I’ll let the number of other bad reviews speak the volumes they do. Filter the reviews by the word office and just read what everyone else has to say specifically about the reception staff. I too was a patient who was discharged after growing tired of putting up with the office staff and their miscommunications. I was shocked to find that this was not a unique experience when I came to leave this review. Don’t even waste your time. There are better places, with staff who don’t have rocks for brains, appointments that start on time, and offer environments much more accommodating than this one. This place will make handling your mental health the hassle that everyone fears it is.

Since the very beginning I felt uncomfortable with my doctor, not in an unsafe way but I didn't trust him. If I tried to explain how I felt and what my symptoms were he minimized them each time. They Suggested for me to get a new job to fix my anxiety. I didn't appreciate that remark and they discharged me. They attempted to say they called me before hand but I never got a call. I asked to change doctors months ago, they granted this request for one appointment. I was then switched back to my old doctor. I never felt heard or seen, I made some progress mentally but when I tried to say I still was not ok, they never validated that. Very upset with my experience.

This place is heartless do not recommend this place for your love ones. I was in desperately need of help for my love one, and Nathalie she doesn't care about her patients do not follow up with them, and if they are in crisis forget it she doesn't call back or care about speaking to family members when begging for help, honestly, she should not be in this career. I was afraid for my love one in deep crisis. Never call back or reschedule appointment that she failed to cancel, because she was out and went there for nothing talking about 2 hours trip. I was told she will call to reschedule and I was encouraged to baker act him. No follow from her or facility this was about 2 months ago, still waiting for her to call. Find a new provider and I love it. We are very happy. If you want help for your family member with mental health please don't go here. Is horrible.

My appointments average about 5 min long and Dr Rose could not care less about me. She made assumptions within those few minutes, which were wrong, and decided to tell me how to run my new business for some odd reason. Can someone investigate her and see what is going on? I’m literally here to have a Dr help me with underlying conditions and I can’t get anyone to even listen to me. I’m severely depressed right now and my own Dr was not able to even give me the time of day. How is this allowed here?

Would not recommend. I had a phone call appointment scheduled where they call me. They called two days ahead of time to confirm the appointment which I had missed however I called back within 10 minutes and left a voicemail confirming the appointment with all the information needed. I never received a call and when I called two days after my appointment I was told that I would have to pay a fee for "missing the appointment". I explained multiple times that I called them confirming the appointment and that I have the call logs to prove it. They said they would check with management to see if I still had to pay the fee and they said I did.

The Doctors are good and caring for the most part I guess, from yesterday and today’s experience I’m not sure how I feel and I am very disappointed that my prescription wasn’t called in and the answering service isn’t doing their job. The front desk and answering service is very rude and don’t like to do their job! I was just in the office yesterday and because I called to be considerate to let them know I was running a few minutes late. I was told I would have to reschedule for another time after I just said I’m halfway there coming from fort Pierce to stuart and it’s not like I was going to be 20 mins late I was 7 mins late- which I’m not sure why I even called… every time I have been there on time let me add. I sat and waited at least 30 minutes, because of the way they book the patients 2/3 people to the same time slot. I am on medication that if I were to run out I would get deathly sick- I get that they were busy it was Friday and the dr forgot to send my prescriptions in which is ok if the answering service would do their job..what’s not ok is that I waited till today to see if they would send it and when I noticed they didn’t I called the answering service so they can let the drs know and she is rude and this was the second time something like this has happened except last time the lady called the dr to let them know and they called it in, but I still had to be pushy which I don’t think anyone should have to get to a point because of how rude they are when you explain what’s going on- this time not sure if the lady is having a bad day but that’s not my problem and she isn’t doing her job and telling me to go to urgent care which she knows I can’t do that! I have to wait till Monday to call back for something that should’ve been taken care of when I called just now, now when I call monday I’ll be talked to rudely from the front desk and be told that they will let the dr know at the end of the day. Totally unacceptable if I didn’t have enough medication to get me to monday which I will be out of town till Tuesday and was planning on getting everything done before I left today even tho my prescription should’ve been called in at the time of my appt or shortly after the visit. I see they aren’t caring to much about their mental health patients, do to the lady that does the answering service which she shouldn’t be doing this job, it seems she doesn’t like her job anyways. This is the only place that has decent mental health drs that’s aren’t a joke- however their answering service and front desk needs to take a refresher course on how to do their jobs or they need to be replaced.

Horrible place! My mother had an appt for today with Dr Calderón. I make her appts for Tuesday because it is the only day I can take her. I remember Dr Calderon giving me the appointment card. They said that the appointment was for yesterday, that the doctor was going to call her around 2 pm, well that didn’t happened. I called around 4 and they said that there was a computer issue that they will have to call her another day and I can’t take her any other day but Tuesdays. I will have to wait for next Tuesday and she needs her meds. They said they will call her tomorrow on my moms phone and she sometimes doesn’t know how to use her phone. The person that talked to me on the phone said that if my mom doesn’t get the meds it was going to be on me

Bro their front desk staff is always in a bad mood. Like I’m here because i’m mentally unwell I don’t need the extra stress. The doctor however is professional and knowledgeable on prescription options!

