I want to first start off by saying I have been using oleander St. Lucie battery and tire for years now and it’s because of how they treat you and the professionalism of what they do. Their whole team there is amazing starting with the young lady upfront that was always courteous and professional and knowledgeable . I had a question afterwards and Nick the manager there called me after hours to answer my question which I appreciated! The team there is amazing and Nick is a great leader by example. I have told everyone and will continue to tell everyone what a good business that particular St. Lucie battery and tire was especially thank you guys!!! The whole team is professional and diligent but when you have a manager like Nick that follows up with everything even after hours it makes for a super great business experience

Eric installed 8 batteries on my boat and did an excellent job in difficult circumstances. Prior to the install, he communicated well schedules and was on-time. The work was done professionally and with care. Highly recommend him for any boat installations as he was knowledgeable on the systems.

They took the car ON TIME. They finished the job ( oil change and tire rotation ) in a very reasonable time. I was very pleased with the service price and friendly atmosphere. They took care of my car in a timely manner. Good people there and I'll go back.. Now they took me in for a tire repair...a small job but they treated me like I was buying 4 tires. So courteous and hard-working people along with their manager. It's great to find such service these days..!

Recently had a slow tire leak repaired. In and out in 35 minutes. Outstanding service. This is now my choice for all my automotive needs. I've had new tires, and a battery this year, and now they get my business for oil changes too. 5 Stars!!

Got in a same day for brakes I couldn’t wait even 1-2 days more to change, they fixed them and changed 2 tires before end of the day. We own and operate a plumbing company and this van cannot be out long, they made it happen. Super pleased with their work and availability

I love the Oleander location. As long as my car repair is not under warranty, I will go to them. They are always so nice and informative. They never have tried to over sell me which I absolutely hate when places do that. They are honest and their prices are always fair. Highly recommend!

The St. Lucie Battery and Tire on Oleader in Ft Pierce is “THE BEST”. Have brought both my vehicles in for service for different issues. The manager, Arnold, is always accommodating and works with you to give you the best options financially, while making sure you understand the best choice for your decision. The mechanics are very thorough and knowledgeable. All staff including the receptionist, are pleasant, cheerful, and accommodating. I had a problem with my locking lug nut so they were unable to check my tire. I was able to get the problem fixed and returned to St Lucie Tire and Battery. They were able to fix my tire. Thank you for your excellent service.

Fast and PRO. Porsche Macan front tires replaced and BALANCED PERFECTLY. Checked at highway and? Perfect 👍 also at the same time 4 tires on flatbed trailers replaced. Time for everything ? Around 1hour!!!! FAST! Thank You very much. Great job.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They took me in at the appointed time, performed all the service and check and had me out in less than 45 minutes. I had a 10:00 appointment. I was there at 9:45 and they took me in early and I was out of there by 10:15 to put on two new tires. I thought they were great. I'm going back when I need a oil change

The guys over at St Lucie Battery and Tire in Ft Pierce were very professional and courteous. The work they did installing a Nismo exhaust onto my 370z was very well done with no issues. I would recommend them to anyone needing automotive work done on their vehicles.

Professional and personalized service by the entire staff. The problem with my vehicle was explained to me in detail, then the possible solutions to solving my problem were thoroughly discussed. Went for oil change and tire rotation which was part of package. Tires were NOT rotated and fron tire leaks. Tires were filled to 40#.

I took my car in for two reasons. One was the brake sensor light was on. This they fixed. The other was to have my battery and alternator checked. The next day I had a dead battery again. I took my car to the auto parts store. In just a few minutes they analysed the battery, alternator and starter. I replaced the battery and the problem was solved.

Excellent customer service!! I had a good experience overall, but a couple of days after having my tires serviced, I lost one of the hubcaps because it wasn't put back on properly. The owner said he would replace my hubcap! FIVE STARS!

Best customer service ever. I had an appointment so I thought at pep boys and when I got there they were so rude and were going to make me wait 2hours for the oil change saying appointments don’t matter. I called SLBT at US1 and Orange to see if they could take me they could but not till later. The rep on the phone was so nice he called there sister store on Oleander and got me right in. The girl in the office was sweet, professional and knowledgeable. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Great place Great Company. I highly doubt them.

St. Lucie Battery has the best service of ANY place in which I have ever done business! My mother had passed away, and I was in Michigan unable to come down due to health concerns. They handled everything long-distance! They picked up the vehicle, worked on it, sent estimates and walked me through the entire process. They then delivered the car back. Excellent service and work. A++++ Highly recommend!!

Twice I've had my oil changed here specifically requesting my wiper blades be replaced, the second time there were pieces hanging off. Was told no worries we do a 27 point inspection. 🤣 Obviously they didn't check them or they would've known they needed replacing. What else aren't they checking? I won't be back.

The service writer was very nice and able to get the tire I was looking for and scheduled me in quickly. But once I picked up the vehicle I noticed the techs had scuffed the rim up on the outer edge (almost looked like curb rash) and they left greasy foot prints on the driver side floor mat.

Had appointment at 8am to get breaks looked at. Was there for almost 3 hours...just needed front breaks. The parts shop brought wrong rotors, there was a mix up, so had to wait again...Although, it took a very long time, the girl's working help me pass the time while chatting when not busy..the service is aways great. My breaks are so much better and I will be back soon for oil change 😊
