Mary was very gentle with me, caring and understanding. She walked me through everything she was doing. Additionally, she explained to me what to do after leaving the spa in order to maintain the service she had provided. Her facilitating me at the last minute because of my birthday made me feel even more special.

Sharon was amazing! Professional yet very personable. The entire experience was great! Clean and relaxing. She did an amazing job taking care of my sensitive skin during the wax. At no point did I feel that it was painful and needed to stop. Super gentle and very thorough. And let’s not forget the affordable prices! I am really happy I found Gentle Touch. Mary on the first day asked me what I wish to accomplish with my facials and made a plan based on my needs. I have only had 3 facials my skin had improved so much I'm still shocked every time I look in the mirror. Mary is very knowledgeable with what she is doing and the prices are great too.

Sharon is one of the best waxers I have been too! She truly is, just like the name says, gentle and thorough. She is also personable and professional too!
