    I ordered a steak AM Crunch wrap threw the mobile app. It is burnt and they put bacon on instead of steak that I paid extra for! I don’t eat pork! I am so dissatisfied

    This place is generally very accurate when making very customized online orders, however, when they do not have an item, it is still able to be ordered online most of the time. When you get there, they will not replace with an item of equivalent value. Their management is terrible and I've lost probably $30++ this way. Making a point to go elsewhere. Also they often do not have Baja Blast, which is a huge part of why a lot of people go there. Terrible service, but good food that is generally worth going for. They should take notes from their immediate neighbor, Burger King, who will always go the extra mile when they can't fulfill everything in your order.

    The drive thru attendant was awesome!! Courteous, polite, and he even said thank you to us for ordering with them. Now a days I don't get a "thank you or your welcome" from any fast food chain I go to. Food was hot and fresh.

    We went through the drive through and there was this one day (Hispanic) and she kept insisting if I finished the order and also insisting to get the red freezy instead of what I WANT proceeding to the window she received us with such a bad attitude. They were missing a quesadilla and they told us twice that it was in the bag (when it wasn’t)..working with clients, make sure to hire people with hospitality quality’s

    Of all the taco bells in the area,this one is the most accurate with orders. Always friendly and helpful. I rate this a 4 because the food is always fresh,hot and 9.5/10 the order is always correct.

    We are traveling from out of state. This Taco Bell location was above and beyond! The food was exactly as pictured, perfect portion amounts, very hot and fresh! The customer service here was top notch! They deserve to be recognized for being very friendly, fast, and efficient! WAY TO GO! Best Taco Bell we have had in a long time!

    $6.95 for this ? This Taco Bell is ridiculous with its higher than usual prices but smaller than usual portion sizes. I got a soft taco last time and there was barley anything in it. And its specifically this Taco Bell. Not even the ones in Miami are this bad.

    I normally don't frequent Taco Bell because usually when I go in there I get attitude or food's cold or the people just don't care to be there. But this one was different. Food was good. People are really nice places clean. I actually would consider going back there again

    The drive-thru service is always exceptional with very little wait time and staff with good customer service. That being said, it is obvious that serving the drive-thru is the priority at this store. When walking in for dine in or take out you will wait much longer for food and will need to use a kiosk because staff is either making food or at the drive-thru, not the counter. There is also a schizophrenic homeless guy that frequents this place and will most definitely make you feel uncomfortable inside or outside of the store if you stick around too long. I feel bad for the staff because legally there is only so much they can enforce. The food quality is typically consistent, however I do avoid any items with rice. Sometimes there are extremely hard pieces of rice in your burrito that make you want to spit it out. Idk if it is uncooked or just burnt, but it is like jawbreaker hard.

    The gentleman working the drive thru seemed genuinely happy to be serving people. Very refreshing for a fast food place where something like that rarely happens. If you've been recently you know the guy I'm talking about.

    Came in 1 minute before they closed unknowingly, gentleman who took our order was extremely friendly, and so was the woman who gave us our food. I did not get their names, but they were truly exceptional and deserve a raise!

    Rice is crunchy. Drinks not half price as advertised at 4 pm. Asked for manager. Said it was my fault. Asked for her manager. She said “it is Joe and he is on vacation. Said I could then get my money back.

    Tacos are not my choice of food, I think maybe it’s a personal thing. But the service was fast and good, I went through the drive thru and it was easy to place order and get served. 3 stars because I didn’t enjoy what I ordered, maybe it’s my fault.

    Nothing but 5 stars, atmosphere, on a Saturday night, the place is packed, we had reservations, were seated when we got there, service was 6 star, foods always excellent, owners and managers know how to run a restaurant. My only complaint is I don't get there more than twice a year, I moved up to Martin County. You CANNOT go wrong with Rocco's Taco's. $$$,

    This Taco Bell is trying to rip people off. The same sausage breakfast taco is $3.49 at this Taco Bell and is only a $1.49 at the one on PSL Blvd, and not only are they charging more at their establishment but on Uber Eats, they are charging $4.62 for that same taco, so a whole dollar and change more on the app and this taco is A BABY TACO. The smallest taco you will ever eat in your entire life... I only realized this after ordering it from them on Uber eats and questioning why I paid almost $5 for something so small and my co-worker even said it didn't seem right. I reported them to Uber for ripping people off. I don't recommend coming to this Taco Bell, they are price gouging people. Go ahead, pull up the website for the Taco Bell on PSL blvd and then pull theirs up, they are way overpriced! Shame on you!

