Customer service is everything to a business. This restaurant does not have good customer service. My family and I ordered chicken nuggets and an Oreo shake through drive-thru. The cashier was quite rude (no courtesy like hello, thank you). She refused to give me her name and seemed unhappy to receive our business. It all started with the speaker system (difficult to hear and order, and a bit of a wait). Then we asked for another bbq sauce, which we did not mind paying the 22cents for. I asked her name because I did not see a name tag, and I planned to write a review as I always do. She told me she does not have to give me her name or the Manager's name. To prevent holding up the line, I just went inside and spoke to the manager directly about the cashier's unprofessionalism. Bottom line, the food was good as most Jack n The Boxes are, but the service was abysmal. P.S. The receipt reads: Sonia.

My experience last night was terrible. The first person I dealt out was the Team Lead Fatima. She was abrupt , rude , disrespectful and forgot to come back and take my order in the drive through. The second person that was working there was AMAZING. I wish I could remember her name. She went above and beyond to make the experience better. I have never had such a bad experience as this one with a fast food drive thru. I will think twice about returning if Fatima is working

showed up at 10:20 in the drive thru and with a car at the window the lady with a very rude voice said oh we are closed and i told her how if you close at 12:00a.m. she them responded oh we close at 11:00 and my wife said you still have plenty of time and she also replied very rudely oh well we have to clean…Now i have worked fast food for many years even as an assistant general manager and i know that anytime a customer gets in line at the drive thru even with 10 mins you still have to help that customer this the third this has happen you guy’s really should close this store down just all around horrible i them tried to call to speak to a mamager and the phone was off the hook just horrible

I went to jack on 10/23 asked for my spicy sandwich only cheese i get home it was not as i ordered i called and the person said sorry come back and will remake it i ordered almost 40 doll.. went in the next day the guy at drive thru said sorry we cant make it i said i called yesterday they said they would he said sorry but no.. i would not lie for $6 doll when i spend $40 they were very rude about it i left and went to cains were they care about there customes .... never going to that location again....

I never thought I would end up staring at an insect on my rice, from my teriyaki bowl yes number 16!!! The legs and antenna are still visible!!! Made me wanna throw up I'm like really of this day and age???!!! Honestly this is unacceptable by all standards!!! Im honestly very annoyed cause I love this item from the menu!! Never again from this site!! Beware!!!

I ordered 3 jr bacons and a large drink I tried to change my order to a #11 and they said we already made it we can’t change it now I will be suing you guys now for refusing my request thanks a lot

I decided went to Jack in Box for dinner. There was a young kid was telling me that the restaurant is closed and the drive thru . This can doesn't look like he works just a customer. And he keeps bothering me. All the employee told the boy to sit and eat! I ordered two sourdough jack and 1 egg roll. I ran out to the car and lock my door right away trying to ditch from kids. It's very scary.

Axel is AMAZING very friendly ! I went through the drive thru & had to go inside because my order was messed up. Didn’t even have to mention my issue because he was immediately so accommodating.

One of, if not the best Jack in the Box in the desert. I "dined in" and the food was prepared super fast and tasted good.

The facility doesn't look like it's been upgraded or remodeled since it was originally built. Clean but tired. Food was ok..nothing remarkable...the staff was friendly and seemed to be hard working. I will not be going back.

Beyond bad service. Food sat on the counter for a half hour, and no one called our number, and when I went to find out what was going on, they said that they forgot by that time the food wasn't all that good. The bathrooms were very dirty and unsanitary. When placing the order, the guy taking orders just stood there and said nothing when I walked up to the counter. As we sat and ate, 4 other people had messed up orders, things like cold food wrong items, etc.

My wife and I moved to Iowa in 2022, and one of the one of the things we miss most is Jack In the Box!!! I was visiting my mom in the area for 12 days and visited this store at least 6 times. This store has been our go-to Jack In the Box for years. Always have great service.

They made the iced coffees too sweet, we were in the drive thru. I didn't want to take too much time since they were busy, so I said don't remake them just charge me for a black coffee. The manager was so nice that he gave it to me complimentary. I really appreciated that. Great service. 👍🏼

The food was ok... Not from the area, so it was my first time at a Jack in the Box. Food is pretty mediocre - nothing exceptional. My wife's spicy chicken was actually a bit spicy... nothing too bad, but it had a welcome bite. The soda machine was broken, so that was a hassle. Most of all, the store seemed grimy. I used the restroom, and my feet kept sliding as I tried to complete my business and wash my hands. I felt dirty leaving this store. I'm assuming with the high traffic from the airport, this store is hard to keep clean, but I'd probably try elsewhere next time I'm in town. Maybe In-and-Out.

Lobby has been closed 4 out 5 days this week. At times locking the doors after allowing a few in. Drive thru line exceptionally slow with wrong orders. Left and went elsewhere.

I went through the drive thru at 1am when their hours online specifically say they are open until 2am and was waiting for 15 minutes for someone to respond and received no acknowledgement. The employees that were physically seen there (a total of 3) were just talking and sitting around. The hours posted on the drive thru window specified 6am-6am but that was not the case. New hours need to be updated or employees should do their job.

Dining still closed. They messed my order in drive thru twice. Had to through line 3 times and they had nerve to be upset for messing up. I can't. My food was not bad. Service was eh... To keep it kind. Really didn't appreciate the attitude.
