Joined March 2020 before I knew covid was a thing. Not their fault, I choose not to enter a gym as I have health issues and not willing to risk it. I paid for a membership for a year I never used. I went into cancel and woman in the front was rude the moment I said I wanted to cancel. Why?? Not even sure but it wasn’t very professional. She then told me I had to pay $10 to cancel. Eye-roll worthy when she promptly tells me rudely “it’s in your contract”. Not everyone is looking to argue and you should treat people with the same respect when they’re canceling as they did when they signed up. I have no doubt there is some fine print but really? Charging to cancel? I would not return to a youfit because of her attitude.

AVOID THIS PLACE!! I was led to believe we could cancel the membership if needed, but that is not the case. The facility is far from clean. The cardio area has a foul odor and we have to avoid use of those machines. Few members wipe down equipment when they are done and no staff members appear to be cleaning anything. It can be difficult to get on equipment because members will remain on them for extended periods of time. On one visit someone remained on a chest machine for over 30 minutes, and did not offer to share. Per staff, it is up to any individual to share a machine, thus you can wait a while. It is one of the least friendly gyms I have joined, and I have been to many. With additional ongoing issues with my health I requested a cancellation, but was told in effect that it is not possible. I really hope that if you are looking for a gym to join that you will look elsewhere. I was hoping they would be understanding of the circumstances, but I suppose the $27/mo is too valuable for them to part with. Maybe they can buy some signs to encourage better conduct on the part of the members.

One of the worst customer services that I ever had in awhile . Needs improvement at the front desk . Other than that gym is clean .

I really like going to this gym. The front desk staff are all so friendly! Both night and day staff remember your name and are super helpful. The trainer named Victor is also someone I would recommend. He’s always encouraging and offering pointers to those in need.

I’ve been going to this location for about 4 weeks now, and I will definitely stay. The facility is always clean and has all of the equipment that I need. Staff is friendly and helpful! I’ve never been to a gym where they actually make eye-contact and remember your name when you check in (shout out to Eric!) 5 stars

I have been a member of the Youfit Health Club in Davie, Fl. for at least three years . With the encouragement and health advice from their outstanding manger Tiffany , I have been able to not only reduce my body weight but also improve my muscle tone! Tall achievements for the head of the Wolf pack! If it is personal training you need Lauren is your go to trainer. Lauren's passion and professionalism will get you moving on your fitness goals in no time!She and mangers Tiffany and Haley are featured in the photos. Haley insures that your workout has the best equipment and cleanest work out stations imaginable ! It has been a life changer for me being a member! Thank you Tiffany , Haley and Lauren !

I put a pause on my membership for the pandemic. Youfit then on their own accord removed the pause. I was unaware and then I racked up several months worth of charges without updating my debit card. In the end in order for me to cancel my membership I had to pay it off with late fees. Would not recommend a business with such shady business practices especially during a pandemic.

This gym is very clean. The employees are very educated in the health industry and are very helpful in training techniques! It’s a great environment with new equipment and all the dumbbells are available to you. It is a great gym to sign up with!

Potential new members be warned. I worked out here for several months and overall I enjoyed the experience with the staff and the facility. There are some cleanliness issues and then whoever manages this place doesn't care and does not get enough paper towels so there are several days at the beginning of each month that the gym will be completely out of paper towels. You sign an agreement to wipe down your equipment and then they don't give you the ability to do so 🤡 My warning goes to you if you want to leave because it is nearly impossible. They will not cancel your membership here in person. Supposedly they will but the manager never comes in. They will give you a number to call and that number doesn't give you the option to cancel your membership. It takes an act of God to get out of the membership . You only get a response via email if you dig into your PDF and find your contract number and include that in the email to them and your desire to cancel the membership. FYI that number that you need to cancel the membership is not in the app it's the original PDF/contract. Even when you do get out they tell you okay now we've got the notification and you have another 30 days (more charges) because that's the notification we need. Sneaky hidden fees and the inability to get out of a membership is the absolute worst in my opinion. Pro-tip just lose your credit card and request a new one from your credit card company so that YouFit can no longer bill you. They will not delete your credit card information otherwise and it's basically stolen and grounds for a new card. Literally this place is like hotel California where you can check in but never leave! They just want to continue to charge you with all kinds of additional hidden fees, won't delete your billing information and won't give you any reasonable way to cancel your membership. Never again! I don't care if youfit is the only option within 10 miles I'm going to LA fitness or somewhere else that doesn't conduct such poor business practices!

