Visited this place with coworkers for the first time for lunch and we were very impressed with the service. It’s a new restaurant in town and the environment it’s just amazing, very cleaned and staff is super friendly. They offer a good variety of lunch specials, the food is tasty with good flavor. We all agreed that the only thing we found not that good is the price on the juices ($7) and be aware there is a service fee in your check. I would recommend this restaurant for a good Latin food experience !

Tried Merengue Restaurant for Lunch, the food was fresh and delicious, they have a great lunch special, quick service, polite staff and clean location. The place is big enough for a large party and plenty of parking available. 100 % recommended 👌

Came here when they first opened did not have a good experience but I’ve gave it a second try and I was really good food was tasty and they have lunch specials , nice portions, clean restaurant and excellent customer service. If you’re looking for good Caribbean food this is the place in Stuart I’ll come back soon .

This has been my number seven visit to Merengue. I am so happy with the food and the service that they give us every . Time oh my God the mofongo threefongo is delicious, you must try the beans. Also the pernil , chicharrónes , churrasco , grilled salmon ask how you wanted and they make it for you I like mines on the crispy side , The passion juice is amazing the rice and beans cause Tostones even the solid. I will recommend this place to everyone that I know finally we had some good food Hispanic food in the area. When it comes to good food I don’t care about the price . I am 100 percent supporting small business.

We had an awesome dinner at Merengue. The food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the empanadas, and the roasted pork trifongo was incredible. The service was very friendly and we love that it is family and locally owned. We will definitely be back and I can’t wait to try more from the menu.

We had an amazing meal at Merengue. Very authentic Latin food with incredible flavors. The staff was kind. The restaurant was sooo clean. It was a perfect date night. We shared one chicken and one beef empanada which were fried to perfection. I’ve never had monfongo, and I’m now a big fan! Highly recommend, we will be back

Oh my YUMMMMMMMY!!! Trifongo with roasted pork and a blackberry juice. My second time here and definitely not my last. Great service, very clean and a nice ambience. Highly recommend.

We just moved into the area and this is for sure one of the better restaurants we have tried so far. Very friendly staff and great service. The quipes and empanadas were especially good. Definitely would recommend!

The place was great, the design of it, the food was another level, me and my friends order the chuleta Cancan, and it was amazing, it was great size, the meat was on the point, juicy, the seasoning on point, it was more then enough for us, we were 3 and it was perfect portions for the the three of us. And for a good price.

My family and I had lunch here after church. The food was absolutely to die for!! You can tell everything was made with love!! We got a lot of food for the price and had enough to get full and bring some home. We will be back weekly to eat here. The closest food restaurant like this is all the way in west palm. Im so glad they have opened here.

Absolutely delicious! Best combination of Dominican with Colombian gastronomy. Not only the great food but service is exceptional. I will be back.

I've tried it twice so far. Had the lunch specials of the day. This is exactly the type of restaurant I've been looking forward to having in the area. Closest thing to home cooking (really good home cooking) in the area. Service is fast so it's the perfect spot to get in and out of on a lunch break.

I'll round up to 4 stars because they are trying really hard here and i like to support local businesses. The restaurant was spotless, the service was super friendly and my plantains were A+ perfect. I wasn't in love with the chicken, the music was blaring the white table cloths with the cobalt blue napkins gave the interior a Greek vibe instead of Caribbean so it was a mixed bag for me. Not sure I'll be back but I'm glad we tried it out.

Really enjoyed this new locally family owned restaurant. Great authentic Spanish food. Had a great dinner with my wife. Like to come back for lunch soon. Must try.

Great Dominican food! Had it last night and love the stewed chicken, rice and beans. The mofongo was delicious as well. Tastes just like my abuela made it.

The atmosphere is not quite there yet, because it's a new place. The food was fresh and savory and the server was very nice and helpful. We finally get something different and tasty in Stuart.

Great empanadas! Excellent pork sandwich - even the homemade salad dressing was great. Stopped in for a quick lunch and we'll be back - leave an order there, do your Publix shopping and then pick up the order for dinner - that's the plan!

The food is absolutely amazing and AUTHENTIC. This is definitely the best in town. Must try! We will for sure be back.

First visit here. At first we were a little overwhelmed because the menu was hard for us to understand. However, we decided just to order several little things and everything was SO delicious! We had a pork lunch special, sweet plantains, white rice, and a fresh juice (which is kind of a smoothie), and empenadas. Everything was so tasty, hot, fresh- tasting, and flavorful. I'll be back!
