I live in the neighborhood. Sailfish Marina is a good citizen business in our tiny town, and rises to the top in post-hurricane times. I don't go there to eat because we cook better at our house and serve our guests more enthusiastically. But walking with houseguests from our house to the bar for drinks around sunset is a great pleasure. The view is unmatched, and kids love feeding the fish. If your timing is right, you'll catch the aerial and underwater frenzy that comes with a fresh catch cleaned dockside. Great show!

We had to walk out! We were told there was a 20-30 minute wait to be seated, no problem, we took the buzzer and waited, then waited, and waited some more, after an hour wait and seeing many people walk in and get seated immediately, I asked on our status, they said they didn't know what happened, but could seat us right away, after another 20 minutes of sitting there without anyone greeting us or offering us water We walked out! I cant believe the horrible service, unfortunately the food could be amazing, but we will never know, and we will never return.

One of the best waterfront experiences in the area. Bring a loaf of bread and feed the fish at the dock. Our server Aaron was excellent. Super friendly and efficient. However Demetrius at the host station is awful. Rude and seems to dislike people. Bad front man. Other than him, this place is great!

Have dined here numerous times over the years, and it is usually very good with fresh seafood. Service is always friendly and attentive. However, I was a bit disappointed after our most recent visit. The Steamed Middle Neck Clams, Oysters Rockefeller, and Ceviche (picture below) were very good. The Floridian Paella looked delicious and was very tasty until we tried the lobster tail. To my surprise it had a very strong taste of ammonia, a sure sign of decomposing seafood. The manager graciously brought out a replacement, but it too was not fresh. Otherwise, I would have rated 5 stars.

Excellent service and unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this for couples, families and fishing charters. The food was delicious. Bryan Cheney made our family reunion of four generations a dream come true.

The ambiance is everything. The food isn't great and it's pricey. HOWEVER. The bartenders are amazing, the water is almost always clear and the sunsets are poetic. I go to unwind. Thursday night craft shows and grouper dogs are a must. Support local.

We brought our catch in and had it prepared 4 different ways. Cooked perfect. Sides were great. Place was really nice. Waitress pointed out new bathrooms--fantastic job. The place was super cool and with a great view and live music.

Our server Eric was great! They sat us down by the window so we had a great view. Eric recommended the oysters and a mix of the the types of oysters they had. All were amazing and he was very knowledgeable. He offered the burger, although he didn't have it I may try it next time I'm in town. The fish n chips were great! And so was the grouper sandwich. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch, drinks, and service. Definitely worth checking this restaurant out!

The best part of this restaurant is the view! Food was mediocre! The worst part of our experience was basically being rushed throughout our entire meal. From the time we sat down until the time we were whisked away...was less than ONE HOUR!! I didn't even finish half of my sandwich and the waitress asked my wife if she was finished while she was still chewing her food. The waitress then told us and I quote, "Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but we have a party waiting for this table"!!! While we were still gathering our things to leave a bus girl came over to clean the table. Then to add insult to injury, while we were standing next to the table saying goodbye to our friend who we hadn't seen in months...another server came up to us and asked if we could move along so they could seat another party!!! We will never patronize this place again!! All this annoyance for over $150 for lunch!!!

Been to Sailfish several times; this has been over a year since we have been here. Every time we come, the service is always beyond horrible. But time had passed so we took the drive there. They do have beautiful scenery, which is what always draws us back. We sat outside, and eventually, a server came over to us. When I say eventually, I mean every bit of 10 minutes of sitting. We placed our drink order, and the server eventually returned with the drinks. I am curious to know if it was the server's fault or the bartender, but they used different liquor than what I had asked for; it was overly evident. We placed an appetizer order with him and asked him to give us two minutes to look over the menu. We waited over 15 minutes and could not get him to return to our table to place a dinner order. Seeing how it was starting this way, we decided to pay our tab, leave and go to another restaurant. The place was not busy when we sat, while we waited for our drink/appetizer, or even when we checked out. If you stop in, be prepared to fall in love with the scenery/setting of the restaurant but not the service. The service always needs improvement and the appatizer portion was extremely small for what it cost.

