The store was disgusting! Dirty and unorganized. Staff was too busy talking about who had the worst hang over... I will never go into a VS store again.

Terrible costumer service. I was discriminate against in the store. Very bad experience. I don't recommend this store at all. I bought few things almost $100 and they didn't give me any coupons... Worse store I went until now...

I have used this location many years, but this was my last time I ever shopped there. As I walked in nobody said a word because they were so busy talking and laughing. I had to go to them and wait each time until they were finished with their story so that I can ask my question. There wasn’t any one on a floor actually working. I had plan on doing my Christmas and birthday shopping that night and must had $500.00 dollars worth of items and anyone that shops at VS/PINK know that it’s very easy to spend that much in a one trip. Specially when you have teenagers. I put it back and kept $64.00 worth, because at that point I just wanted to get out. My last straw was when I was checking out I asked small box and she never responded, but took something and put it in my bag. I asked if it came with the top and she looked at me and was annoyed that I would ask that. I got home and ready to wrap my gift and of course she never put the top in my bag!!

Super disappointing service l. Stood in line 20 mins waiting for 1 cashier to ring out a line of people on a Saturday afternoon while other sales people walked around DOING NOTHING. If you go here, plan for a long wait with NO help

Horrible staff, when I visited the store waited more than 20 minutes to be helped because the manager and two cashiers where discussing on the sales floor there activities from the previous night. When I called out to the manager that I had waited such a long time for unnecessary behavior I was verbally abused and ridiculed. Do not recommend this company to any consumer

Came in to do an exchange. Tried on 15 different items and not a single person ever offered to help or get other sizes for me. I have received gifts from VS but I’ve never purchased anything for myself. After my experience there on Saturday I won’t be spending ANY of my hard earned dollars with them.

This is the only VS for a min for when I live. I would recommend finding another one, these chicks are nice enough but they don't really do their job. I got measured ( I got bigger after covid) for a bra, and I told her I'm usually a D. She measured me and told me I was a C. I actually felt good for losing weight! I purchased 3 bras in the size that she told me only to come home and find out none of them fit. No one buys used underwear, wasted $150. Thanks girl ;) also, You shouldn't talk about how much you don't like your job in front of customers. Js

I was walking out of VS Pink upset bc i couldnt find this one body spray i love so much and the lady at the door asked me if i was able to find everything okay and i told her i couldnt find this one product so she got a lady for me and brought me right to a place i missed! I walked out with 5 of them i was so happy, not only is this store also kept so pretty and organized but the customer service their is IMPECCABLE! I love this place

As soon I get inside the girls greeting me and I was able to return very easy.

I returned 2 items in store months ago, the store had to send them in as they couldn’t be returned in store apparently. Upon purchasing I must have entered the wrong email address as I never got the receipt/ confirmation in my email. When I received them they didn’t fit so I needed to return/ exchange so I went into the store to see if they could help. They said they couldn’t be returned in store and they had to process a return and send them in from the store. I still have the reciepts they gave me that show they were returned here. I have not gotten my refund or anything. I contacted customer support numerous times and they keep telling me that I need to talk to the store and they can’t do anything about it I have called the store twice and they told me that they also can’t do anything about it. So who do I talk to to get my money back??? This store literally scammed me out of $80!!

Came to this store today ,I was waiting on the line for 25m until I had to leave , but guess what is the most crazy thing ? Only a lady in front of me and 3 employee at the register and like two more on the floor , this is crazy , 0 customer services ,they play with the customer’s time , TIME is a value thing people ,

My daughter was looking to be measured and acquire some pretty bras for her plus sized breasts. Bree was wonderfully patient, knowledgeable of her product, and understanding. She found a number of in store choices and helped her look on line and had the store order and ship her choices to her home free next day delivery.

Not much merchandise when on sale to enforce buying full price merchandise

Great selection for her, found everything I needed. Only 4 stars because customer service is lacking. For all the business they do here, they should invest in more people friendly staff. Overall great place.

Leilani was sooo helpful helped me shopped litterly all three rooms and found me exactly what I needed . I even hurt my finger and got me a bandaid right away. Sooo thankful to shop with her!
