I will not be going back. I’ve had many massages, but this one was different. I’m not a shy person, but she would uncover my entire bottom for long periods of time while she was massaging my arms. I would pull up the towel and soon she would pull it down completely again and then move on to my upper back. It was very uncomfortable. It was one of those moments when you get a gut feeling that something was a little off.

Awesome massage and very clean and super super nice staff. Me and my wife Rosie highly recommended this place. Jennifer and staff are incredible. Really a great spa.

They take payment and tip BEFORE you get the massage. I gave a $10 tip and the girl at the front desk said “that’s it?” While I was on my back in the room the girl in there took my breasts and jiggled them and laughed. I am a big breasted woman and I guess she thought it was funny. Very unprofessional.

Couples massage in separate rooms which defeats the purpose . Was forced to tip beforehand , up charged for a deep tissue massage that was not what I would consider deep tissue . My wife and I were disappointed and felt hustled . Everything including the tip costed a little over $200 for a 1 hour massage for the 2 of us . Since we have gone to other places we felt that it was the worst place we have ever gotten a massage from .

My first time here! What a wonderful massage. I had the one hour massage and found the price to be decent. The place was very clean. I will be back! I highly recommend this place.

Don't pass on this fabulous business because of any negative review!!! They are fabulous. You will leave feeling totally invigorated. This is not a Swedish massage by any means...it's sooooo much better. The "chair" used for a massage is no different than a massage table. It reclines for the body massage and rises for more comfort during the foot massage. You can pay extra for a room and disrobe but I love the chair and I wear lightweight clothing. Massage Spring is clean, quiet, professional., and very accommodating!! After 40 years of massages, I have finally found the perfect massage!! You can buy from Groupon but Massage Spring will honor the Groupon price if you call them directly. Win-win!!!

I’ve been going to this place since they opened and were on Groupon. They have increased their prices over time and charge five dollars for a Bank of America credit card… Just an FYI. It is three dollars if you use a different credit card. Also they do not have a receptionist, so they will answer phone calls while massaging you and also leave to talk to people walking in the door which is very disruptive to the relaxing experience. The massages are good, but it is very distracting when the phone is ringing and the doors are opening with customers.

My GF & I had the couple massage after 2 days of grueling mountain bike rides. We weren't in the same room but were only separated by cloth walls. The establishment was clean and didn't have a creepy feeling that you hear about. The massages were excellent and the staff were professional. We will return another day.

There is NO TRUE COUPLES MASSAGE SETUP LIKE it was illustrated ONLINE. ME and MY WIFE WERE IN SEPERATE ROOMS keep in mind this was a surprise birthday MASSAGE. "BLACK PEOPLE" U CAN BYPASS THIS ONE !!!! THEN THEY WANT U TO TIP THEM BEFORE AT CHECK IN THEY EVEN TOUCH U !!!. 👀