This is one of the best youfits I’ve ever been to. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The location is great and safe. They always have new equipment and are always trying to make the gym functional for everyone. Overall would recommend to anyone.

I’ve really enjoyed my experience at this YouFit! It’s clean and I absolutely love the layout of the gym. Staff members are all welcoming and incredibly encouraging. I usually see Eric at the front desk and he never fails to greet everyone with a smile and always helps hold people accountable! I did training sessions with Lauryn and she is the absolute BEST! Her workouts targeted each muscle group perfectly. I guarantee you will be very happy with your results, if you are lucky enough to work with her! I cannot recommend this gym enough.

This gym is always so clean and there’s plenty of machines to get my workouts done! Great staff and a welcoming atmosphere! Definitely choose this gym over other gyms I’ve been to.

I had been working out consistently for over a year and not seeing a ton of results until I started working with Victor. In the last 15 months my body has transformed thanks to him. He is always in a good mood and friendly to everyone. He pushes me harder than I could ever push myself and motivates me every session. I love working with Victor and don’t plan on stopping anytime soon! The entire Davie Youfit staff is friendly and welcoming. The gym has become my happy place.

Excellent location! The employees are very friendly and the whole place is very clean I love it. I like to go in the morning so I have a lot of machine options, it's not so crowded. Never in my life have I been so motivated by the gym as now, the hit cardio classes with Lauryn are one of the reasons why I go every day. 😊

I don't generally take time to write reviews like this unless the experience is extra exceptional! After 6+ years of being stuck in bed with an illness and gaining over 50 pounds, I didn't think I would ever be healthy again or lose the weight. Prior to getting sick I always preferred a Boot Camp type place to a gym but I walked into Youfit Davie and had the fortunate luck that Jonathan Santiago was working that day. He genuinely took the time to listen to my story and what I was looking for and afraid of and made me feel so comfortable that I showed up for my trial day the next morning after six years of basically bed rest! Needless to say, I signed up for a membership with him. It's been about a month now and I actually look forward to going there now! I have already lost 12 inches in my waist and feel healthier than I have in so many years! By him taking the care to listen and talk me through my fears instead of just focusing on trying to "sell me" he truly changed my life! Also being in the business world for over 20 years, I am so extremely impressed with Jonathan, I had to leave a review to help anyone else like me and so YouFit knows how much of an asset he is to them! So go to YouFit Davie and ask for Jonathan Santiago!! 🙏🏼

This gym is clean and conveniently located. I’ve not worked with the trainers but they and are always very encouraging of me and my friend when they see us. The guys are the front desk are all super friendly and Eric is very helpful! Great vibes overall 10/10 recommend.

Awesome gym! I go three times a week and it’s great every time. All the staff is friendly, the gym is kept clean, and the equipment is fixed quickly! Highly recommend bringing a friend too!

The you fit on state road 84 is a fantastic place to train. A clean and friendly atmosphere especially the front desk agent Eric who is very knowledgeable and hospitable I highly recommend this place for fitness enthusiasts of all levels.

I love this Gym. *****update*** I have a concern that the gym is cleaned in the morning and usually bacteria’s grows over night and the bathrooms at this location are cleaned by 10am, the shower was disgusting soap build up everywhere!!!’ Please have your cleaning crew clean at night before closing not in the morning when it’s business time at peak hours, it’s ridiculous how filthy the shower was!!!! ***I would give it 5 out of 5 stars, if they can just do my one request, to change the filter on the water fountain because it’s obviously expired and the water taste like damn tap water, it’s disgusting. Usually a water fountain with a filter indoors does not taste like water from the house in your backyard. Otherwise the gym is very clean and no wait!! Also please make hours longer for the gym or give us card keys for members with a better subscription than starter subscription. Only adults that we clean up after ourselves would be the ones going after or before hours. I want to take my health very serious but I can’t go in the gym at 7am on Saturday or Sunday is ridiculous to me!!!

Gyms perfect. Please can I give you guys this idea and I want 1 percent royalties from the special members at $axiomExpressions I want to create my own church and it’s top secret for what. Please make the gyms have a special membership card for 24/7 access for members that have better package deal then just the basic minimum membership. I am here this morning working out and I have to say “this is the first gym I have been to where you actually can see the trainers working with the people”. I am considering paying for fitness training because I have lost it all over the years but You Fit is where it’s at.

