I went to this store because I work Monday through Friday 8 to 5. During the week it is too late to catch the Post Office. I went in, I was not greeted and there was a small line. Everyone was showing compassion because Brian was the only one working. However, he was not nice at all. I wanted to get my package to my mother asap. He just wrung me up and said that it was $199. I told him that was too much and what was the cheapest way. He then said, “Well you said that you wanted to get it there the fastest way.” I told him yes but not at that price. He left me there and went to handle another customer. He came back, didn’t discuss the price just told me it would be there by Friday, he rung me up didn’t say thank you have a nice day or nothing, very nasty. No good customer service. For the price that I paid I should’ve been handled better. I will never go back to that ups store again. Brian should be made to take a course in customer service.

Terrible Customer service! Most of the 5 employees are rude and have a terrible attitude. When trying to report the 2 particular people, UPS national phone number told us to call the store to get the name and number for the franchise owner.We called and the manager refused to identify herself and said she did not have a name or number for the franchise owner. We asked her, "Who do you call if there is an emergency ?" Her answer was I call 911. This is RUDE! THEY WERE EVEN MORE RUDE THAN THIS SARCASTIC ANSWER!!!I do not recommend that you visit Store #5327 ever!!!

Simply put, the rudest ups store around. Gentleman in line was trying to send tobacco from the store. They didn’t have the license to do so. Rather than explain it in a kind manner, the girl simply kept saying we don’t have a license rudely without giving him a solution. If it wasn’t the only one near me, I would not go here. They may as well give their customers the finger each time you do business there.

Absolutely the worst UPS store franchise in the area. Refused to take my next day air package. Staff is untrained and rude, especially the guy who pretends he's in charge. UPS store in Ruskin was much better and had zero issues. Corporate should take the Apollo Beach store to task and the franchise owner should be disappointed in the lack of service their employees are providing. I'd avoid this place at all costs. You will be better served elsewhere.

Best service ever! Guys who works there is sweet, friendly and nice! I drop my packages everyday and I never had a bed experience (unlike other places). And so nice, u can drop their USPS too! It’s so comfy and saves bunch of time for me! Always when I need to send something, I go only here!

Every negative review I have seen on here is pretty accurate in relation to our experience in dealing with a package issue that was sent from their store. The manager Brian is not helpful, comes up with inaccurate reasons and is very rude. I will not do any more business with this store. I have shipped a lot of packages with many different UPS stores and this one is the worst I have ever dealt with. If there are any issues, good luck in getting them to help and/or even refund your money for services that were never completed. We did try to get a number for the owner or someone above Brian and he said there was no one. So, I do not know if Brian is the owner, but either way, go to other UPS Stores, FedEx or USPS to do business. If you choose to do business with them, all I can say is good luck.

This place is consistently unhelpful, but today takes the cake. I had a package sent to me and UPS, for some reason overlaid the original address label and sent it to my old address. The first lady that I showed it to just looked at me and stared off into space without saying anything. I finally figured out she was waiting on the manager to finish with another customer. The manager came over and told me that this was the UPS "store" and they couldn't help me. She told me that I needed to contact "UPS" to straighten in out. I asked her who I needed to contact, and what the number might be and she told me it wasn't her problem because, once again, this was the UPS "store". I still don't know that that means but it was obvious that she had no intention whatsoever of making the least bit of effort to help me sort this out.

Used to love this location, tried to ship some packages but with the nasty service I received from Jasmine I will never come back here again. They hiring young people with no manners treating people with very minimal respect but then if you say something is your fault. No worth my time and my freedom.

Dropped off 5 pre package boxes with a pre paid shipping label. They told me I needed one box. I said that is fine. They charged me over $31 for a 24 by 24by 24 box and also charged me for unnecessary packaging everything was already in boxes and package.. A few other times I used them it was not a good experience. Worth the drive to go somewhere else

I love this location! I can't say enough about how well everything is running even when this store is busy. The staff are always busy and even when they have a long line it moves quickly. I don't ever have problems shipping from this location. The customer service is top tier and I can only commend whoever trained the employees at this store as it far surpasses any other UPS experience I've had. Never had any issues with the few Amazon returns I've done either. Keep up the good work!

