I
ordered
on
the
taco
bell
mobile
app.
The
cashier
processed
the
order
that
included
3
orders
of
nacho
fries
costing
$7.47.
When
I
got
to
the
drive
thru
window
she
told
me
she
had
no
nacho
fries
and
that
I
needed
to
just
"pick
something
else"
off
the
menu.
I
asked
for
a
refund
and
was
told
to
contact
the
mobile
order
app.
After
10
minutes
of
talking
to
her,
a
kid
who
claimed
to
be
a
manager,
and
another
girl
manager
on
the
phone,
they
could
not
resolve
this
issue.
They
basically
STOLE
$7.47
from
me
because
they
offered
no
refund
or
a
gift
card,
they
just
told
me
to
go
complain
online.
This
is
2022
and
people
who
do
not
know
how
to
use
a
mobile
order
app
should
not
be
working
ANYWHERE.
Sure,
it's
just
taco
bell
but
I
feel
like
employees
should
have
the
power
to
credit
you
when
they
charge
you
for
a
food
item
that
they
don't
even
have.
The
kid
manager,
who
was
very
impolite
and
sarcastic
implied
I
was
using
the
app
wrong,
so
I
gave
him
my
phone.
Then
he
said,
wow
it's
not
letting
you
get
a
refund.
I'm
like
no,
so
I
guess
you
just
stole
$7.47
from
me
and
he
said
ok
if
that's
what
you
think.
In
conclusion,
there
are
TWO
other
taco
bells
within
miles
of
here,
so
go
there
so
you
can
enjoy
your
meal
and
get
the
food
that
you
paid
for.
