First issue is you get multiple text messages, emails, and phone calls on a daily basis when it is time to schedule your service. These continued even after I asked to make a note on my file that I was a part-time resident and would contact them when I was returning to Florida ( literally for months ).They even continued after I had scheduled an appointment. Very annoying. On the day of the appointment, the inverse was true. Technician said he would arrive between one and three. at 3:15 my wife, called and was told by the person who answered the phone that they would contact the dispatcher and get right back to her. At 3:45 she called back to indicate that they would not be there until between 5 o’clock and 7 o’clock. No courtesy call to indicate that they were running behind. My wife had to cancel her plans for the evening in order to get the service accomplished. One thing I will say is that their technicians always appear to be well qualified, and they always provide plenty of feedback about what they are checking, and the health of the system. Not so in this case. Technician was non-communicative and left my wife wondering if he actually did a complete service since he was there for only about half the normal timeframe that other technicians seem to spend. One thing she noticed is he did not clean the condensate drain, which is an item previous technicians stressed. Not at all happy with this experience. We need a new hot water heater installed and it makes me wonder if I should look elsewhere

STAY FAR AWAY. THIS COMPANY IS A BUNCH OF CROOKS. Called for drain line flush out. I was able to clear the drain before they arrived. My wife and I just got back from China after being out of the country for several months so we were exhausted and unfortunately placed our trust in this company. I was very busy so I could not follow the tech (Paul) around and watch him. He said I needed a new capacitor as it was bulging and out of specs being too low. Fortunately he did not take the old capacitor so I was able to look at it closely the next day. There is minor oxidation rust but no bulging at all. It is a 45 micro farad capacitor +/- 6%. This means a capicitor within specs would be in the range of 42.3 to 47.7. This guy said it was out of specs and on it's way out. I tested the capacitor and it read 42.8 which is within the 6%. He charged nearly $300 for this and it is literally 4 screws and 3 wire terminals. A 3 minute job. This was not faulty they are screwing the customers by replacing things that do not need to be replaced. The next thing was the dryer filter. They put a task on the invoice of L710 Filter Drier Replacement Triple Evacuation Recharge System My refrigerant was not low. The AC compressor can suck the refrigerant down so that the dryer filter can be replaced. so the old one was cut out and the new filter soldered in. Then the refrigerant released back into the system from the compressor. Evacutation means removing the refrigerant from the system and using a vaccuum pump to bring the system down to 30 inches of vacuum. (THIS WAS NOT DONE SO AGAIN BILLING FOR SERVICES NOT PERFORMED) Recharge system. This means charge the system with the specific pounds of refrigerant the system requires. Again mine did not need any. They billed $650 for this Insisted the drain needed to be flushed even though I should it was working. I poured 1 gallon of bleach and 5 gallons of water and it drained properly. Again service did not need to be done. Charged $270 for this. You can't cancel the service contract. Then pressured into a service contract for $199 to receive a discount on the invoice. Said yes you can cancel anytime. You can't. They have you sign twice on an ipad to "authorize them to do the work" and "a copy for the office" however they seem to check boxes that you agree to the contract and fine print in the invoice without ever giving you a chance to read what exactly you are signing. Tried for days to escalate to management. They do not respond so I'm disputing the transaction with the credit card company. Good luck to all that have been screwed by this company. I will never use them again nor recommend them to anyone. I read some complaints on BBB, there is even one where the tech was hitting of a woman while in the persons home. Disgusting and I hope she sues the hell out of the company for sexual harassment.

The professionalism lacked in that it took 3 days for me to get a receipt for service and I had to call 3 times to request a receipt. That should have been given to me immediately upon payment. I also feel their services are a bit over-priced.

This is the worst ac company. Both times I have had a tech come out, they have said I can pay them directly for cheaper than the company cost. I paid to have my unit cleaned, through the company directly, and 35 days later they had to come back out because my ax unit is not working. They said it is the blower motor, and wanted to charge me 1,200. When looking up the national average on cost it should be 550 including labor. Not to mention my parts should be under 10 year manufacture warrant cause my unit is less than 3 years old. So 1,200 for labor?! Then still charged me 120 for the visit

Showed up, went right to work. Found some loose insulation inside ac and fixed it. Sprayed inside coils to clean. Check ac over. All looked good.

My repairman was Mitchell and he was phenomenal he explained everything he was doing and he did everything well! I am happy I made the choice to do all the things I plan to do and then, some! I will be calling them from now on! And requesting Mitchell, I might add!
