I had a 2 o’clock appointment, (even though the card they gave me said 3pm) it was pouring rain on the highway with an accident and I was 20 minutes late. They didn’t pick up the phone when I called. The woman at the desk claimed I was 30 minutes late and yelled it so everyone could hear and that I wait around until the next appointment at 4. I’m not from in town. She suggested my mom and I go to lunch. Not when gas is $4 honey. And not while I’m so sick (hence the doctor appointment?) This was my second appointment and I won’t be going back.

Great caring people in the Jupiter office. My NP Viviene was a great listener and explained everything very well. Communicated a care plan to move forward. Very efficient office and on time appointment.

Anna heard my story and went out of her way to assist me. I've never had office staff treat me so kindly.

It is painfully obvious that this is a numbers game for you. Your team is nice and very efficient; much like a machine. Maybe a little too much like a machine. To spend 45 minutes there, speak with no fewer than 6 staff, and never meet the doctor who is going to be performing the procedure (and crawling up my most personal areas), is an indictment of your “caring.”

I was impressed with every aspect from calling for my appointment through the conclusion of my visit with Dr Soyka. Everyone I encountered along the way was friendly and courteous. I couldn't be happier with choosing your practice.

Outstanding office staff. I saw a very competent, friendly, great communicator, PA who made me feel very comfortable and important. I’d definitely see Kelly PA again! She knows her stuff!

Made an appointment got there on time, it took 20 minutes to take my ID and insurance card and for me to full out the 7 or 8 page questionnaire. By then it was to late for them to see me, and they offered to reschedule. Oviously they value their time alot more than they value my time. I was willing to wait but they claimed.she was too busy. I walked out.

1st time there. Kelly was outstanding! You could tell she was very knowledgeable. She is very caring and listens and gives good advise.

If I could give a zero I would. My first visit was ok, but I was promised to receive a follow up from tests they ordered and I am still waiting for the call back 3 months later. Luckily, I received the results in my portal. It is very difficult to talk to a human person. I have left emails with no response. I had a colon cancer screening scheduled and had to cancel because insurance authorization was not approved in time. The office staff did not return phone calls and when I questioned them about it, they hung up on me. They are uncaring, unprofessional and can cause you grief just trying to get medical assistance. I would not recommend using Gastro Health!

That Kelly girl was very helpful since I'm not that tect experience

The PA went above and beyond to educate about the foods I can eat and what to stay away from right now. She really cared and took time to answer questions.All the staff was exceptional

Dr. Soyka's PA, Madai Gomaz was amazing!! She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and took all the time with me that I needed to go over things and answer questions that I had. I was very impressed and am so looking forward to meeting Dr. Soyka as well and having a procedure done with her in August. I'm very happy to have found this gastro group and become a patient.

Andres fully listens to + addresses my concerns, plus the front desk clerks are always very gracious.

Vivienne as a PA is fabulous- professional, caring, patient and knowledgeable.

Debbie is excellent, she returns calls, listens to my concerns & works hard to get my meds from the pharmacy. Don’t know what I would do with out her.

Receptionist was unfriendly. Business is understaffed and incapable of handling their workload in a timely manner.

I have learned that you should make your appointment with the doctor, not the Nurse Practioner as the co-pay is the same and the information I received from the NP was different from that of the doctor.

Scheduling procedures quickly as well as having a very compassionate staff & Drs.

Dr Soyka communicates well, there's little to no wait and she recommended diet changes before prescribing medications. I like her, you will too!

All points of contact were quite exceptional. A pleasant surprise compared to most health providers these days, from reception thru my appointment, and to discharge. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Met with Andres Tano who was great explaining the details and process and then Shae, who was very patient. Excellent first impressions.

The entire practice is outstanding. Every step from the time you walk through the door operates smoothly. Every single person is friendly and very helpful. I have never had a bad experience or left there not feeling better.
