These guys are really awesome! take their job very seriously. ..Tech gladly took my massive non working stair master apart. He also made suggestions along the way of what parts to remove etc. that would allow me to easily remove it from my home.. so glad that there is a service like this.. i dont know what i would have done without them. Will hire again once i get my treadmill delivered

Great experience. Filled in the contact form, owner calls me within a few hours, explains everything. Technician came earlier than expected after calling to make sure that was ok, I was on a call and he just just got straight to it without any need for me to explain. Worked on my treadmill for 1.5hrs doing a tune up. Really happy with these guys, professional, courteous, did what they promised and charged what they said they would, no extras were even suggested. Would absolutely recommend.

Took a little time to get them to schedule my appointment because they are super-busy, but I can't fault them for having so many happy customers calling them. Once we got the appointment all set, the tech was actually early, which was awesome. The tech was extremely professional and kind. He happily answered a few follow questions I had. They charged me exactly what they quoted me without any upselling. I will be using them again when my next maintenance time comes around. Excellent work!

I was expecting my treadmill assembly to take a long time and to be noisy from power tools. However, this was not the case. Our tech was. Very quick and accurate. He communicated well. Appointments were always executed on time. I’m very satisfied with the service we received and would definitely do business with the company again.

After getting frustrated trying to adjust the new belt on my treadmill, I gave up and searched online for someone to do it. I sent in quote request and got response the next day. I replied to set up appointment but got a call that afternoon because of cancellation. Kyle was on time and did an excellent job getting it back up and running again. He not only adjusted the belt but cleaned the treadmill inside and out.
