    The hotel was in a good location, but our beds were not as clean as we would have liked (hairs & stains). The continental breakfast & coffee was good.

    Stayed here for a work trip. The breakfast bar was fantastic, and there was lots of selection. Had a great gym, but the outside pool was full of green algae, so I didn't think it was a good idea to go swimming. Front desk service was good except for when I called the front desk regarding a loud guest that was next door to me. Was told the noise rule didn't go into effect till 9 pm, and there was nothing they could do? My boss also had someone playing video games all through the 4 nights we stayed there, and again, nothing was done about it. I'm not impressed. We checked in first and was told we could move our room. Why should we when we are in bed and have to listen to these noisy rooms. There were also kids running in the hallways above us. I feel a call to the other room or a visit to remind these other guests to keep it down as to respect others was not too much to ask. My room was not cleaned properly either on 3 days..used coffee cups and station not restocked and also my room key was taken out so my lights didn't work and I had to go and request new room keys. Not very professional. Thr pillows were a standard size for a king bed and were too soft. I asked if they had some firmer pillows and was told no. We are in Perris for another 3 wks and we decided to stay at another Fairfield location that my boss had stayed at on another trip..the pool was always kept clean, and he had no issues with noise. Again, the girl working on the evening shift was beyond rude. Won't be staying at this location again.

    I stayed here almost a week ago and the 50 dollar deposit is still pending. This happened at my last Marriott. Get it together! This is ridiculous.

    These guys are awesome very helpful. Working on the Fairview fire they checked me in at 3 am after some clowns down the road went to sleep after I had made a reservation. The rooms are nice and prices are reasonable. Bed is comfortable as well

    My sons are currently studying at UCR and this hotel is perfect for our accommodations. The hotel is very close to major stores and even Costco , Target, Walmart, etc. The staff are friendly and the room are clean and large enough for a family of four. Btw, when parking at the hotel parking lot, there are area that can shade your car when the weather is extremely hot during the summers. The only issue is the breakfast eggs and sausage and bacon can be more creative.

    Very clean. The bathrooms are spacious with showers that are surprisingly large. The rooms are just slightly smaller than average but in my opinion are more geared towards the business traveler or anyone only needing the room to sleep in. Vacationers might find them too small. The front desk employees are very friendly and helpful. Overall, for what I needed, the Fairfield was perfect, if a little pricey.

    I often visit Riverside for long stay and this hotel is my No. 1 choice! The hotel is very new and the rooms are clean. The staffs are definitely 5 star!

    DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. F B AT FRONT DESK BANGS ON MY DOOR AT 2AM TELLING ME MY TV IS LOAD. ARE YOU SERIOUS? I NORMALLY STAY AT HOLIDAY INN BUT THEY WERE BOOKED UP HAD TO STAY AT THIS GARBAGE HOTEL. WASTED 210.00 FOR NOTHING. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. PLEASE LOOK FOR ANOTHER HOTEL I RATHER SLEEP IN MY TRUCK NEXT TIME BEFORE STAYING HERE.

    Came into town for my graduation in Anaheim. The hotel staff and location were perfect. It was one of the best Fairfield Inns I stayed in, and I have seen a lot. Thank you, and I'll let everyone know this is the place to stay.

    IF I COULD PUT A ZERO I WOULD , service is horrible and treat us bad because we stay here often, people have problems at home and can’t be home , Everytime i come it’s always something with them. never staying here again

    It’s a nice and clean Hotel, I was already the second time there and I can really recommend it if you are in this area. The people on the frontdesk are friendly and you feel welcome immediately.

    I love that this hotel is set back off the highway but easily accessible. The rooms are meticulously clean. Pool was perfect temp. The breakfast had everything you could want. Fruit, juices, waffle maker, eggs, croissants, oatmeal, fresh nuts, and the best quiche ever. Staff kind, unhurried, patient.

    Shout-out to the front desk agent named Celeste. She was incredibly kind and friendly in helping me check-in. I've stayed in many hotels over the years, but my encounter with her left a very positive impression. My room was also clean and spacious. I will definitely recommend this specific location to family and friends.

    For the prices, great value. Best breakfast i have ever had at a Fairfield. I was upgraded without asking because of my marriott status.

    Service was so good I have to give it 5 stars. Shower had good pressure & adjusting. Internet port was usable. I unplugged from TV router to my laptop & it worked great. Gym, pool, spa, great breakfast imo with juices. Winco right across street for convenience. Again. Great service.

    Made a reservation and PREPAID ahead of time in April for a 2 night stay on July 31st and August 1st (Friday and Saturday). An unexpected funeral came up so we wouldn't be staying the first night. I called a week in advance and asked them not to cancel our reservation and that we would be checking in on Saturday. The girl was nice and told me that was fine and she would put it in the notes. She explained I wouldn't get a refund for Friday night. I understood but I still wanted to keep my Saturday night reservation. The morning of Saturday came and on our way there I tried calling to confirm everything was good. I called almost 10 times and it got cancelled every single time. That's when the gut feeling came that it would be bad. We show up, they told us that WE cancelled our reservation. Not true. The girl with attitude booked us another room and said it would be credited from our previous reservation. My boyfriend reconfirmed that we wouldn't be charged. Ok cool, no problem. On Tuesday, I see a transaction of $202 (a one night stay) go through my credit card. I called them about the charges and they kept trying to tell me it was a pending transaction that I would get back on my card and was told if anything I had to dispute the charges with my bank (it was a serious answer from her lol - dispute the wrongful charges THEY made). I understand how pending transactions work but I kept trying to explain that this is a regular charge that went through. The general manager Purvesh didn't believe me, kept insisting it was going to come back and told me to wait another week. He said he would manually issue me a refund if it didn't show up. No apologies made but I agreed to wait (because I had to). Mind you, I NEVER cancelled my reservation to begin with. I shouldn't even be in this situation but what can I do... One week passes. No refund. Called Fairfield Inn around 11am in the morning. I was told the GM Purvesh has meetings all day and would receive a call back before 5:30. No call back. Called again later. No call back. Jokes on me after all... ended up having to go so far as to call my bank to dispute the WRONGFUL charges they made. Stuff happens but being treated like I did something wrong for the mistakes you guys made is seriously so messed up. I get the message.. you don't care. It's hard to be understanding when the general manager just sucks as a human being. It’s clear you’ve been over customer service for a while. Find something else to do then but don’t treat people like this. I just really hope nobody else has to deal with this and you guys do better for others.

    Upon arrival on Sunday, the front desk clerk(Alyssa) wasn’t very warm and friendly or too helpful when checking in. When asked for additional towels for our stay, she blatantly stated, “well I’m here by myself and you will need to come get them”! I would have appreciated a bit more kindness and customer service. On the other hand, the hotel manager was very professional and helpful.

    Amazing hotel to stay! They have an awesome swimming pool, clean water, great food, and a cold beer. Very friendly staff and they have a good spa. I will visit and stay longer because I like the view in front of the room, which directly leads to the swimming pool. The rooms are a great size, and some of the views are breathtaking. You won't be disappointed!

    Alyssa (the front deskanager is awesome)! Clean quiet hotel with ample amenities & aclean modern design. Currently they are serving grab-n-go breakfast;however, it's decent and filling. All the ice machines work and the rooms are always clean x