First time going to a psychiatrist this past summer, it was a very bad experienceI had the pleasure of meeting Dr Rose. After a couple of visits and asking questions about my child's meds, she got very confrontational. Not very professional at all. Stay away

Alston put me on medications that made me go Insane. I had a total psychotic out of body experience. I ended up being very unprofessional and I made a huge mistake towards him. I feel bad, they discharged me and won't let me get medications or help me get a new psychiatrist somewhere else even though LEGALLY AND ETHICALLY they are suppose to. I am will be reporting it to the state of Florida. Also, if they push the Abilify injection (like Alston did with me), do not take it! It has been taken off the FDA approved list since 2015. And receptionist staff are rude and disrespectful.

Where to begin... as my 16-year-old daughter checked in and they told her she has a balance on the account. She is a minor and no balances should be discussed with an underage patient. How about using some common sense and pick up the phone and calling the patient's parents or asking the patient to have your parent come inside, all of this for $26.68. Common sense isn't common with this front office, thank goodness they don't work from my medical office because they would be fired immediately. I will be filing a grievance with my health insurance. I hope they use this comment and feedback to properly train their staff accordingly.

This place is the WORST office to go to if you need any sort of mental help. The ladies at work the front are rude and unprofessional. They make you not want to seek help period. They should honestly just shut this place down. They care more about money then their patients.

The front office staff and all doctors and therapists are exceptionally polite and knowledgeable. I have no idea what other reviewers are writing they must be from other mental health offices. Been going here for many years and this staff including the front desk staff are exceptional

I would highly suggest you stay away from this office. The front office staff take no responsibility in anything that goes wrong and are some of the rudest office staff I know. To work in mental health and speak to people the way they do is scary! Also, having called about medication and problems I was having they could care less. Either no phone call and was ignored multiple times.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. The front office staff is a pack of rude liars. None of them should work in mental health, or health care at all for that matter. They wouldn't be happy if their family was treated the same was as they great treat patients. The low reviews speaks volumes for this place!!!

My experience has been excellent to date. Patti has been so calm in explaining things & listening, Service has been great & I am working with them to help my son.I am so glad my son’s primary doctor recommended them. Dr Alston was calming to him & listened well. Looking forward to working with them in the future. Thanks

This place lists services on their website that they do not offer. I called to inquire. I was greeting with "please hold"... no "hello", no "thank you for calling", just a rude woman answering the phone. I asked about the program listed on the website. She said they don't offer it. I asked why it was listed on their website. The questioned seemed to annoy her. I hung up. The fact that places like this are allowed to exist when they seek to serve the most vulnerable people in our community never ceases to amaze me.

Similar to several other comments, I too have had a couple of hiccups with scheduling and such, but in general the front desk staff have rectified those issues quickly and been helpful as well as professional. I would imagine that it can be difficult dealing with lots of crazy people like myself, so all things considered they do just fine in my estimation. Further, Rose Calixte is absolutely fantastic. Her caring guidance has helped me considerably, for which I'm sincerely grateful. I feel like she actually does care about her patients and truly wants to get me to a good place. I can't speak for the other doctors and NP's, but Rose Calixte's help has been well worth any minor inconveniences with scheduling or medication refills and I can't recommend her enough if you're dealing with mental health issues.

I've been going to the Stuart office for over 6 months now and I love everyone here. The people at the desk are always nice to me and the doctors seem to really care and I don't ever feel rushed or unheard. They try to do what they can for me and I'm grateful for this practice because my mental health would suffer otherwise. Thank you!

The office is horrible to work with. The doctors are late and not concerned about patients schedule. The doctors take no time to speak with you, and the office staff are rude, uncooperative, and if you complain the office staff leaves you on the phone and will not pick up the call. This is a horrible facility.

I have met Dr. Oliveira, Andrea and now, I have been with my therapist Nancy C for the last 7 years, and she has been caring, understanding and wonderful with my treatment. Patty and the office staff have been great accommodating on my schedule. ❤️ It saddens all the bad reviews 😐 and to the all the people that have had bad experiences in this office, I hope you guys can’t find a dr or therapist that can help on all your needs. 😊

Staff is wonderful and the doctors do their best to help and actually listen to you. Been seeing them for 2 years and my quality of life has improved greatly thanks to the amazing doctors. Highly recommend!

This place is ridiculous. First off they do not send out reminders for appointments, and if you miss said appointment they charge you a $25 fee to reschedule. Money hungry if you ask me. Secondly, upon my initial visit I talked with a psychiatrist. This was a preliminary visit. Doctor seemed impatient constantly looking at his phone for the time. With out listening to me he pushed a script for depression. I left feeling unheard and judged without any clear understanding of my situation.

The therapists are amazing. They are caring and show empathy when speaking. It is very easy to feel comfortable and discuss what’s on my mind. The office staff are always welcoming. Telemed takes some getting used to, but they will walk you through it.

Dr Rose Calixte is a great doctor and cares about your well being. I had the hardest time trying to get a good nights sleep and she worked with me until we got my medicine dosed correctly. Thank you Dr. ROSE!
