Do yourself a favour & stop in but check if open first. Shop for fresh bread, cakes, slices, old school cream buns, sausage rolls the size of a babies arm, amazing pies, etc. You line up on the weekends but it's fast paced with friendly service. Great to visit

Trust the tradies, they know the spots. A lot of good things come out of Babinda, these pies are no different, at least the tradies would say so. These are really good pies and worth the stop along the way. Cakes and coffees are available too.

Try the beef hot chilli pie and a vanilla slice. Yum. And yes, the hot chilli pie is hot, but not too hot. Great friendly service.

We visited based on the excellent reviews but left feeling rather underwhelmed. The pastry on the pies was top notch but the filling was nothing special. The cream buns were filled with mock cream... not real cream... yuck! The vanilla slice was nice enough. We really wanted to love this place but couldn't based on our purchases :(

Good coffee and chocolate chip muffins. Sausage roll was burnt on the bottom but top half was good.

Babinda Bakery is the best bakery ever! The range of products here is absolutely amazing. They make everything that you would expect from a bakery and so much more. Breads, pies, sausage rolls, cakes, slices, coffees, pizzas... everything! Their service is friendly, welcoming, bright, and always happy. It's definitely worth a visit. Once you do, you'll be hooked and become a regular! Annette and her team are a breath of fresh air in the beautiful small town of Babinda.

Finally got there. Had a cup of tea sitting out the front , ordered the beef vegetable pastie really tasty. Also took 2 of their famous (fresh cream) buns with jam home - didn’t disappoint. Will come again.
