Update: Okay, so after further research, 13/20 isn't as bad as I thought. But, recently I tested as 19/20 and 20/20 which leads me to wonder, did my vision improve or was it never that bad? A six value increase is significant isn't it? This is the review that I have saved the longest. This is one of those that makes people wonder how did this happen? What happened? In 2018 my vision according to a staff member here is 13/20, both eyes. This test was taken for a commercial driver's license and there was no recommendation or required scheduled follow-up to be prescribed corrective spectacles. That's not my vision rating anyway. I'm not sure what happened, but this is wrong. To operate a personal vehicle would require glasses with vision of 13/20. Isn't that legally blind or something. I had an outstanding experience during my visit to Concentra, and I must say that Amanda played a crucial role in making it exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the entire process was smooth and efficient. Amanda’s knowledge and expertise in handling DOT paperwork were evident throughout the visit. She guided me through the entire process, ensuring that all my paperwork was in order. Her attention to detail and professionalism were truly impressive. Amanda not only expedited the paperwork but also took the time to explain every step, making sure I was well-informed and comfortable throughout. In addition to her expertise, Amanda’s friendly and approachable demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable. She answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had, which put me at ease. The wait time is horrible. I got there at Like 1049am left at 320pm. I never experienced anything like it. This place needs more help or a better system because this is not it. I would never recommend this place to anyone. My workplace needs to find something more fitting their employees. I really hate to go there. If I could give you a 0 I would

Came here twice for a drug test and a shot. Both times was horrible. LONG wait times even when you come early and staff work like they have attitudes with smart mouths when you ask them questions. Not welcoming at all. Don’t know how they manage to stay open. Never been to a place this slow and yet so unorganized. Would not recommend this place to a Dog if I had one.

I hate coming to this place. Doesn't matter how early you get there, expect to wait at least 4 hours. Unfortunately due to work I have to go every 3 to 6 months. Every time I get there, they claim that they can't find my mask, I show them the ups confirmation,...they play crazy for a while...then miraculously my envelope appears under some papers.....I give them a 1 star, because the nurses are nice. Really they need a better system.

I came for a physical. I thought everything was done very professionally and conscious of my time. I was particularly impressed with the work of Christina who did various Tests for me. She was very professional and had a wonderful way about her making me, the patient, feel very comfortable.

Overall experience was horrible. The front desk didn’t care to check people in, they were more worried about what they needed for lunch and how their eye lashes looked. It was well over an out wait for a scheduled appointment that I had and showed up early for. The doctor was very cold and didn’t introduce herself, just checked my ears for all of 30 seconds and then made me sit in a chair in a hallways then an assistant said you can leave.

It was a long wait which I wasn’t impressed with however there was a young lady at the front who was amazing I don’t know her name but she rocked. Then when I was called back Olivia was so kind and had me and my daughter laughing. I hated to see her go! She definitely deserves a raise for her amazing customer service skills. The physician who seen me was amazing as well!!! Thank you Olivia for turning what could have been an awful experience to a great one!!!!

Great experience, went for pre-employment testing and the staff was excellent. Richard the manager was so efficient and professional. He was able to get all my testing completed quickly and explained everything throughout the process. Very professional and Friendly. Highly recommend this location!

I highly recommend this place. My 3 yo daughter had a bad cut and the staff was able to see us and provided support and required help at the moment. If you have a small child, they may not be able to which them so you may have to go to ER like I did. But otherwise the staff was very nice

It was extremely easy process. The staff at the front counter were very friendly and courteous. They help me fill out my paperwork. Then when I got to the back the Young lady that helped me with my lab stuff was very respectful, as well as informative. It was easy from step one all the way to the end. Whole process 15 to 20 minutes. Which I thought was very efficient.

Olivia is sooo sweet and made me feel very comfortable with my vaccination. Richard was amazing and GREAT with blood draw. Stuck me 1 time and I didn’t feel a thing! Highly recommended

Was bounced around to several MD Nows who couldn’t do what I need for my physical for school before I gave up and came here. The ladies at the desk were so helpful and explained everything very thoroughly and politely. They did inform me it’d be a long wait up front but only ended up being like a third of what they said it would be. The staff in the back was great especially Myriam who did my audio, visual, and EKG. Great place and very clean, would definitely recommend as an urgent care!

Staff was very friendly and professional especially Miriam. The only improvement that could've been made was how long I had to wait to be seen. It's a walk in service and I was told it could take 2 to 3 hours but it was over 4 hours. I wasn't upset because they were showing interesting TV shows while I waited.

I came for a drug screening and physical, and everything here went smooth. From the front desk all the way to the check out station. I want to give praise to Myriam, the nurse who was with me for most of the process. She is highly skilled. Got my blood in 1 try and didn't miss. She is multilingual, and most importantly, she was professional and pleasant. Excellent service all around and especially from Myriam.

The front end staff were all great. Nikah was amazing! Despite all the rudeness that she was confronted with from numerous of unruly patients at the front window she kept calm and her smile throughout it all. Jovana is also amazing. The front end staff should be recognized for their amazing efforts and all their hard work.

