Don’t get you TB test there! Had to wait 20 min while employees were on the cell phones for a 60 second procedure. The MA asked me questions that were already on my form... and then proceeded to stab me and inject me for 3 times the time the needle was in my arm from the other 10 TB tests I’ve had in my lifetime. I’m bleeding and in pain.... never have I been in pain after 20 years of mandatory TB teacher testing... She didn’t care and didn’t offer a gauze or anything... if you are with CVUSD are anyone, do yourself a medical favor and go elsewhere for you TB tests or anything

The only great person there is Maggie, she’s a 10/10. Much love and respect to her. BUT THE WHOLE SCHEDULING DEPARTMENT TEAM 0/10 THEY ARE THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE I’VE CAME ACROSS WITH FOR COUNTLESS REASONS. They’ll have you on hold for over a hour, hang up, and laugh about it. THE TEAM NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE THIS AND TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION…

Dr Colangelo (Janelle) spends so much time chatting away a storm with a non-patient instead of focusing and treating patients!!! Office is empty and I now know why! I arrived at 845am and had to walkout at 1020am!!! Almost 2 hour wait with an empty waiting room! I do not recommend this doctor!!!

I've been coming here for practically ever and I love it. The Drs Cattlet and Janelle always take there time to listen to the pts. The girls in the front are fantastic. Alot of people complain about the wait but hello people it's a dr office and some people need more time than others.

This place is always so unorganized. I have never had a normal time for an appointment for my daughter. They either have you waiting in the waiting area or in the exam room for hours. Her last checkup I was there for a total of almost 3 hours. Most of the staff is super friendly and I know it's not most of their fault. The older man doctor is so slow and has no regards for his patients and anytime I ask what is going on no one has an answer. They make you waste your time with appointments like people have no lives or other things they need to do.

Mrs Nurse White is the nicest person. Dr Catlett goes over everything! Nadia is also very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this medical facility to anyone. Than you for reading my review.

Longest wait times on hold then any other place in the valley I finally got too caller #1 and was put on hold again and left there for 51 mins feeling forgotten about I left the call on hold and called from my wife's and got to the same person (Carmen) with the worst attitude after letting them know they forgot about me and left me on hold for so long CHANGING DOCTORS IMMEDIATELY

My mother went into this clinic to follow up with her blood pressure. She said the clinic was very clean, the staff was very professional and the doctor was very kind, attentive, and thorough. Very happy with the care she received here .

The doctor doesn't were gloves when examining patients.
