I'm giving this 1 star. Every time my husband goes on a ice cream run, from Coachella to La Quinta they always do this. I can go down the street to get Thrifty ice cream, pay less for it to be full. But growing up its like traditional, Baskin Robbins. Also when my husband asks for hot fudge they always give him a hard time, and we don't mind paying for it. But, it's getting annoying I'm just throwing money and not getting it filled. Don't get the Hand Pack ice cream, they always do this!!!!

The ice cream is good, but I ended up spending more money then I wanted to because they weren’t able to scan my digital coupon. You would think when things break they would replace it… especially for the register… ESPECIALLY if it benefits their business

If you ever need a custom ice cream cake this is the place to come, (take a pic with you to show exactly what you want ) I always get all cakes here, the ladies are so nice and patient best customer service! And they are not that expensive and so delicious! The ice cream it’s really good too. It’s always a little bit crowded so go in with time. 10/10

Excellent service, from Megan and Ange, at Baskin Robbins. Very clean location. Creative ice cream cakes -ready to go. Stocked up to go ice cream and great selections of it, too. Nice treat for you, a friend, and/ your family!

New Flavor!!- Spicy 'n Spooky It’s flavors of white chocolate ghost pepper with dark chocolate ice cream and spicy blood orange flakes is a treat to try before you die!!! On a scale of 1-10 hot-ness: I give it a 3 and my wife gives it a 7. Try it as a double scoops with mint chip and it will “cool” the spice!! Yum!!!!

This is my favorite spot for ice cream when I'm in the LQ area. Staff is always kind and ice cream is always delicious.

You are out of luck either way. There are only 2 stores in the valley, soon to be less. And this store does not take T-Mobile coupon. So creamers beware....
