. That to me is how you know it is a popular place. Have read some reviews about the dry chicken. Never once have I not found the Arroz con Pollo to be excellent!!!

Vaca Frita (fried cow)is one of my favorites ,tender and crunchy I had it with rice and sweet plantains and ordered a couple of sides of chimmi churrie sauce. Must try. Best 24 hr restaurant. Tip the window girls.

Grew up in WPB so anytime I visit from Austin this is the first stop once I land at PBIA. The Cuban food is unmatched. Open 24/7 Snag a coffee, the lechon asado, ropa vieja. I tried the tamal recently and it was decent but not my favorite. Worth a try but other dishes are the star here.

First time at the restaurant today with my boyfriend and I was called a “maricón” or f*ggot in Spanish. I have long painted nails and am non-binary and they gave me glares from behind the counter and fountain soda station while they kept using this slur. Also they lied about their food. When I asked if their arroz con pollo was all mixed together they said yes. It was just bone-in chicken with a side of rice, not mixed together at all. We left as soon as we could because we felt unsafe and uncomfortable around the homophobic waiters. Food was not even worth the price either. Never coming back again.

This is, hands down, the best Cuban food in Palm Beach. We love frequenting this place, and by we I mean myself and my Cuban fiancé and her family. Native Cubans give this restaurant the seal of approval! From the welcoming atmosphere of the sit down dining, to the speedy service of the 24 hour walk up window, the environment will very well take you away to old Havana. Owned and operated by a family, you can feel the family vibe from the restaurant and can tell it's a labor of love. The bistec empanizado is always a good choice, they make great Moro (rice) and some amazing maduros (sweet plantains). All of their sandwiches are phenomenal and well portioned, particularly the Media Noché and the Lechon. Even if you don't want a full meal, the window serves some hefty and succulent empanadas with a variety of fillings, and their croquettes and guava pastelitos are great snacks too. There's no bad time to snack here and they make the best Café con Leché around. There's two private parking lots, one right behind the building and one on a side road behind their parking lot so don't be turned off by what may seem to be a lack of parking. Whether you're a local or you're visiting Palm Beach this is the place that will represent Cuba best in this city. It's famous here and for good reason!

I wish I had known the hours for dine in were changed to 5pm-10pm. The website states 24 hrs, but that is just the window, which is limited. I came from very far and was disappointed i couldn't dine in. I couldn't really eat what I wanted. Had a Cuban Sandwich and it was just Okay.

Honest cuban food, probably the best of its kind in West Palm Beach. Very good sandwiches, they make a Cubano that's almost perfect, decent empanadas and croquetas, very reasonable prices. Order at the window with social distancing during covid-19.

Yes, it's true. It is the best. This is the place your buddy told you about. This is the place you heard everyone was heading after a Clematis new year's 2012. This place is the bomb and it's not because I grew up a half mile from this place. The walk up window is 24 hours 🐅

Great Cuban cuisine! Dine in or visit the 24 hour walk up service window anytime. A Cubano and espresso really hits the spot! Absolutely among the best this side of Cuba. This restaurant has been a friendly, welcome dining spot in West Palm Beach for generations and understandably so, Never disappointed with the quality of food, service or price. I highly recommend it.

I wouldn't reccomend to anyone that knows what good food taste like. Our first time eating there, cost us almost $64.00 for 2 dry steak and rice meals with 2 drinks, worst food ever. After ordering my food and waiting 10 minutes at an outdoor window, I was told to go to another window to wait and my food would be ready in 15 minutes which turned out to be 25 minutes. The customer service was horrible and so was the food. If I had a dog, I wouldn't even feed it to the dog.

Was a little confused at first... wanted to order take- out. Got in line at walk up window, but it was packed. Saw a big sign that read, Skip the line, order online. Got back in car and "online" meant over the phone. I called in my order, 40 minute wait. As I drove out of parking lot to waste 40 minutes, I see the walk- up window is down to one person. The struggle... do I order at window and cancel my other order? Is there a difference in the wait? Ugh... I ended up coming back and picking up the phone order. Food was delicious, I would give 5 stars, but the wait and confusion of the walk up line keeps me awarding all five.