The only negative thing I have to say is the wait was very long. The entire staff was professional and friendly. I was greeted with a smile when I entered the office. My nurse Kita is everything you want in a nurse!! Her personality and technical skills makes her a wonderful nurse! She is friendly, caring, and personable. She is very knowledgeable of her job duties and she makes everything she does look so easy. She is organized and career driven. My PA was not only good looking (lol) but he had great bed side manner. He was professional and made me feel like I was his priority when speaking with me. The two of them make me feel confident in my medical team. Wonderful staff!!!

I had an amazing experience at Concentra! The ladies at the front desk happy, smiling and amazing! My Dr was very kind, compassionate! I do recommend this place for your future medical issues. Professional, courteous! Thank you all for treating me so well. Mark ♥️

0/10 would not recommend. Everyone working there seems like they lack compassion. Starting with the ladies at the front desk, they are barely listening to you as you talk to them. Sat down for an hour then was seen by a doctor who spike with me for a total of 10mins, ran 2 tests on me then wrote me a prescription. My body did not respond to the extremely weak antibiotics he prescribed me and when my symptoms turned worse, I went back in only to be told I need to pay them once again to be seen. This was their mistake, and they won't even see me again without charging me. I was in for a follow up, not a new issue as they did not remedy the original issue. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere.

Front desk personnel very cold, and dismissive. When you walk in, your presence isn’t acknowledged, they carry on personal conversations amongst themselves while you wait. When my presence was acknowledged it was just a look in my direction I wasn’t asked what can be done to help. Service in the back was warmer and more professional

The Staff/Front Desk at the Concentra located in West Palm Beach Is absolutely Amazing!! On 12/8/22 I literally arrived at 4:54. 5 minutes before Closing! What impressed me was, not only did they allow me to come in, but they treated me as if I had walked in at 9am! Nobody had an attitude that I came late. They even let me borrow a charger when my phone died! I have nothing but GREAT THINGS to say about those beautiful and professional Ladies that work there As well as the Doctors!!

Recently I was scheduled for a blood draw and physical exam for this facility in order to see if I was medically safe to donate stem cells to a patient in need. Given the urgency of the situation, I was told my appointment would probably be expedited. Unfortunately despite arriving 30 minutes early, I was not seen to until an hour after my scheduled appointment time. For that I would have rated this facility one star, but what made made the experience so much was better was a particular staff member. I don’t know if he was a medical assistant or phlebotomist, but Ronny made the blood draw so much more comfortable for someone so afraid of needles. He offered a Bluetooth speaker so I could play music to bring me to my happy place and he didn’t judge me for making weird sounds to cope with the pain. He made sure I was taken care of and sought a butterfly needle to make the experience less painful. Shout out to Ronny, he definitely deserves a raise!

One if the receptionist sitting in the middle of the other two receptionist, she does no wear her ID badge, is very unfriendly. She has long dark brown hair that hangs beyond the shoulder to her mid back and long eyelashes. I sign in at 08:30 AM and is still waiting at12:30 noon. I inquired on the wait time, she responded, "I have to call." She began attending the other patients. She called one patient to the back room. She then, called another patient from the waiting room. I stood at the receptionist desk for over 8 minutes. Finally the other receptionist sitting on the left side addressed my concern. She returned to the desk never addressed me. This was very unprofessional. Update it is 1:15 pm. I rechecked. 15 more minutes. Update 1:25 pm I was called to back. Update 1:40 the exam is completed. It took 5 hour and 10 minutes!

Great Service by Amanda and Bruno! Extremely comforting vibes as well as service. Both are attentive and supportive in every step of the process. Best of all we were all able to have some laughs!! (P.S. with service like that…if I was their boss I’d give them a raise)

Went in to do a physical and the staff were welcoming. I didn't feel rushed. Christina the nurse, was gentle and knowledgeable. The practitioner himself was efficient and quick to get me in and out in time to head to work. Am thinking to make this facility my primary care provider.

I called because I needed some paperwork emailed to me quickly, and Amanda handled it like a boss within minutes. Excellent customer service. Hopefully she gets a raise soon, and by a raise I don't mean more hours.

Amanda was working the front desk and was very thorough the entire process between her taking my information and Nat doing my intake the entire process took all but 5 min. I've used other drug testing facility and they always take forever. Entire process was smooth thank you.

I was recently injured at work and was sent here for care. Care is exactly what I got! From the front desk staff (with a special mention of how fabulous Ellie is) to my intake nurses, my x-ray tech, my physician Natasha to the wonderful ladies who check me out and get me set for my next visit. The staff is wonderful, caring and very efficient. And today I had to bring my husband in for an infection from a bite and they were so quick to take him in and treated him wonderfully as well. He even commented as we left that, “You weren’t kidding when you said how fantastic they are!” Thank you to the entire staff! You have truly been wonderful and I/we appreciate you so much!
