Hello my name is Tom & my wife is Wendy we are the new owners of Waters Edge Motor Coach & Rv Resort as of 12/30/21. We would like to WELCOME YOU ALL to our resort. We will be making improvements as needed. The WWTP & drain-field just received a 100 thousand dollar upgrade and now has no issues at all. We had no control over the previous management actions. If you have stayed here before and did not have a great time we are very sorry. We would like to have a chance to make that up to you. If you would let us. We would like you to come visit our little piece of paradise and make memories you will never forget. Our priorities are simple theirs yours. Happy Camping

This is a horrible place to stay. The office manager is rude and very unprofessional. I was asked to leave after asking for an itemized bill for the third month in a row. She didn’t seem to want to do her job apparently. Since these were legitimate concerns or it wouldn’t have to have been the third month asking. Lots of weeds and no laundry facilities due to drain field issues. The bocce ball court is underwater as is the shuffleboard and in disrepair. Definitely not worth the money

We booked 8 nights in Feb. 2022 over the summer. We had to pay in full. If we would have booked a week or month we would have only had to put down a deposit. My husband was recently diagnosed with cancer. He is having surgery on December 1, followed by radiation therapy 5 times a week in January and February. Obviously we will not be able to go on our trip. We asked for a credit to use at a later date but they refused. The policy is no refunds and we weren't asking for one. Because we booked for 8 days we are losing over $600 and not just a deposit. I'm sure the site will be rebooked. It's prime season. So they will be getting paid twice for that site. At least the other campground we booked for a few weeks in January had no problem letting us reschedule for January 2023. They also don't provide refunds but will allow you to reschedule in situations like ours. So, think twice if you are paying a daily rate and have to pay in full. The management company is heartless.

We stayed 4 nights here and fell in love with the owners and the park. Super clean, colorful clubhouse, cornhole games and “happy hour” each evening. We were there Superbowl weekend and they had a potluck for the game and opened the clubhouse for all to attend. We will definitely be back. Thanks Tom, Wendy & Logan.

Stayed at Waters Edge for a little over a week, Feb 2022. New owners as of 12/31/21, Wendy & Tom were very friendly and accommodating. We were able to extend our stay to remain in the area for some RV maintenance. Clean, nicely landscaped, good size lots, Wi-Fi was good, laundry room clean, nice pool. In addition to the owners, Logan was not only maintenance mgr, I would say he was a resort ambassador, always available and very helpful. Highly recommend Waters Edge Thanks Wendy & Tom! Pam & Paul

What a wonderful campground. Everybody is so friendly. Wendy and Tom will do everything in their power to make your stay fantastic. Donald is the caretaker here and he takes great and amazing care of the place. They all go out of their way to help you with anything you might need, and to make your stay as pleasant as possible. This year they put on a Chrirtmas party in the clubhouse and provided food, prizes and also organized a fun gift exchange There are many pleasant surprises when you arrive. Thank you all for making our stay one to remember. We will definitely be back .

We were so lucky to find Waters Edge Resort. Have met some of nicest people. The resort is maintained nicely and the owners were just great to work with. We couldn't have asked for a better experience during our stay.

Stayed here 1/15 to 2/15 just after Tom and Wendy took over the park. They've made great improvements to an already beautiful RV park. It's clean and well maintained with some road noise, like all the RV parks along this busy highway. I don't consider that a detraction as it's right on the rim canal of the lake.

Beautiful place, with a beautiful staff!! Couldn't ask for nicer people. We will be returning!

Wendy and Tom go the extra mile to make sure their guests are comfortable and enjoying their time here. They put together fun events and are very communicative and respond quickly any time we have questions. Without a doubt the nicest place on the canal in Okeechobee, the resort is clean and well-maintained, the people are incredibly friendly too.

What a beautiful park with the friendliest people you could imagine. We only stayed 2 nights but were welcomed into the small community with open arms. Sure hope we can come back for longer next year!

Such a fun place!

This RV campground is an excellent example of quality vs. quantity. Seriously, where to start. Staff has been nice & helpful the entire time. It's a small campground, but very well maintained and super clean. Even the landscaping is amazing. It has been great for us as a family and our friends who are retired that came with their RV's. Long story short.....yeah we HIGHLY recommend for all. From families to retirees.

Beautiful Beautiful place to stay. It's very clean and very well maintained. We had the best stay here thanks to Mrs Wendy. She goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Everyone is so nice. We love love it here. It's our top favorite.

Small but georgeous RV park. The sites are unbelievably clean and fully paved. The staff is friendly. They are set up for 5th wheels and large class A rigs that have full baths because there are no showers. It's right on the waterway and very scenic.

One of the best kept resorts we have ever stayed! Grounds are beautiful, clubhouse full of activities, nice campers, and the absolute best hosts we have ever come across!!
