I have been dealing with South East Spas for almost 9 years now and I have always had great rapport with them. I bought personally from Phillip(the owner) back when it was just a family company and have watched them grow and expand. Any time I've had a service issue it was resolved in a timely manner and they have always treated me as if I was singularly important to them. I cannot recommend them enough, from Deon and Rachel in service, you can always expect great response! Also pet friendly showroom is the best!

One of the worst customer service experiences that I have ever encountered. I would NEVER AGAIN purchase anything from South East Spas. I called them multiple times regarding a brand new Master Clarity 7 spa that we purchased and was delivered in March of 2023. The spa quit working in June. After multiple phone calls to try and get someone to come out to see what was the issue, the company that they sent out did not have a clue what they were doing. Or they were trying to scam us into having to purchase another computer board and pumps. They told us that our computer board was fried. Said we needed a new one and that it may not be under warranty due to surge from alleged lightning strike. He unplugged everything going into the computer board and even went over to the designated breaker and checked to "make sure it was working". Much less never called back and when they did, they promised over and over that they would come out. No phone calls or texts or anything. Beware of purchasing from this company. Still trying to make multiple calls to them for feedback for their "contracted service company", but no one returns phone calls. We finally had our electrical company come out to be sure that the designated breaker that they installed was working properly. And low and behold, it was a bad breaker and not the spa at all. We waited for 5-6 weeks for Southeast Spas to return phone calls or something. Still nothing..........

Bought an H2X trainer. Great communication before during and after the sale thanks Ryan. Was delivered on time and install went great. Had a few small issues and customer service was spot on and exactly what I would expect from my employees. Thanks Rachel.

We bought our spa from the show they had In Lakeland .JJ was our sales rep And he was very nice. Our spa got delivered, but the stairs are too small we cannot get into our unit. The ones at the show were bigger and they went right to the top. We are using an aluminum ladder to get in and out of our spa. This should be an easy fix send me the right stairs. We were told that we received the one that go with that spa. This is a real bad look, the right ones are probably only 100.00 more. Not happy

I recently started shopping around for a new hot tub and called multiple vendors. I came across South East Spas and was elated by the professionalism, knowledge and information shared by there dedicated staff member Jackie. She was able to explain throughly the different hot tub options, installation and timeline. This company definitely puts a personal touch on your shopping experience and I highly recommend them.

I am very satisfied with a Legends Master Spa repair done by Tommy from South East Spas. He diagnosed problems that were tripping my breaker: circulation pump and master pur system. Replaced the pump and flickering LED lighting module. Everything works great now! And Tommy ensured I got credited for what was under warranty. Thank you!

I have had an incredible experience with the purchase , delivery and set up of my new hot tub. Shaun was a patient and helpful salesperson . Attentive but not high pressure . Rachel was incredible in helping me through the start up process and even took texts after hours to help . Others in the service department ( Dion) were also helpful . We are enjoying our new hot tub and look forward to visiting the store when we need chemicals and get a great meal at the steakhouse next door .