The food and service is good and view is great. Other patrons are friendly and knowledgeable of the area. However, don’t start a tab then pay bill with cash. They charged my card even though I paid cash in full. This has happened to us once before and never got credited back. Got the server and managers name this time so hope it all turns good. Even though the charge popped right up but the credit has not. Update: The charge on my card was dropped after 5 business days so thanks to Michael for clearing this for us. I will visit the restaurant again but paying by card only.

Beautiful place, unfortunately they have a happy hour listed on their website, that is false and only used to lure you in. We had 6 Bud Lights at the bar during advertised "Happy Hour". Beers were advertised on the website at 3.00. In actuality 6.75 each. 6 Bud Lights for almost 60.00 with tip. Ridiculous! No apology, barmaid just chuckled and said that every hour is happy. Maybe for them, not for us. False advertising. Scam!!

We have visited the restaurant at Sailfish Marina several times over the past few years. We have celebrated special occasions too. Their seafood is the best, and other menu items have been consistently good. Where they could do a better job is handling large parties more efficiently. Our last large dinner party there experienced slow service to the extent that the kids couldn't take it any longer and had to be walked outside by their parents while the rest of the party finished their meals. The prices seem to have risen higher than many might be comfortable with too recently. However it's such a nice place with great seafood and amazing views of the marina and beyond, that folks still flock in. That's what it has going for it that one cannot find just anywhere

We reserved a table for 20 people for our daughters High School graduation dinner. When we arrived we were given two separate tables. We asked that the tables be joined as we have had it done in the past. We were denied this request. We were given 2 different reasons by 2 separate people. Now to the service, worst ever we have experienced anywhere. We had to repetitively ask for drink refills and the server forgot to input one of the dinner orders, and to top it off he forgot to input one of the sides for the same order. This is NOT the Sailfish we have grown up with and were regular customers at. On a good note, food was fair.

A beautiful establishment that I've heard so much about for so many years. I was finally able to make it down and it did not disappoint! The food was fantastic, staff was very friendly and welcoming and the views are perfect. I'm very much looking forward to the next visit!

I’m shocked to post but our party of 4, waited to eat here. Great sunset then we were seated. Our server was ok and continued to forget requests . We ignored the oversight as food was good. She finally brought salad dressing after we finished our salad. We asked for another glass of wine and she returned saying we were not allowed. Funny as we each had one drink. Tried to ask manager who would not respond. Still puzzled this as we are polite and great tippers. You all missed out on a good future customer. I do not advise going to this restaurant. Server and management non - responsive . Disappointed . Definitely will not return for brunch as we planned! Compliments to the chef as food was good but review is based on service/management alone. Posted a pic of a “key lime pie” which was a joke. Really small with some odd strawberry liquid on it. Again, another disappointment.

This restaurant is in a great location. They had a wait for outside so we sat inside for dinner but you could still see just as good. All of the food we had was really good. The highlight was dessert. The bread pudding and brownie Sunday really hit the spot. We came back for the breakfast buffet the best day. It was a very good deal and the made to order stuff was perfect. The wait staff was very friendly.

This place was delicious! The crab dip was so flavorful and the fish and chips was great. We went with our yelp app and got a free key lime pie! Highly recommend it to anyone after a relaxing day at peanut island

Just an update to below. Party expanded to 6 with a wedding cake and today Allison was top notch so a shout out to her too. Staff is great top to bottom and setting is memorable. VISIT. Just got off phone with the incredible Jordan at the restaurant. Getting married over at Palm Beach Shores on my father-in-law's 90th birthday. We know all the local places but as our first post beach wedding meal (and birthday party) wanted to return to beautiful Sailfish Marina. They usually just take as you combat I asked Jordan if he could guaranty a place and time and he understood and accommodated. Photos to follow but starting with a shout out for the Marina and its impeccable Jordan. GO!

Went there for breakfast buffet twice in 4 days. Made to order omelette & then plenty of other options along with a great array of hot sauces & pastries. Definitely good good & great price. Desk under construction but place inside is great. Love the service.

Enjoyed the music, service, sunset and outside atmosphere, but the food was lacking. Husband ordered the short ribs. He said they were tasty, but the portion for $44 was tiny, My macadamia crusted grouper was just ok, but was a large portion. Meal definitely not worth the price. Our “free” piece of key lime pie, which we took back to our condo was very tiny, We have been here many times, but probably won’t be back on future visits.

