Large spacious gym. A wide variety of fitness equipment to choose from. Friendly desk staff. Ample supply of pre and post workout refreshment options. Cardio area, fast track workout area. Plenty room to workout unencumbered. Check it out.

The OKEECHOBEE RD location is truly something else. I actually initially enjoyed using the gym facilities for the few months I was registered there but there was a payment issue with my bank and as soon as I was alerted of the issue I called and paid my balance as a lumpsum of approx $140 over the phone directly to Youfit . Since I did that payment, it has been hell to either reactivate my gym membership OR cancel but they keep billing me. I was told only a manager can fix the issue and I kept trying to meet with a manager but every time I went they were busy in meetings but the front desk staff would verbally assure me that the matter would be settled internally to have my account cancelled . I really wanted to settle this amicably but now have no choice but to take this to Youfit Corporate and BBB. Both Managers Jaime and Chris did not even try to help to resolve the issue. To be honest I think their technical system is flawed because it puts you in a headlock to constantly pay monthly even when you want to cancel. I will update again after speaking with Youfit Corporate.

The gym is supposed to be a positive uplifting friendly environment. The Saturday Female morning trainer does a poor job exhibiting that energy to members that do not attend her trainings. While writing this review, I have just been warned to not cross paths with that specific trainer by another gym member. I believe the standards need to be more strict in-regards to the hiring process. Kindness matters!

Like working out in a sauna. The AC must either be wildly inefficient or they don’t use it. No fans either, so basically no air circulation. They also recently got rid of all the treadmills that had fans on them…hopefully they replace them asap. If you like feeling hotboxed while doing your cardio this gym is for you. The temperature alone is making me consider going to Planet Fitness.

YouFit Gym is a therapeutic place, we do exercises so that you maintain body posture and you learn the basic methods of sport.

I joined this facility back in 2020 due to the pandemic this being -spacious- and very reasonably priced dues. Love the location. Gym is always super clean and staff is extremely HELPFUL and friendly! I like the second floor for an additional option and can still use cardio and safely distance when I wish.:)

Came a nice Saturday morning and positioned myself by the turf near the entrance, no sign was in the area in general, but I noticed a group on the turf, so we went to the back areas by the boxes on the opposite side, where no one was, no bags, no phones, no nothing. I happen to be looking at the "trainer" hosting her "class" and she gives a nasty side eye to her friend then they both are looking at me, so I call out "hi hello is there an issue being here" where she then begins to finally express that we can't be there. Poor attitude, poor conduct, poor energy, piss poor manners in general. Come to the gym very often and the staff here is usually A1, just beside the detractor. Then as we are walking away a different person warned us not to go in her area meaning she's known for this poor attitude. Put a sign up, learn some manners as well, and next time simply use the voice you were given.

Wasn't too happy when I got hit with some unexpected fees on sign up, but when trying to cancel almost a year later the guys working here had my back trying to help me through the process, which was difficult after some recent changes to the cancellation process and dealing with an overseas call center processing it. People that care and will fight for you are worth paying a little extra for.

We came while visiting to try their 3 day free pass were really satisfied with our experience! There's a wide array of equipment to use, including free weights, plate loaded machines, and cardio equipment. The equipment seems pretty kept up with and it also helps a ton that they make sure the people working out are cleaning off their equipment. Staff was extremely nice and helpful and we look forward to our next few days here!

Best experience ever. Lots of equipments, the staff is very helpful and professional especially Royal. Royal helps me on how to use some equipments and to be consistent with exercising.

I've been coming to YouFit for about 3 years and I always come around 5am. I have seen many front desk people come and go but Ana has been the most consistent! She's always greets everyone with a smile and I love it. I also love the gym and the recent changes that have been made!

I just left the West Palm Beach facility and I have to say I am very un happy with the new grips you put on All the bars. Like many in the gym I work out with straps and can no longer use them sufficiently because of the grips. You could of left a couple of the bars with no grip for us that need to use straps for use of sufficient weight when I am training. Another are the new Matrix benches you provided. THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!! They are heavy and awkward and most of all are very limited with the angles for incline and especially the decline bench! They are the worst benches on the market. You could of left at least 1 or 2 of the OLD incline benches and definitely could of left the OLD decline bench as both have more angles and are more versatile and much lighter in weight.

I feel like overall this gym is pretty great! New gym equipment coming in and the front desk staff is always super nice. I gave it 4 stars because the bathrooms aren’t very clean when I get there in the afternoon/evening and it can be hard to find weights (specifically plates) because they don’t seem to get reset weekly/nightly.

Honestly, this gym is amazing. The staff are súper friendly and very accommodating. The gym itself is very spacious. There’s like plenty of equipment for everyone to use. It’s awesome here.

This is definitely one of the best gyms in Vegas, from cleanliness to friendly staff. The coaches are amazing! Awesome place to train, has that old-school feeling.