Very pleased with the service and the resourcefulness of the staff. I walked in to print a brochure and even though they were swamped with customers they helped me quickly. When the staff member, who was helping me became stumped on why the second side was printing upside down, she reached out to to one of her colleagues over FaceTime. Her remote colleague was able to quickly walk her through the steps to print and created my brochures. She even helped me fold them and then refused to charge me. That print run was only a test though we will be printing many brochures with this store in the future!

I encountered a young employee named Emily today who was beyond rude but also totally incompetent. I had to go to the regular post office to get my stuff sent. This is my first time complaining on a public site , but I felt like I had to 😔

Misleading hours. Stopped by today at 6:30 and the doors were locked, employees confirmed it was closed but google shows 7pm. Time to update the google my business profile with the correct times.

Staff has always been friendly and helpful anytime I have been at this store. They have assisted in printing items needed last minute saving me time. I will continue using them for years to come!

Especially the lady saying she wasn’t responsible enough to send her package before the last second and expected to spend less lol AND during a rush with other people waiting no less which is extremely inconsiderate and disrespectful to everyone Involved. Been coming here for over 10 years. Never had a problem.

Dishonest workers. I just shipped a package and an item was missing from the package when it arrived today. airpods. The UPS store sealed and put the label on it for me, so there.... A year ago when they would put your amazon returns in a combined box, my shoes were not returned to amazon - stolen..... So I had to eat that credit.

Extremely rude staff and unprofessional. Especially the women with the shaved/purple Mohawk. Completely disgusting how they talk to customers. Take 5 minutes to explain and answer questions especially when you act like you know everything rather than talking down the PAYING customers.

I had the pleasure of meeting a great ups employee Amber who couldn’t of helped me any better! I was having issues shipping my sons packages to California because he’s in the military. FedEx was being outrageous. Went to the UPS store had the pleasure of meeting Amber. Walked me thru the process and I couldn’t argue on the prices. Everything worked out perfectly and my son received his package in no time! Thank you again Amber for all you do for the neighborhood UPS store. We need more ppl out there like you!

We have always had a good experience at this store! Recently, they went above and beyond for us when we had an important package going out!

Amazon delivered my package to the store at 235 Apollo Beach Blvd, Apollo Beach, FL 33572 in error.. a message from Amazon stated Emily received my package. I called this location on Friday 8/27 and spoke to Emily she stated that the package was delivered to a po box without my name on it however it was still accepted.On Saturday I drove 45 minutes to pick up my package to be told by Emily that her manager said I had to pay a $5 fee for holding my package.Terrible and greedy customer Service!!

The employee with the blue/purple hair has HORRIBLE customer service and communication skills. I asked to use tape gun that was on the counter and another employee said yes. The employee with blue/purple hair then told me "do not touch that tape gun again". I advised i already asked permission and she did not care. She belittled the other employee on front of everyone "i have told her not to do that before." Dont ever talk to customers like that! Yall should be embarrased to have someone like that working customer facing. From the looks of these reviews, seems as though I am not the only one. Do better!!!

The staff here is top notch. Today Brian went above and beyond to help me return all the hats I bought on Amazon. I could have used the DIY kiosk, but he offered to help me even though I had a ton of packages. He was helpful, friendly and fun!

I have visited this store three times in the last month to have items copied. I am substitute teaching and it’s easier to have worksheets printed there then doing them at home. All of the ladies there have been super nice, especially Harley. She is beyond patient and very helpful. I had to use their computer to access the webpage that I purchased the pages from and she showed me how to do it and helped me with the printing. They have also been very busy every time I’ve been there, like line out the door busy, but they are always polite and friendly even when some customers are rude. One time I did observe a little girl who appeared to be the child of one of the workers but she was well behaved and honestly, if someone can’t understand why workers sometimes have to bring their kids to work then you must be completely out of touch. I just want to commend the staff at this store for all of their hard work and exceptional customer service!

The other negative reviews are accurate. Staff is unprofessional and not knowledgeable. You walk in and no one bats an eye as some are standing around on their cell phones. Girl that processed a shipment for me lacked professionalism, took her phone out and texted someone or something in the middle of the transaction, didn’t know answers to very basic questions. The staff clearly is not happy working there and seems to be their first job for many of them. Whoever the store manager is is apparently not doing a good job as a manager. Would not recommend this place.
