The staff was nice but after I placed my order and the order was ready they didn't know if I had ordered just the gyro or the whole meal. The fries were a mix of regular fries, curly fries and little burned pieces. The gyro was a little small and could have been better prepared. There is no apple/Android pay option. The gyro roast beef combo was $10.90. Overall I had an ok experience in this Arby's.

I always love stopping at Arby's Their super beef sandwich is great. Plus at 2 sandwiches for $7. Would recommend every time.

Just left with a sandwich combo. Customer service was good and fast. I was surprised it wasn’t busier around noon. Fries were cold, not even lukewarm. The first bite of my sandwich, I pulled a piece of PLASTIC out my sandwich that was luckily hanging out. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

My wife and I came here for lunch after a doctors appointment. The menu options are good and the folks that helped us were good. I had the beef and cheddar and enjoyed it. My wife definitely enjoyed their meal. The portions were good. The food at Arbys is usually decent and consistent. The restaurant was clean even as busy as it was the staff did a decent job keeping the tables and the floor clean. The bathrooms were clean and stocked. I would recommend this place if you are in the mood for fast food.

Got a French Dip combo with medium curly fries and medium drink through the drive thru. The food was hot and tasted fresh, however, I was given a child’s sized drink. When I asked about it, the woman “claimed” that Arby’s had changed their drink sizes. There is no way a 12 ounce cup is now a medium. The picture shows the cup next to a 12 ounce can for size reference. If the employees are too lazy to admit they made a mistake and correct it, many they should find another job. Bag didn’t have any napkins either. Good thing I was going home and not to a hotel where I didn’t have napkins.

Everything was fine. Food tasted delicious! Seriously awesome service! Clean. Great visit overall!

Ok, the sandwich tasted like it was made a few days ago. The bun was the wrong one for the sandwich. The bun was severely dry, flat,and hard. The sandwich was saturated in red sauce. They gave me cold, curly fries, and I wanted the home fries.

They were quick with my order. However they charge $2 for water cups. The same price as a water bottle... decision is from corporate or manager... they should have smaller clear plastic water cups if they're concerned about sip stealing. Hell the most I've seen for a water cup til now was 50cents. That happened ONCE at a fast food restaurant. The food wasn't bad. It was fresh. Average to above average quality for a fast food restaurant. Kinda hard to not like Arby's curly fries when they are fresh. Not the first time I've tried coming here either... I think they may toy with their hours. The first time they closed 60 minutes earlier than the Google posted times. The second time I could swear the time they closed at was the same as the Google posted time (unchanged since last visit). Additionally I should add the time when they were "closed" I could still hear them talking about orders that I can only assume we're for truckers, app purchases, or drive through orders. Overall I'd say consider wendys first due to the service issues ive experienced and their water policy (god help you of you have a health condition lest they charge you 2 bucks when you are about to pass out)... but if you have a hankering for roast beef, gyro, or deli style sandwiches, or of course the famous curly fries then this is the place (the only one on Okeechobee road). Basically I don't recommend, but I would go again if that was the food I wanted.

They "don't Order bowls of any kind" .... So "this is the best we can do" ... Cheese on the box then roast beef than the Arby's sauce. Not accepting that as a Brand Standard are you Arby's? Wow so much for a gluten free option on the run.

McDonald's, Wendy's, Dunkin' donuts, we're all crowded and I was traveling and needed food and drink. I was very surprised going inside, There was hot food, fresh and cooking, drinks hot and cold, aisles of all kinds of foods to choose from, clean and restrooms also. I was able to get my gas too. I was very happy with the Love's store.

Ordered 2 smokes house brisket. And motto stick. People did not have enough courtesy to say they were out of something. Instead they send out the the sandwiches with the wrong bun, and no onion strings. Then try to tell me that is how the sandwiches are made .... bunch of bs. Customer service stinks

Second time in a row they have forgotten to put the cheese on a beef and cheddar. How hard is it to do your job properly?

I didn't go to Arby's I utilized Love's for gas. Although I like Arby's but it was to late to eat fast food. I love Love's because they're always the lowest in gas and they now have a pretty big fenced in dog park next to the building. Which is excellent for those who travel with their fur babies! 🥰

Absolutely the dirtiest place, employees that could care less about waiting on you and the food was terrible. My husband’s fish sandwich was cold and my classic roast beef was luke warm at best. Don’t stop here. Go further down the road. And the Love’s bathroom was filthy. Love’s should be embarrassed.

I have found that during my travels, Arby's restaurants located in or adjacent to a travel Plaza, (truck stop), are infinitely better than stand alone restaurants. The primary reason is because the employees have a firm grasp for the need of speed and accuracy needed at these locations. The service is always correct and the order is always right. I love me some Arby's, the cherry on top is finding one at a travel Plaza.

Pretty slow, employees were pretty nice, went to get root beer and it came out blue, I think they got the flavors mixed up. Food was good, I had the roast beef Gyro.

Always clean and reliable restrooms although the women's restrooms are under construction, so the ladies have been moved across the hall to the old men's room, and the men have been given a trailer outside- still very clean and I'm told the men's trailer outside is clean and up to par as well - which is all you can ask for on a long road trip!

The staff here is really nice. Place is overall clean. The girls, however, kept forgetting what I ordered and kept asking me. Nonetheless, everything was made fresh in front of me and for a fast food place, you can’t really complain much.

I only gave 1 star because it wouldn't allow me to put 0 stars. After traveling for many hours on the road we stopped here to get a chocolate milkshake. Staff very unprofessional acted like I wasn't even at the counter then I ordered a chocolate milkshake and the employee who took my order told somebody else to fix it and they replied they weren't fixing nothing then the employee who took my order fixed the milkshake which most definitely was not chocolate I took it back in and told her she said it just wasn't dark in color but then fixed another which was the exact same and then as she was handing it to me Said she was ready to go on her break the milkshake still was not chocolate and just like the one before. At this point I had already wasted my time and money as I won't drink this as it is not what I ordered. I would put the info off of my receipt but I wasn't given a receipt either. I should've went somewhere else.🙄🙄🙄

Unfortunately after the last 3 visits I have had to change my review. The last 3 times I have gone to this location they have messed up my order, forgotten items or given wrong items, and refused to admit they were wrong so I wasted my money because I could not eat what was given to me. After this third time I refuse to back.

The food was disgusting!! My Buffalo chicken wrap had too much sauce, the wrap was very soggy, and the chicken was very dry. I ordered 22 plus tax worth of full and I was very disappointed of the customer service I received!! I WANT A FULL REFUND!!

I just love Arby's and this location did not disappoint. Even when I had a food issue they quickly took care of it.

Stopped in for breakfast while traveling. This was my first Arby's breakfast and it won't be the last. The staff were polite even though clearly understaffed like so many places at this time.

Online ordering was down so I tried to go through drive thru. At drive thru menu, employee said they aren't currently accepting orders through drive thru. Seemed like employees were just trying to discourage orders.