    Employees are great, there’s one gentleman who’s extra enthusiastic, and he’s the kindest person I’ve ever encountered at a fast food place!! Waited 40+ minutes after being helped by two different employees. 15 minute trip for food turned into an hour, and the order was placed ahead of time…

    I went there and ordered food, there was one car in front of me and one behind me, so it wasn’t busy. I ordered 4 items and waited over 10 minutes to get my food. Which I would’ve been fine with considering maybe it’ll be fresh since I’m waiting but no. It was disgusting. My Quesadilla was cold, my Gordon crunch was disgustingly stale and old, the outside shell was hard and old, and even the meat was two different colors. Absolutely horrible. Made no sense to make me wait for old food. I will be disputing the charge and hopefully you figure out how to do better and not give people old food. Definitely will be avoiding this location at all cost and telling others to avoid it as well. Only has one star because I had to put one to post the review.

    Quesadilla was not worth it, hardly any chicken. The cashier was very friendly and respectful. I was just amazed I spent almost $50 for just 3 people. The prices really went up. I don't think I will be going to Taco Bell anytime soon with these prices.

    Shawn was on the ball, said my order before I spoke into drivethru mic!! Wow! How did he know! Food was hot, fresh, and he was top notch on the ball! He deserves a raise.     They leave something out in every single order, and/or get something wrong within the order, to the extent that I drive a couple of miles away to go to a different location now where they take the time get it right and have not had any problems since.

    The worker was nice there all thought I got a blue Island freeze and it was filled with whatever sauce that they put it in and I know what I ordered and I get that they’re supposed to be sauce in there but I should not be tasting just sauce that is nasty I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog and then they got my cheesy fiesta potatoes wrong two times and I believe that is unacceptable. No icy just sauce Which is disgusting by its self . Place is clean mostly good staff but this is unacceptable because I have corrected them many times about it.

    When I approach taco bell no employees were there to take my order when she came up she completely wasn't listening to what i wanted I asked for the purple soda drink and got Baja blast she gave me a burrito with no beef I asked for no beans only if this happens I'm gonna yell at one of your workers this is unacceptable

    We ordered food 4 tacos and 1 power bowl and had it delivered. All my tacos including the tortillas were cold, and my husbands rice and chicken were hard and cold. This is not the 1st time we had problems with our orders being wrong.

    They were nice, friendly, and were considered. Listened to the substitutes I needed. I am a very picky eater. I said I only wanted meat, cheese, and sour cream on my Dorito logos tacos and they got it right.

    For the past month there has been positive changes! I am not sure if there is new management but the food is actually coming out hot and crispy. The quality of the food has improved drastically. Keep up the good work!

    I ordered on the taco bell mobile app. The cashier processed the order that included 3 orders of nacho fries costing $7.47. When I got to the drive thru window she told me she had no nacho fries and that I needed to just "pick something else" off the menu. I asked for a refund and was told to contact the mobile order app. After 10 minutes of talking to her, a kid who claimed to be a manager, and another girl manager on the phone, they could not resolve this issue. They basically STOLE $7.47 from me because they offered no refund or a gift card, they just told me to go complain online. This is 2022 and people who do not know how to use a mobile order app should not be working ANYWHERE. Sure, it's just taco bell but I feel like employees should have the power to credit you when they charge you for a food item that they don't even have. The kid manager, who was very impolite and sarcastic implied I was using the app wrong, so I gave him my phone. Then he said, wow it's not letting you get a refund. I'm like no, so I guess you just stole $7.47 from me and he said ok if that's what you think. In conclusion, there are TWO other taco bells within miles of here, so go there so you can enjoy your meal and get the food that you paid for.

    I used the app to order but I know that doesn’t always guarantee it’s right. We went through the drive thru, I gave my name, & they met us at the window with drinks. Our food was being cooked so we pulled around to the front for just a moment before the fresh food was brought out. It was hot, delicious, & exactly what we ordered. We sat in the parking lot to eat so we wouldn’t be eating + driving, so we got to enjoy the birds and traffic views.

    This experience was horrible. They seem to forgotten to put beef in my crunch wraps, my chulupas were soggy, not crispy. My soda was colored water, no carbonation or much flavor at all, the Cinnabon delight iced coffee was just a sweet iced coffee, nothing Cinnabon about it, nor was it very sweet at all, and it was mostly watered down as well. Our chips and cheese, the chips were stale and they only dribbled some cheese into the little plastic cup. This was so disappointed. $30 dollars of food, totally dissatisfied.