What a wonderful stop again to this great bar and restaurant at the Sailfish Marina. My first trip was a decade ago my boat, and it still never disappoints by car. Great service, perfect casual ambience. Just a sip and skip into the great world of boating life with gorgeous West Palm in the background. If I could give it 6 stars, I might. Enjoy casual drinks while sicker man clean fish and toss (see video). Wear your casual stuff. It’s not pretentious at all.

Super breakfast buffet. Omelets and eggs to order. Outside dining, beautiful waterfront watching the boat docks. Very peaceful. Anne did a great job. If you like virgin or bloody Mary's...try one here. Oyster shooter without the oyster. Horseradish interspersed into the mix....very tasty but not overpowering.

A favorite restaurant when visiting Singer Island. This time the food was mediocre at best. The Macadamia Crusted Grouper was smothered in sweet sauce that killed the taste of the fish. My wife had the peel and eat shrimp, where they were flavorless. I’m not one to post an unfavorable restaurant review, but it was sad to see this local favorite fall short.

We sat inside the restaurant. They have the old outdoor umbrellas inside collecting dust. Somehow flys are getting inside. That was unpleasant. Sweet potatoes fries were sad but the food for the most part is okay. Service is always good. Atmosphere is awesome.

Had a nice lunch flat bread pizza & Ceasars salad, which was delicious. Our server was good, could've been a little friendlier, but he was efficient and served us well. Our food was served in a decent amount of time and we had a nice view of the water.

Came the the restaurant tonight with my elderly mom especially for the 3 course local dinner special. We were seated and then informed that they were all sold out, before 6 pm! The waitress said something about it being “out of season”. Won’t be coming back here again.

What a horrible meal! Steaks we ordered medium and medium well were leather, grouper was also overcooked. Our family loves the marina and while our expectations for the food were low, the restaurant totally under delivered for $$$. Won’t be going back there for a meal.

Sat at the table for 20+ minutes with no service, my sister-in-law had to ask for a waiter. No apologies or even mention of the time by the waiter when they showed up. My wife has been sitting with an empty water glass for 20+ minutes now. I'm with company so I'm staying, but I refuse to give business to such an unprofessional place. Edit: I guess the waitress was having issues and ended up leaving due to an emergency. So I have updated my review. Either way, the food was OK according to my table.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was lovely. The outside area and the view were both amazing. The service was ok. The price of the food did not equal the quality. It lacked flavor. I don’t mind spending $40-60 per entree but the price did not match what was given. I gave it 3 stars solely for the ambience of the restaurant.

Beautiful dining area outside very friendly staff and even friendly stray cats who saunter around enjoying the day. The breakfast buffet was very nice but like any buffet not the greatest. Very good waffles and omelet bar. And the buffet has lovely fruit etc. My young grandsons enjoyed it very much and we could see all kinds of fish.

The place is lovely. High ceilings, good decorations, on the docks. I loved everything I ate. Starting with that avocado bomb, I forget the name. It was so fresh! Then some classic fish tacos, good execution. I recommend.

Service was friendly and attentive. The food was really remarkable and the menu offers a wife variety of seafood with a flair of spices and cultural representation. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. My one disappointment was that the gift shop wasn't open as long as the restaurant. It was chilly in the A/C and I wanted a sweatshirt. I would definitely return here!

We had the breakfast buffet one morning and everything was great. Awesome views as well. We hungout the bar for dinner service but the menu looks good. Pretty large marina/ship store as well. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area

It was disappointing and inappropriate for a waitress at the Sailfish Marina restaurant to tell us that appetizers alone could only be served at the inside bar or tiki hut. She added that the outside seating was limited and only for diners. While sitting with my family at an open, outside table off the main deck, i was treated like a poor person after valet parking my car and spending over $60 in cocktails at the tiki hut. SHAME! SHAME! SHAME!

My husband and I ate the locals special, came with soup, salad, an entree with two sides and a glass of wine. We both had the clam chowder, salad, yellowtail snapper and green beans and a glass of Chardonnay. Everything was delicious, especially the yellowtail snapper, it was flaky and buttery! Our server was Loren, she was super nice had a smile the entire time and her service was on point! Also, the views from this restaurant were so beautiful! I highly recommend enjoying a meal here!

