I really wish I could give no stars! This has to be the worst mental health facility! My mother is a patient, she contacted the center and let them know she was a new patient who just moved and her meds would be running out in 30 days. they told her if it runs out before her appointment to call a crisis hotline. When she finally saw the psychiatrist, she had to wait over 2 hours for the appointment. And then the nurse practitioner asked if she minded if she ate her sub during the session, mind you she had been waiting for so long and through her lunch time. She was yawning the entire time, would not look at her last doctor's notes and just prescribed what my mother was on. She got many of the dosages incorrect, which is frightening. Luckily my mother is capable of knowing her own dosages, whereas someone who may not be as mentally stable might unknowingly take the dosages and hurt themselves. Her next appointment, with the therapist. The therapist was nodding off during the session, actually falling asleep! I cannot believe how they treat people in this place! My dog gets treated better at the vet. The next visit they have her wait over 1 hour and she had to be somewhere else and could not wait any longer... Well that's it, I will help her find a new center. Do not let your loved ones go there!

Henderson should be embarrassed to call themselves a crisis or behavioral clinic. None of the staff there care at all about the well-being of the patients. But why would they, they’re all government paid workers that just go for that pay check. They offer no help to those who need it. I’ve never gotten to speak to anyone or been given a proper diagnosis. Instead of doing their job to get people the help they need they would just write you a script for just about anything blindly. Not only that...they refuse to refill your meds should you miss an appointment. How are you going to deny a person with mental illness their medication? Oh that’s right.... because we are nothing but a chart, a piece of paper, a statistic, & a paycheck for these people. Did anyone know that the shooter from Stoneman Douglas was a patient there? Shows the level of care and commitment to helping those in need!!! The Henderson Behavioral Clinic as a whole should be shut down!!!!

She did d intake said we can go but we asked her about seen d therapy n she said was coming down to seat. Few minutes later said therapy cant see my daughter cause I guess she was going out to lunch it was already 12:05. This place have no respect for other people feeling. I was told by the police to go to Henderson and talk to the counselors there because I was harming myself. Only to get turned away I guess because I'm not a patient. When you go looking for help and they deny you where do you turn next? I'm done with it all at this point... Whatever happens, happens now.....

Doctors for Adults will treat you like a child, jump to conclusions, interrupt you, and rush you out of the door as soon as possible. They ask the same questions every appointment. They take nothing at face value from what you say about your symptoms and what you need help with. I tell everyone I can that I don't want to start medication yet~ the Doctor I see says we can't treat you if you don't take meds. The secretary says they wont force me to take meds. I tell them I take a small amount of Medically Prescribed and carefully picked Cannabis Flower to help me through the day, there was no discussion about how much I take or it's specifics, nor was there discussion about my willingness to forego any and all medication, including Cannabis, to finally have some peace. The Doctor ends up thinking I want him to prescribe me medical marijuana. I am bewildered beyond all reason & expectations at how he has come to this conclusion. Also you cannot involuntarily display the symptoms of your mental illness without receiving a response so lacking of clinical understanding & general compassion (which one dares expect when experiencing a behavioral anomaly in a behavioral health center), that you have to reschedule your appointment, when you already took the day & time & funds for travel to meet the appointment. Can't raise your voice in desperation to correct a blatantly arrogant miscommunication on the Doctor's part, and then quickly correct yourself and apologize profusely, being fully aware of the trigger and resulting reaction, unless you want to be put in time-out. The person who did my initial intake was more competent and compassionate than the Psychiatrist I saw today. There is no help here.

Attempted to schedule an appointment for my son, the lady told me not to make one to go in because it’s faster…..this place is a joke. Go somewhere else. Everyone in there is absolutely clueless. It’s for someone to go there with a hidden camera to really expose how terrible this place truly is behind closed doors.

I went to pick up my mom who didn’t have a cell phone and the people at the counter were very rude. I’m king and respectful so I was confused as to why the treatment was so neglectful. Especially in a facility such as

henderson has no really compassion for their patients, if you missed an appointment due to different factors, they don't refill your meds or they offer a long after reschedule appointment or they close your case with your therapist, not to mention the front desk staff, it's not professional and really rude 👇🏻🌿

I love it there. The people there genuinely cares about the patients. I have a great therapist over there, too. Just ignore the negative comments, this place is very positive.