Avoid at all costs Manager Jaimy promised no hidden fees despite me asking her several times to confirm. I made it clear I would stay month to month unless she could get the annual fee waived I even canceled the contract but she told me she got it waived and to keep the contract (big mistake she was lying) When I signed up it went from $12 first month to $65 2nd month she won’t return my calls she’s always in a meeting and won’t help me. She has bad attitude she does not honor her promises or ever return your calls or messages. Stand by your word Jaimy show some integrity and honor your promises. Youfit corporate will not help me either despite my notes stating to waive the initial fees under the promotion I signed up bait and switch read the other reviews with similar complaints about shady contracts and don’t make the same mistake I did I would’ve stayed month to month or signed up at LA fitness. Manager Chris equally bad and won’t help me. FYI I was at Youfit boynton Michael Roca is a great manager that does what he says. I don’t normally write reviews but I am being 100% honest and don’t want other people to fall for the same bait and switch trap that I did. Stay away from this place don’t sign anything. Also the trainer with dreads is rude here’s some advice don’t work in customer service if you are going to be rude and not help people I encourage all these employees to seek a new career path

I enjoy this gym I go here and to planet fitness but this gym is a little bit too warm maybe they should fix her or and turn it down a little bit I wouldn't mind paying a little bit more for the air condition I do prefer planet fitness over this one however you fit does have more equipment than planet fitness I'll give them that

I like how it’s updated but they don’t have platforms for squat benches / deadlifts like all the mode advertisements you’ve seen going around on social media. Also. Giving them a low rating because they HAVE a room equipped for child care yet don’t offer child care. That’s insane to me. They keep saying at the moment but it’s a year already no child care. Please hire someone and allow families to go to the gym with ease. Hope you appreciate and implement this feedback.

If I could give them a 0 I would. DO NOT GET A GYM MEMBERSHIP TO YOUFIT … ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL I’ve had the worst experience in my entire life. If you decide to get a gym membership here , you better pray you don’t need to cancel it. I don’t understand why this has to be so difficult or complicated. Oh , and forget about getting a refund. It will never happen!!! Terrible experience

Royal makes me enjoy Youfit at this location and he is the main reason that I continue to go here because I LIVE FAR! He always has positive energy and is the most helpful person you’ll know! Not only is he willing to help but he is happy too. He also educates me about different workout machines. If you are new to the gym or looking for a gym - come to this location! He will make you feel welcome and at home.

Their training session is really disappoint I don’t know about their other locations but the one at okeechobee and military needs to coordinate their staff/better management I signed my wife up for personal training sessions and it has been a terrible experience She started training with Kairi and just after her first session we started getting calls from the manager to reschedule her sessions saying that the trainer was on vacation or he was not coming in for that day and when we come in to work out Kairi was always there waiting for her to start her session so we didn’t understand what was going on and this happened like four times in two weeks now, Kairi is no longer working here and she was assigned a new trainer, new trainer scheduled her for Monday and Thursday, we came in Monday and he totally forgot he had a session with her until we approached him and well, he trained her that day and Thursday we come in on time and trainer was not there, he comes in late and goes straight to train with another person and again we approached him and he just tells another trainer to work with her and I don’t think this is the right way to help her archive her goal. Monthly payments is another issue. Only one option, you have to be enrolled for auto renewal with a bank account we was not give others option. when we signed up for the first month and we asked about cancellation policy we was told they would go over all the information after signing all documents which they never did Now with all this terrible experience we tried to cancel subscription and of course they are very happy to explain their cancellation policy and turns out you have to cancel your subscription 30 days before the auto renewal happens. And that we could stop going to the sessions we had paid for plus they will still run the auto renewal. I don’t recommend their personal training sessions at all. They are very friendly when you first sign up but very rude when have a complaint or try to cancel the subscription.

0/5 star experience, Jaime and Chris, both mangers for this location are uneducated and do not respect customers time. I called multiple times to resolve my situation and was told I would receive a call back and never did. Management teaches employees to lock customers into a contract without their consent to increase sales. Would never return here.

I have been coming to this location for over 5 years and the staff and management are so polite. They always make me feel welcome which motivates me to return. They are all friendly, kind and helpful. Always receiving there guest with a smile. This gym is always being cleaned and staff is always around. Thanks YouFit.

I love this gym! Went in a little nervous about how to start my new healthy lifestyle and a nice girl named Jaimy came and helped me out. She offered me some advice and told me if I keep going she can help me with my process. I will definitely be going back. This is the type of encouragement that more gyms need from employees.

Great staff! However, the gym is very very dirty, super Dusty, and unsanitized. I wish they would maintain it clean more frequently. I believe gym's need to be spotless super spotless .... I'm actually considering canceling my membership because I am allergic to dust and I get allergic reactions every time I'm there. But overall great management.

I have been calling for a while because due to family problems I have not been able to go and I need to cancel a service and there is never anyone who speaks Spanish, when I ask if they speak Spanish they hang up on me, and I know perfectly well that there are people who speak Spanish there, just not They want to do their job, if anyone at the gym sees this, please answer me and give me a number where I can call to talk to someone who speaks Spanish.