We stopped here before heading to the airport, after getting off of a cruise… The view was nice (from our table). The service from the waiter was very slow, he seemed like he’s never worked in the food industry before and like it may have been his first week and he was just thrown out there. My cup of water was gone and after the second time he came to the table and didn’t ask or automatically bring a refill, I asked. He didn’t bring the food out which is fine. But after placing our order we didn’t see him again. We actually had to ask another waiter to locate him because there was a bug on my friend lettuce. She ordered the fish sandwich. My food was just okay. It was flavorless, but did what I needed it to do until I returned home. I may go back just for the view and a drink whenever I’m in the area again.

Good food and views. Outside dining overlooking the ICW and Peanut island. The inside seating gives you nice views while in the AC. Parking is tight and very limited especially during events. When they do host events a trolley is available to taxi you back and fourth.

Good spot for a business dinner. They were doing lots of construction work so it was hard getting in. The service was good. I had the grilled swordfish, green beans and yellow rice. It was tasty. I'd do it again. Sit outside and watch the boats come in and sunset.

We really enjoy the Sailfish for our evening dinners. The sunset viewing can by really nice from this location. The food is good and the service is excellent! We have had Overton wait on us twice now and he is awesome! If your going to spend any time on Singer Island the Sailfish is a must! They also have there Thursday night Sunset Celebration with vendors. They have amazing sea food and steaks! The drinks are also very good and deserts are amazing!

I have never been seated and then had my table taken away from me before. There were numerous tables open that had just been cleaned so that shouldn't have been an issue. Staff admitted that lunch was a busy time and that they currently did NOT have anyone else on the wait list. On the positive side, the food was good and it was nice eating while overlooking the water outside.

Had brunch On Sunday, October 16, and while the food was good, the service was horrible. Initial host just guided us to the general section and did not seat us - and there was not a table there. I then had to go find someone to seat us again. Waited five minutes out by the tables. Then, we sat for 10 minutes with no waiter at all to give us water or a drink order, and I had to ask them to clean our table first. . I went to see the manager, told him, and then a nice waiter showed up and apologized - and then he disappeared again. When it came time to leave, no one brought us a bill - so I got up and went to the waiter as we obviously were done. He then took me to two cash registers where both were occupied by other wait staff - with them chatting to other wait staff about "stuff" while we waited standing there for five minutes. After shifting two more times back and forth, we finally paid. Something is very wrong with the staff, and I have to fault the manager as I took time to nicely ask him to fix the problems and they just continued.

This food is divine. I had the macadamia crusted grouper and I fell head over heels. My husband had the shrimp and scallop risotto and that was incredible too. The staff are attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere is high end and yet so Florida-esque. You couldn't get this anywhere else. Highly recommend.

Smaller marina, but close to the inlet and Peanut Island. Docking for fuel can be tricky, but dock staff were helpful and found us a spot (pictured). Stayed for brunch, buffet only. One criticism was the configuration of the buffet with the omelette stand at the end of the buffet line, which prevented anyone who wasn’t ordering an omelette from accessing the rest of the buffet without having to wait in the omelette line. Food was okay. Another issue was that the scrambled eggs were hard, dry, and flavorless. I understand people have dietary restrictions, but it’s not difficult to make good scrambled eggs for a buffet. Another customer remarked that when they went to the buffet line there was hardly any food at all. Will probably return for fuel and to use the bathroom, but not for the restaurant.

Very unimpressed. Went with a party of 6. Had to forcibly demand to sit in the open dining area opposed to the table pushed against a wall off to the side (the restaurant was almost empty). The waiter was so lax and uncaring in general that it seemed comical. Honestly none of the staff seemed to have any hustle, not a care in the world. I saw multiple people standing at the host stand for long periods of time without being greeted by the comically not busy staff. There really just didn’t seem to be any pride in the place at all. My mahi Reuben was actually quite tasty, but my friends chicken salad sandwich was gross and I told the waiter she wasn’t enjoying it and he just completely ignored me and walked off. The waiter really couldn’t care less about our experience and it was obvious. All of the drinks were quite good, the frozen drinks were amazing I had the mudslide and two girls enjoyed the creamsickle drink. I also enjoyed the dirty goose martini. But the drinks just can’t save the place from the lack of care and pride that is evident in the restaurant. It was a very poor showing. I couldn’t recommend this place to anyone out of principle, they need a manager that will take the business in a more professional route because right now it’s a bit of a joke. Two starts for the delicious drinks, they really should get one star though.