Scams and traps their members into a 12 months membership which you can’t cancel even if you come to have your own personal at home gym and do not want there services no more. + 👎 👎 👎 During Covid they would still charge their customers after the gym has shut down and stop providing their services. I would call to cancel and they would ask me to send a email which wouldn’t be acknowledged and would still charge months later. Definitely a dress up clown of a company

I enjoy going to Youfit to work out. Generally, you don't have to wait too long at this location for machines or equipment. There are a few things that bother me such as they don't always turn on the fans, which gets too hot. Also, some of the machines are not maintained well, but overall would still recommend.

I love this gym. It has new equipment. It’s never packed. Always impeccably clean. The staff is amazing, they are always helping keep the gym organized. There are two people in this gym that always make me feel at home so special kudos to Sylvia and Amy, they do a fantastic job.

Never overly crowded, awesome trainers, friendly staff, very clean and equipment is well maintained.

Haven't been for a few years but place is still clean and all equipment was in good shape. Staff was friendly. It was busy but there is more than enough equipment to us. I didn't take photos of people workout though it would be weird.

I have been a member for more than three years unfortunately since Covid I am not able to come back to the gym, I tried to cancel my membership in two opportunities and it was not possible due to miscommunication and not response from Youfit. Until I have the fortune to talk to Priscila who made the time to listen and in minutes fix the whole situation. Thank you Priscila for showing respect and care for your members.

Ive been coming to this gym since I moved to the Davie area and the gym as a whole has always been 5 stars. Both morning and night crew make you feel welcome as soon as you walk past those doors. The gym is always spotless thanks to the cleaning crew(morning and night) that ensure everything is spotless. They take their job seriously yet they enjoy themselves because you see them interact with customers daily. The gym for the most part isn’t packed so you can enjoy your workout, no rush. The equipment is well taken care of and the regulars also respect the equipment. The staff here really makes the gym feel like your second home.

I joined a two years ago and never went one time. I actually forgot that I had even joined online. Got a call when my credit card expired explaining that I needed to update my card information. I said thank you but I actually have probably already paid for 24 months and have never stepped foot inside of the gym. I asked to cancel and was told I needed to go there. I explained that it would be easier for me to cancel over the phone or online (same way I signed up) and she informed me I could write a letter. I wrote the letter. Today I receive a letter from Aldous and Associates explaining that I need to pay $157.70 (the amount since my card expired) or I will be sent to collections... for a gym that took my payment no problem when I was not attending and when I asked to cancel instead of giving them a new card to charge was told to come in or write the GM... I will pay the fee to Aldous but I will never give another penny to this scam of a company again.

This gym is perfectly located off state road 84 and pine island near round up, the air conditioner is always blasting and all the staff and gym goers are always so positive and have a great attitude. They recently added a new hack squat machine and felt grass to go along with new benches. People put there weights back so everything is organized and they while it’s a lil smaller than some gyms the community is also tight and most people are polite and have no problem sharing equipment. Great for the low price. Victor is the best!!! 😁

I’ve been coming to this gym since I moved into the area about 2 years ago. The friendly staff and cleanliness keeps me coming back. I originally signed up to this gym as a temporary thing. I only wish they would get another smith machine they currently only have one and more plate loaded machines currently only 4 (shoulder press, bent over row, calf raise, leg press). Even though the equipment is not what I prefer, the vibe of this gym is one of the best.

The new manager has made such a Huge difference and has been in contact with all most members just walking around communicating and being very caring and listening to members ideas and problems. He's been on it ever since if first saw him in the Davie FL pine island gym. The staff are all alert and very welcoming at the front desk. The machines are being cleaned all the time and it's being upgraded Wich is amazing. Keep up the good work team Davie I'm glad to be a member there it just makes me feel at home when I walk in. Great gym!! I have been a member at many other gyms in the South Florida area. By far YouFit Davie has the best workout environment! The members are very friendly and the equipment is top-notch! I am starting to do power lifting and it is great that they have bumper plates and a Dead Lift platform along with two squat racks! Love it there! Also, the staff is extremely friendly and treats you like a part of the family. The trainers are tremendous!!! I suggest when you join grab some personal training sessions with either Lauryn or Victor - two great trainers!! Keep moving forward people!

The place was clean and plenty of machines available. Location is good and lots of parking as well.

So far so good. What you look for in a gym is a good mix of equipment and cleanliness. I'm very picky about my gyms and so far this one's okay. I haven't run into an issue where I wasn't able to get on any workout equipment or stand in line for weights. I keep my head down and do my workout so far it's been rock and roll.

Victor is the most amazing trainer I’ve ever had. He cares immensely about his clients, provides individual support to meet my individual needs. He is personable and makes me feel good every time I work out with him. The entire staff is friendly and ithey provide a happy place to work out. I am at home here now.
